I am a person of indian origin and settled in the united states.

On february 13, 2019, i arrived at the igi airport, new delhi at about 1:30 am. I attempted to use the citi bank atm machine (Located at the international arrival) to withdraw rs. 10000 by using yes bank debit card. The atm machine did not eject the money; however, my yes bank account was charged.

I filed a transaction dispute with yes bank (Preet vihar branch) on feb 13, 2019. Citi bank has failed to void the atm transaction of this date.

I would like to register a fir against citi bank. This morning, i am unsuccessful to file it on line (Delhi police website). I can not complete the registration on cctns website (Since your website does not provide appropriate options for state, since i live in the united states).

I request your guidance for filing a fir with delhi police from abroad for investigation.

Pushing head on the wall or harming yourself, making false allegations against me or my father, such an incident has been repeatedly done by smt. Sneha dahhwal. Dated 28.02.2019, at 00.30 in the morning, sneha dahlwal suddenly started hurling her head in the wall, then i got up from sleep and tried to explain and started fighting with me.
Regarding this mental illness of mrs. Sneha dahhwal, many times she has also told the parents of mrs. Sneha and her elder maternal uncle.
Sir, i am only informing you that if mrs. Sneha daharwal (My wife) does any harm to herself in the future, her responsibility will not be mine.
