Delhi Police — complaint against money laundering

Hello sir, a person from delhi has taken my money through paytm rs1650 for job purposes for the post of supervisor in reliance and again told me to pay rupees 2000 but i didn't pay and told him to refund my money rs 1650 he promised me to refund the money but he is not answering my call and when i call through another number he answered the call and told me that he will refund but still not he is not refunding anymore i want you to take strict actions against such fraud persons.
