Delhi Police — complaint against uttam nagar based maid services krishna maid beuro and rozi domestic maid service for fraud

Dear sir,

We a family of 3 are living in lotus boulevard, sector 100, noida. We had received the details of sobhananad yadav from krihna maid service by sulekha.com. We reached out to them for a domestic maid on 7th october 2017 and mr. Sobhanand yadav from the agency shared his partner vinod yadav/bablu ahivar's contact no. For the same and also said that he will call us. Mr. Vinod yadav/bablu ahivar called us and promised to provide a maid with relevant documents in the name of agency rozi domestic maid service on 9th october 2017. His employee parmesh delivered the maid to us same day evening and took rs. 30, 000/- in cash from our house.
Dear sir, the next day when me and my husband were out for office the maid disappeared fron the house. We tried to look for her all through the house, society, even tried to log police complaint with u. P. Police and reached out to both tge agencies.
The next day mr. Vinod yadav/mr. Bablu ahivar confirmed that the maid had reached back to their agent and both mr. Vinod and mr. Sobhanand who was our first point of contact confirmed to return the money within a day. However, they have neither returned our money bor are picking our calls.

Dear sir, request you to kindly lodge a fraud complaint againt all the three people above and kindly help us in getting our money back atvthe earliest. Also we would like to lodge a physical and mental harassment case for the maid vanishing behind our backs and leaving the house open with no help/communication from the relevant of her abrupt dissapearance.
