Delhi Police — excess payment received by fraud

I have purchase in 29/5/19 timing 10 to 11 pm between 1 cadbarry & fanta drink total 220/- in wh smith shop in delhi airport terminal 2 this shop are coming in after checking. So there available person was debited in my account 2, 200/- and he was didn't accepted and never gives me return. So our 1, 980/- rs. Are receiving extra. And i was told them manager also by phone but after few days he was never receiving my calls. I need payment urgently.
Shop manager number # [protected] but he never receiving by our calls and didn't gives any risponse.
