Delhi Police — fraud transaction from credit card

Dear sir/mam,
I am pramod tiwari and i am using citi bank credit card (No [protected]). I got msg and mail on 12th jun 18 from foto bank regarding transaction of 99 usd against amazon prime membership, but i don't do any transaction. Then i complained to citibank, they block credit card and raise dispute request with no 8489 against above transaction. Plz take action against above transaction.
