Delhi Police — I am complaining about a fraud number

My dad got a call from a number. The person said he is from unity one hyundai showroom (From where we bought our new car). He said he wants 5000rs on urgent basis and will return money within 2 hours. My dad instantly transferred him the money through paytm. After that my brother went to showroom to talk to him but the person was not there. He used the fake identity of that showroom and asked for money. Can you please help.. His number was [protected]. The number is still switched on but no action is taken against him. It happened on 28th may 2017 at nearly 6 p. M.
