[Resolved] Delhi Police — Misuse of credit card of santosh | |||
My name is santosh kumar. I was a customer of hdfc last 10 yrs. My platinum plus credit card ([protected]) was expired on may 2015. After crossing the date of expiry, bank automatically reissue new card and dispatch it to my old address "f-295, room no.-a6, ground floor, lado sarai, new delhi-100030" without any id or verification call. This house was sold out in oct 2011 to mr. Ranjan jha, unfortunately card was received by mrs. Jha and misused it. If id proof not available on that address then card should be returned to the bank, but the delivery boy delivered it to the above mentioned address. It is the big fault by hdfc bank system and generates big trouble to me. I am currently in mumbai since apr 2013 and purchased a tv in 2013 through this card and paid emi regularly. After the discussion with customer care i have paid balanced 2 emis of[protected] * 2 = rs. 11080) on 22/08/2015 after misused to clear all my liabilities. Kindly follow the attached documents.
