Delhi Police — online fraud via instagram

Dear Sir/Madam,

I got a MSG from a Instagram page that is @resalehub_7723, for an purchase of an second iPhone. For that i need to submit my name and address and he said to to give advance payment of Rs 8000 for the purchase and remaing amount shall be taken as Cash on Delivery (COD).After one day of order he said the price of the phone has been increased so u need to pay more Rs 3000 for it. The payment is give by google pay to no. [protected] by the name of Anurag Singh to an ICICI bank account.

But now they do not raise our phones, if they get up, they are giving abuses.
plz kindly help us with this like more people has been victim of the fraud page
