Delhi Police — Rent a stolen all electric and other giving goods by us

I am jayshree ([protected]) daughter of owner lakshmi devi (Plot no. 62b ground floor om vihar phase 4 uttam nagar -110059)
We are rent out our floor on 17/2/2017 to mr. Vivek singh (Mob-[protected])
He is giving 2 month rent on time he going his home town on 17th of april before some day he is back to room any take all things with himself like. (Water motor, fan, table-chair, folding bed, matters and gas & cylinder) he taking all things without our knowledge. Then yesterday when rent agreement is finish we broken his lock to check the room then we are see that he is taken all the things with himself. When we call him yesterday for worn him that he replace our goods other wise we complain for stolen goods so he is abuse and misbehaving with us and threaten us.
