Delhi Police — water meter lost complaint

Myself jamuna devi, resident of flat no 510, 1st floor, dda flat, lado sari new delhi. Jal board k no. [protected] is [protected]. Our water meter has lost while the delhi jal board people were repairing the water line. I am a senior citizen and cannot go to a police station to lodge an fir. Kindly lodge my complaint so that i can apply for a new water meter.
