Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] — Complain about DTC bus driver

yesterday when i was going to home from school from palam airport dtc bus stand i boarded to bus number 764 Ex vehicle number DL 1 PC 7123 around 5:55 pm i have a student bus bus the driver said that this is a flat bus they dont accept dtc bus pass or any pass i want to ask that this is real that in some buses the pass won't work if not please take action on that bus driver.

Updated by 1duggu1 Today i was coming from palam airport to geeta ashram (kendriya vidyalaya) i was waiting since 40 minutes for bus to geeta ashram a bus came to bus stand No. 628 vehicle number DL1PD 5895 the bus driver came near bus stand i gave him Give a hand to stop but the driver said something and not stop on the bus stand thare are many peoples waiting for that bus please take action and please make the bus timing on time.
