I have applied for students bus pass online on 8th June and I has been rejected by dtc and they said that money will be refunded in 15 days .now on 28 th June I have not got my money refunded in my account and on dtc application status it is showing that the refund has been given but I have not got my money back yet till date...

I had applied for e-bus pass online on 3 March 2022 and paid the money. They said ''A link to view e-BussPass will be sent to your registered mobile no. And email within one working day''. It is 7 March but didn't receive the link for e-buss pass.

i was travelling from mahipalpur to palam by bus no. DL 1P C8800 route no. 715A. i had taken a ticket of Rs. 20. At dwarka sector 1 bus stand some ticket checkers entered into bus and asked for ticket. But unfortunately i was unable to find my ticket at once. Dear Sirs, Many Many a times we have complained of poor services rendered by DTC ON Route no.910 to and fro Paschim Vihar Shivaji stadium but no action by DTC has been taken so far.People on this route can be seen stranded for hours together waiting to go to Sayyed gaon, Nihal Vihar particularly poor and old . I would like to bring in your kind notice that i was traveling in DTC Bus No:- 469 Anand Vihar to Ambedkar Terminal (DL-IP C-7063) on 2/July/2013 at 11:39 am and as per route we have to depart at Kalkaji Depot Stop but as per his own will driver choose wrong route and when passenger asked him the reason then he said because of traffic jam he choose wrong route.

On 11th April 2011, I take DTC bus " DL 1P 2899" from Noida Sec-22. to Sec-12. This is to inform that the DTC bus " DL 1P 2899" bus no. 33 of the route "Bhajanpura to Noida Sec-37", was not stopping by the bus stops for the passengers to get down and I had to get down while the bus was half running and that too on the next stop. when I asked him to stop he misbehaves....

I am employee of Sahara India TV Network, in Noida. DTC Route No. 33 is suitable for my office. I and my other staff come to office by route no. 33 but mostly the bus driver jumps the bus stand and passes away speedly. Today[protected] at 12:40 p.m. at J&K bus stand the bus of Noida depot (No. 7494) has passed speedly and I could not ride on the bus. We prefer DTC upon private buses but DTC driver's behaviour is so bad.br...

I booked my ticket in bus route 165A DL51GD 9775 from Rohini Sector -16 crossing to Shahabad Dairy and it was booked. The amount ₹9 Debited from my account. The ticket went into view all, meanwhile the bus squad entered the bus and asked to show the ticket. I told the team that I have taken the ticket and shown my message despite the fact they misbehaved with me and penalized with ₹200. You can see the face of officials in this photograph who misbehaved. So, it is my humble request to take appropriate action such officials who harass the citizens of Delhi.
