On 5 th March 2024 I was traveling from dhaula kua to chhatarpur... I wasn't carrying cash but willing to pay the bus fare by scanning the QR code... But unfortunately my internet connection wasn't working and I was waiting for the network to come
The checking official pulled me out of the bus and fined me 200...I told them my problem but they didn't listen and charged 200... Pls help me getting my 200 back im ready to pay the bus fare amount

I booked DTC online e buss pass general AC for all routes delhi region on dated 27/02/24.I fill all the details after that payment deducted through UPI but E buss pass not received yet. I have checked online application status mention "Application received and payment under clearing" and also checked e sbi transaction status "payment clear on 29/02/24".

I applied monthly dtc student bus pass and it got rejected due to non-submission of Fee Receipt attested by Authorised signatory of the institution, Miscellaneous Administrative Reason.
With the mail they provided for information about my bus pass rejection they also provided a link and I was told to reapply with that link but the link is also not working.
Kindly process my refund of 100

Clock is showing insident at night.

Today at 3.36 pm a cluster orange colour bus route no. 448 towards punjabi bagh is driving harshly as I was on my pulsar bike on the way towards deoli road, so I had taken the snaps of bus, bus no. is DL1PD0060.
As I was in front of bus near to deoli bus stand and in front of me there is another bus, and the driver of mentioned bus is shouting at me and behaving as if he will push me in case I am not moving aside.
Accordingly I moved aside and after traveling a safe distance taken snapshots of the bus with driver sitting.
Please look into the matter and take action against him.
I have the snapshots if needed please guide me how to forward, I will definitely provide the pics.

I resides at Virender Nagar, Janakpuri . My wife works at Mayur Vihar and she has to catch the early metro from Tilak Nagar in order to reach the workplace on time. This is regarding a cluster bus whose number is DL-1P D-4258 that reaches at Virender Nagar, Janakpuri between 6:05 to 6:15 am. There is a bus stop opposite of Indian oil petrol pump and the driver does not stop the bus even after showing the hand. Sometimes I have seen this bus...

I apply for DTC ebus pass on 15 Feb 2024. The pass is general all route AC which cost me 1000.
Payment was done but no mail had received regarding DTC bus pass.

On January 23rd 2024 I applied for student all route bus pass with application id[protected] online on the DTC website. I uploaded all the documents and filled out the form as well.
Then after I hopped to the payment page where I made the payment via UPI (transaction id :[protected] but after a day I received an e-mail about my pass getting cancelled because of some discrepancy, but the payment I made is yet not refunded to me.
Therefore I kindly request you to please refund my money so that I can apply for the bus pass again.

There are more than 10 dogs which are street dogs they just spoil everything thing at night for example clothes slippers plants ...
Which became unbearable for whole street u must visit and take them with you...

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious concern regarding the increasing population of stray dogs in our locality. The situation has become alarming, affecting the safety and well-being of residents, especially children.

Description of the Problem:

Stray Dogs Everywhere: Stray dogs have multiplied significantly in our area, making it difficult for residents to move around freely.

Safety Hazards: These dogs often follow people, creating safety hazards for pedestrians and two-wheeler riders. Just two days ago, I had a near-accident when three dogs suddenly appeared behind me while I was riding my bike.

Children at Risk: The presence of aggressive stray dogs poses a threat to children who play in the vicinity. There have been instances of dog bites, and parents are worried about their safety.
Difficulty in Commuting: Residents find it increasingly challenging to walk or drive due to the constant fear of encountering aggressive dogs.

Request for Immediate Action: I kindly request the MBMC to take urgent action to address this issue. Specifically, I propose the following steps:

Dog Van Deployment: Please arrange for regular dog van patrols in our area to capture and relocate stray dogs.

Sterilisation Drives: Conduct sterilisation drives to control the stray dog population.

Our community’s safety and peace of mind depend on swift action. I urge you to prioritize this matter and ensure the safety of residents.

I have applied for a bus paas on 29 january 2024 . But my Application has been rejected on 30 January 2024 stating Your Bus Pass Application ID[protected] has been rejested due to non submission of miscellaneous administrative reason .

Dear Mam/Sir,

Date[protected], on Tuesday, I catch the bus from Laxmi Nagar bus stop, Delhi in route number 473 bus number DL 51 EV 1427, due to there being a lot of crowd in the bus, as soon as I entered the bus, I I went to the front side of the bus and stood there. I saw that a ticket checker was checking people's tickets there. He asked me to show the tickets. I told him that I had just boarded the bus from this stop and I take online tickets daily. you give me two minutes, I will book the ticket right now. As soon as I said this, the ticket checker started abusing me and misbehaving with me and I was forced to pay the fine.

I have two questions for you
1 A man boarded a bus and was caught immediately after boarding. So, should he book the ticket from home or after boarding the bus?
2. Who gave the right to publicly abuse a ticket-checking person?

I would also Like to file a complaint against Delhi DTC but their site has no option (Complain URL Not working)

I Request that you Please resolve this issue and take strict action on this ticket checker
