I submitted the form for renewal of my e-pass Application no.[protected] and the payment of rupees 1000 has been done successfully through BHIM UPI portal on paytm Transaction ID[protected] but the status of application is showing payment is under clearing....

Respected Sir,
I would like to draw your kind attention towards the rash driving bthe driver of your esteemed company.
Blue AC electric Bus Route no. 910A (sayyed nanglio) Uttam Nagar terminal reporting time: 3:32 pm, driver rash driving. He was going to ram into the car and tried to overtake It is like time bomb who can explode anytime and kill public.

Sir,

This is regarding seat reservation for ladies in DTC buses. .

The rule says that the seat has to be vacated by any male passenger sitting in the seat reserved for ladies when there are any women passengers who ask for the same. But this does not happen at all. I travelled (567)from mayapuri to saferderjung and whenever I ask male passengers to vacate the seat, their usual reply is that, there is no reservation...

I have applied for students bus pass online on 8th June and I has been rejected by dtc and they said that money will be refunded in 15 days .now on 28 th June I have not got my money refunded in my account and on dtc application status it is showing that the refund has been given but I have not got my money back yet till date...

i was travelling from mahipalpur to palam by bus no. DL 1P C8800 route no. 715A. i had taken a ticket of Rs. 20. At dwarka sector 1 bus stand some ticket checkers entered into bus and asked for ticket. But unfortunately i was unable to find my ticket at once. Dear Sirs, Many Many a times we have complained of poor services rendered by DTC ON Route no.910 to and fro Paschim Vihar Shivaji stadium but no action by DTC has been taken so far.People on this route can be seen stranded for hours together waiting to go to Sayyed gaon, Nihal Vihar particularly poor and old . dear sir, It is regarding route no 910 from kendriya sachivalya to sayed nangloi vai paschim vihar has real poor srvice particularly during noon /afternoon.people can be seen stranded on bus stops for couple of hours together without witnessing a single bus. kindly look into the matter and do the needfull as many senior citizens travel to and fro central sect. - paschim vihar the only bus available with poor services. thanks...

I would like to bring in your kind notice that i was traveling in DTC Bus No:- 469 Anand Vihar to Ambedkar Terminal (DL-IP C-7063) on 2/July/2013 at 11:39 am and as per route we have to depart at Kalkaji Depot Stop but as per his own will driver choose wrong route and when passenger asked him the reason then he said because of traffic jam he choose wrong route.

On 11th April 2011, I take DTC bus " DL 1P 2899" from Noida Sec-22. to Sec-12. This is to inform that the DTC bus " DL 1P 2899" bus no. 33 of the route "Bhajanpura to Noida Sec-37", was not stopping by the bus stops for the passengers to get down and I had to get down while the bus was half running and that too on the next stop. when I asked him to stop he misbehaves....
