Subject: Complaint against Worst service of Bus Route No. 910 in evening

Dear Sir,

We are drawing your attention on Route Number 910. These buses run from Shivaji Stadium to Sayad Nangloi. Not a single AC bus is available in between 5 p.m. to 7 .30 p.m. from last one year. Everyday many people are waiting at Shivaji Stadium terminal during this time to catch the bus.
Please make it better for us especially in the evening. It really needs some action from your side.
We request to your normal check and update your driver and conductors time table.

So many commuters/passengers used this DTC bus by purchasing tickets to reach their desired stoppages around Shivaji Stadium. The main motto of plying DTC bus is in the interest of passengers as well as green initiates to encourage public transportation and ease traffic congestion.
It would be better if the DS bus may be allowed to get down the commuters at a few stops other than destination in its route so that enough revenue could be generated rather than carrying 1-2 passengers in the pretext of Destination Service which is causing severe loss of public funds and also causing hardship to office goers.
We are requesting you to kindly take it serious because we common people are suffering due to very bad service of bus no. 910 in the evening.
We hope that you will consider our problem seriously and do necessary action to improve the services in the evening.
