I had applied for e-bus pass online on 3 March 2022 and paid the money. They said ''A link to view e-BussPass will be sent to your registered mobile no. And email within one working day''. It is 7 March but didn't receive the link for e-buss pass.

Sir I have fill the form for DTC e-Buspass on 22/06/2022 . My Bus Pass Id[protected] apply for 4months.
This message is provided by you a link to view e-BusPass will be sent on your registered mobile no. and email within one working day. But I have not received any message or email till now.Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

I applied for DTC e bus pass they have to sent the e pass in 1 working day but 4 days passed no response is given from DTC they are not picking call pls resolve this isse it is still under process
