Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] — Misbehaving by and Rash Driving by Driver DL1PC 7545

Dear Sir/ Mam,

Sir my name is Rahul Singh. O Saturday 21-1-23 at 11:23 am, me and my wife started the journey from Badarpur border by DTC low floor bus no DL 1PC 7545 and Route No 460. The bus in which we were traveling was being driven dangerously by the bus driver when the bus proceeded from the AIIMS bus stop to Kidwai Nagar then the bus was being diverted from the AIIMS flyover below and at a very high speed Due to which the armrest on the seat of the bus broke and on top of that my wife fell down on the floor of the bus, due to which the iron of the armrest entered her leg, causing injury.

When the driver was asked to slow down the bus, the driver stopped the bus in the middle of the road and came to fight with me and started abusing me. During that fight, the driver tells me that the ladies ride for free and take out the legal ones, and this bus turns like this and will turn like this, you know how to drive more, show it by driving. and started pushing me. On protesting against which he started using foul language and started threatening to fight. When other passengers in the bus protested against the driver, the driver started the bus.

I have also recorded the information about this incident in the complaint book available with the conductor of that bus.
I tried calling all the helpline numbers related to DTC at the time of incident but call was not available on any number.
Please take strict action against the driver of that DTC bus and suspend the driver so that such incident does not happen again with anyone else and all the helpline numbers provided by DTC should be improved so that anyone can take advantage of this facility at the time of need.
I am attaching the photos of both the complaint book in which I have given the information about the incident and the number on which I had called.
I should be provided with complaint no. and diary no. of the action taken by me.
