[Resolved] Delhi University — DU - Payment for transcript failed

I have paid fee of INR 1000 to request a set of transcript from the Delhi university. The payment was made on 10/31/2022 and I am also attaching a screenshot as a reference. While the amount got deducted from my bank account and the official website through which the transcript was requested was showing that the payment has been failed. Transcript form no. While the amount got deducted from my bank account and the official website through which the form was requested was showing that the payment has been failed.
