Delhi University — I paid my examination fee twice instead of once, seeking refund of extra amount.

I tried to pay the examination Rs 810 on examination portal of DU on 14th April through UPI mode ( Transaction RRN:[protected]. The amount was deducted from my bank account but it was not showing in the du exam portal. So I tried another attempt to pay fees from my dad's debit card ( PG transaction number : [protected], order ID : 877788) and it was successful.

I thought it was bank's fault, so I filed a complaint against bank in RBI ombudsman service. There I got to know that bank has transferred amount in delhi University's Account.

Now I want refund of those extra Rs 810 from Delhi University. I tried to contact them from Calls but got no response . I request the authority to look into the matter and refund my money soon.
