I, Yash Gupta student of Motilal Nehru College (Morning) .I attend all obe exam but in one subject i.e introductry microeconomics got Absent even after attending . I got an email for my submission.After my result i consulted with my nodal officer and even examination head of north campus but no response from that side .so please requested to u rectify my error as soon as possible 🙏

    I have filled the online application for migration certificate. After filling the required details I've made the payment as well but I didn't receive the fee receipt even after checking that money is deducted from the account. I need the receipt for further process. Please resolve this issue.

        I wanted to send my Official transcript to WES via the DU website and there was a provision, however, this is not working currently as per the staff in the DU campus.
        So I request you to kindly refund my Rs 500 at the earliest so I can follow the new procedure and get my transcripts sent for my Post Graduate education abroad.

          Rupees 500 was deducted via UPI payment but the online form says the payment failed. I have a receipt from Paytm for a successful payment of rupees 500 to DU Certificates for the same transaction. Please refund the amount.

                Hi,

                I have made an online payment to DU Certificates for the issuance of my graduation transcripts.
                The amount of Rs. 1, 112.98 is charged to my credit card but the DU website says payment failure. I haven't received any refund yet.

                Request to please look into it.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  Payment of Rs 1, 000 has been deducted from my bank on July 1st, 2022 for issuance of migration certification however DU portal says payment failed. I have been chasing DU administration and sent multiple emails to [protected]@exam1.du.ac.in however there is no response to any of my email.

                  I would request you to kindly approve the application or refund the amount. Please solve this on urgent basis I need the migration certificate on urgent basis.

                    It has been 10th month since I cancelled my admission but till now I don't get my money back. I cancelled my admission before due date and even pay cancellation fee.

                      Rupees 1100 was deducted via UPI payment but the online form says the payment failed. At first, I thought it is a genuine payment failure and the amount will be refunded within 2-3 working days. However this was not the case, it has been 6 days now and no refund has been processed.
                      I contacted the bank and they said the payment is made successfully. (Reply email from bank attached).
                      I also tried contacting the customer support of DU but they never pick up calls!!
                      I have a receipt from Paytm for successful payment of rupees 1100 to DU Certificates for the same transaction (Screenshot attached).
                      Please refund the amount ASAP!

                        Subject : request to provide correct results instead of showing Absent .

                        I am student enrolled in Motilal nehru evening College . The results of 6th semester has been declared, But showing Absent in on of my discipline subject namely Understanding Globalization . While i had duly given the exam and submitted it .
                        I am urging you to solve this issue and provide the correct results instead of showing 'AB', as soon as possible .

The amount got deducted from my account but the portal shows payment failed. Please approve the application or refund the amount.                             I filled the migration form online and filed and paid Rs. 500 for the same. But it is showing partially filed, and saying to pay the fees and submit the form. I paid 500 from PhonePe and The amount is debited from my account. Kindly help me in this matter as I need the migration certificate on an urgent basis.
                            (maybe the transaction failed or what but the amount is deducted from my account.)

                                      I had taken admission into Miranda House for B.Sc. (honors.) mathematics, and later canceled my admission. I canceled my admission on October 12th 2021 and paid the cancellation fee too. Still I haven't received my refund of fees yet. I tried to contact the university but I didn't get any response. Kindly refund my fees. Its about an year now.

                                        I paid my examination fee INR 910 for my ug semester 2nd exams. But it shows that pays the fees sign again. My moneygot deducted but didn't got the admit card.

                                        Pls refund my INR 910 as I tried to contact other officials but didn't got any help.
