I took admission in Delhi University a year back at that time I submitted extra money which is supposed to be refunded by now but still I didn't received it and it's almost a year I have sent soo many emails to DU officials but didn't get any response even a single reply.
I request Delhi University to please look into this matter.
My form number is[protected]

    I have done the payment via paytm for the transcript certificate of INR 1200+ additional charge and it deducted from my bank account but at the site it is showing that fees payment failed.
    Please resolve this issue ASAP.

      I applied for 4 copies of transcripts online and successfully paid INR 1400 via Paytm payment but the online form says the payment failed. I have a receipt from Paytm for a successful payment of rupees 1400 to DU Certificates for the same transaction. Please resolve the issue on URGENT basis. Form Number TRANS[protected]

          I paid my examination fee twice instead of once, seeking refund of extra amount.

          Address: New delhi

          I tried to pay the examination Rs 810 on examination portal of DU on 14th April through UPI mode ( Transaction RRN:[protected]. The amount was deducted from my bank account but it was not showing in the du exam portal. So I tried another attempt to pay fees from my dad's debit card ( PG transaction number : [protected], order ID : 877788) and it was successful.

          I thought it was bank's fault, so I filed a complaint against...

          I made a payment for my college fees by eazypay through UPI. After the payment, the 5 minute timer expired but I didn’t gor any fee receipt either on my number or on the website. I checked the eazypay transaction status, at first it showed transaction initiated, but the next day it displayed transaction failed and I didn’t got any refund :(
          Kindly look into this matter as I will be having my college exams soon and I want my money back. I am providing you some screenshots. Please reply and enlighten me on this matter.

                I am a student of Lakshmi bai college and I gave my exam of history 5 semester but in my marksheet it has shown absent.
                Due to this in future I have to repeat my year and can't go for another degree exams

                  I had paid the 2 times examination fee of rs 910 on examination portal of DU. But till now i didn't get any refund from college or university...
                  Now I want refund of those extra 910 rupees from Delhi University. I tried to contact them through calls and mail but there's no response . I request the authority to look into the matter and refund my money soon.

                      Hello,
                      I have applied for transcript my mark sheet foe Wes by du online portal . after complete the form i have paid the 1500 rupees for the fee . but i did not pay the separate miscellaneous fee and did not attach the the slip in the application . do i need to pay separately ? and when iam going to take my transcript i can show to them .
                      they will accept that ?
                      Please help me with this .or i need to repay the whole process

                        I made a transaction today for the semester 2 offline examination on slu and the money was deducted from my bank account but it shows that payment failed on the slu site, now it's asking for the fee again. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible, i have my examinations in few weeks.

                            I paid Rs 500 to download the mark sheet for the year 2020. I made the payment through UPI mode, though the payment was deducted from my account it reflected payment failure on the panel. Please look into it.                                     Sir, The washrooms are in so so so worst condition that no one can even dream to have such stingy in du. It's all around 1 year and the washroom at the first floor never cleaned. It is so dirty, so stinky smell that one can feel so vomiting. The more worst condition washroom is of room no. 12 side. Whole lane started smelling and there are classes nearby. The condition is same with boys and girls washroom. Please look into this matter.
