Hi Team.i applied for 4 copies of transcript. And paid online for Rs. 1800, through paytm. The amount was deducted. But the site is showing the error payment failed. And application is still taking me to payment page. Please help me resolve it. Attaching the screenshot.

Rupees 1100 was deducted via UPI payment but the online form says the payment failed. I have a receipt from Paytm for a successful payment of rupees 1100 to DU Certificates for the same transaction. Please refund the amount.
I have submitted transcript certificate application and paid fee 1500 (application fee + postal charges) on 23rd October 2022. I got the mail that payment is successful but on the portal payment failed is showing.
