I applied for migration certificate. Filled all my details and made the payment of 500Rs. I even got an email for payment to DU certificate. But the website is not providing the acknowledgement slip and is asking me to pay again . Please refund the amount.

I applied for 4 copies of transcript. And made the payment of Rs. 1800 through Paytm UPI. The amount was deducted, but the site says Payment failed. When I log in it still shows that payment is pending. I am attaching a screenshot of my payment. Please help me get this resolved. I need to know what needs to be done, so I can get my transcripts asap. And I could find any workable DU helpline no to offer me any guidance. I would appreciate the help. Thank you

Rupees 1700 was deducted via UPI payment but the online form says the payment failed. I have a receipt from GPay for a successful payment of rupees 1700 to DU Certificates for the same transaction. Please refund the amount for me to pay the fee again and expedite the procedure to receive transcript

I received my degree after 7 years from satyawati colllege evening, delhi university. Spellings of my father's name mentioned on it are wrong. Correct spellings are MOHAN LAL but they have written MOHAL LAL on it. My roll number is [protected] and Enrol No. is SC(E)-730/12 .

Dear sir/ ma’am, my name is Harshita Giri Goswami, form no 21POLI1046530 .I had taken admission in MA course in Lakshmi Bai college through the first cut off list of MA political science 2021 .I had chosen for reallocation but I did not take admission in the reallocated college so my admission automatically got cancelled. I have still not received my refund which I need most. And my fellow friends have received theirs .Please look into it and I hope for an early and positive response.

I have applied for the migration certificate online and paid 500 rupees for this through online mode. After that I printed this application form and got it signed from the college in order to verify my identity as a student of the college. As per the rules, after that I went to the main university in North Campus to get the migration certificate after showing these documents. They have repeatedly told me to come in next week after I repeatedly visited for the past few weeks. I visited the office before the lunch hours around 12, but still they have continued to prolong this neverending process. I can accept the fact that there is might be limited time one day, but then everytime I visit they tell me to come later. I am fed up of this.
THIS PROBLEM IS YET TO BE SOLVED!
I hope someone can look into this.

I wish to inform you that I had applied for digital provisional migration certificate last year on 20/10/2021 for seeking admission in other University. I urgently need the same as the other university is constantly following up for the same. I had already paid the fee 1000, uploaded documents and successfully submitted online application.But there is no response.I further emailed also but still there is no response.I tried contacting on various landline numbers of Delhi university and Motilal nehru college but none of the numbers r functional.Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest and issue the same at the earliest.Kindly provide the contact details of the concerned authority incase there is any more document required.The details are given below:

I have graduated from Delhi university in 2019 in BSC (hons) Computer Science. Paid 750 INR on digicert.in website to get digital degree. However, digital degree shows Biomedical science as passing subject. Kindly fix it and send me proper digital degree.

I tried to pay the examination rs 710 on examination portal of DU on 6th march. The amount was deducted from bank but it was not showing in the du exam portal. So i filed a complaint in bank.

Later on 10th March, I again paid the exam fees and it was successful. Till then my complaint was not resolved by bank.

But later on 10th March, my bank transferred the money of previous transaction to the beneficiary account of Delhi University. So total of Rupees 1420 (710+710) have been paid by me.
Now I want refund of those extra 710 rupees from Delhi University. I tried to contact them through calls and mail but there's no response . I request the authority to look into the matter and refund my money soon.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am a student of Rajdhani College batch of 2007-09 has given my mark sheet for correction in which most of my marks were incorrect. To my astonishment and great anguish I found that in my new marks sheet I had and ER in Social Enquiry as per the s.no NOT/2011/3886 this was in sharp contrast to the copy of marks sheet s.no 0331205 issued on 24/03/2011.
In 2013 I was told to reappear in the exam as a special case by the examination department. But at that time I had to leave for a part time job at my hometown Ladakh due to no earning member in my family.
I request you to kindly let me know the final status of my result and what can be done.
Because of this result I have lost many opportunities please help.

I requested my transcript on March 3rd, 2022 and the fee was deducted, but I have yet to receive correspondence from the university.
I applied for it again on March 19th, as I was still waiting for clarification on my transcript. However, the same thing happened this time. The money was withdrawn from my account, but I had no correspondence or information from the institution. Twice the money got deducted but I didn't get any notification or mail from the university.
I am attaching the reciept of both the transactions here .
Please investigate the situation and attempt to remedy it as quickly as feasible.

I am writing this letter for requesting a refund of the fees which I have paid mistakenly .
Myself Swati Matta from Delhi, Ex student from College of Art, Roll no 10103,
batch[protected], Tilak Marg academic affiliation with Delhi University. I had applied application for old mark sheets for my academic 3years that is 1st, 2nd and 3rd year . Due to improper guidance from the authority staff by mistake I have made wrong payment on the Delhi University Website portal by selecting the miscellaneous fee option and had made the payment of 3000 rupees (1000 rupees for each year) and got receipt of the payment but unfortunately the authority member of my college denied to accept this payment Then I had to make a payment one more time of 3000 rupees on my college personal website portal i.e health.delhigovt.nic.in .
I really appreciate if you can help me to get my refund of 300rupees. I have tried contacting all the numbers provided for helpdesk From D.U but no one picks. I hope this issue gets resolved quickly and I get justice.

I have entered wrong IFSC code in bank details at the time of registration, but my IFSC code has been changed as i have changed my bank branch office.
I want to know if my balance fees will be refunded.

I have cancelled my admission from Ramanujan collage and took admisssion in zakir husain and then cancelled the admission from Zakir husain in december . But i have not recieved my fees refunded.
