Delay in delivery of the parcel

I have placed an order with Meesho. On 22nd Nov, 2021.
My parcel dispatched on 23rd Nov, 2021 from Delhivery courier service.
The parcel arrived to its destination i. e., Hyderabad on 26th Nov, 2021.
Estimated delivery date has changed thrice on the courier website.

Delivery date has gone and still my prepaid parcel has not yet delivered.

I have attached the necessary documents pics.

In transit return date keep on changing.
Urgently required to return to the return address.

Shipment reached chennai 26 Nov itself but now it is showing as Dec 1.

Help to deliver the return item asap.

    From last two to three days in my tracking status it shows that order is out for delivery but no delivery agents calls or deliver the order and at the end of the day it shows in the status of tracking that nobody received the call...the service of Delhivery Pvt Ltd is so poor...the strict action must be taken for the same many customers have complained about the same issues.

      We have received voltas dishwasher from Amazon in October 2021 which was delivered via urs company to us. This delivery boy came in night without informing us before while message was received in morning . He contacted us when he reached. Dishwasher was found broken.
      For the next time we requested him to come in day time, but he today done the same thing, not informed us before while I got a message from company on 11:15 AM. This time also product was found with same condition, broken while taken from another company ( flipkart ).
      He even misbehaved with us.
      Kindly look into this matter.

            My very important courier with tracking no[protected] was expected to be delivered on 26/11/2021. However it reached the destination office in Leh and has been sitting there for 4 days without attempting delivery. And now today on 29/11/2021 evening, the tracking details mention that it is being returned back to Delhi without even attempting delivery. What is this nonsense? My work has been on hold because of this unprofessionalism.

              A consignment was shipped to me from Mumbai to chennai on 24/11/2021 and it was mentioned as it would be delivered by 30th of November. The package reached chennai by 26th evening and it reached a hub near the destination by 29th November. After mentioning the urgency of the package they have mentioned in the tracking as package delayed due to NATURAL DISASTER - HEAVY RAIN/SNOW/FOG when really it's not even drizzling

                1. That my clienthad booked a shipment from Mumbai to Lucknow through your concern and the agent who booked the consignment was AnujJaswar, having phone number [protected]. The LR for the shipment was[protected]. My client noticed that the weight of the consignment got raised to One Hundred and Twenty Eight Kilograms whereas in actual the weight for the same was Forty to Forty Five kilograms. My client immediately contacted your concern and informed the same and after several reminder the issue was resolved by you concern.

                2. That one of your executive named Ms.Pragnayamohapatra, having phone number [protected] and email id pragnaya.[protected]@delhivery.commisbehaved with my client and communicated in a very unprofessional manner.

                3. It is relevant to that, due to the above mentioned fact, my client have several time tried to contact with your organization regarding the aforesaid issue but in response my client have not received any constructive reply from your end.

                4. That, despite of that precariousness, my client got noetically agonised for the act and conduct of you by relying upon the mentioned terms and condition of your organization, wherein you have acted like flogging of a dead horse, which is not tenable under law and a clear proof o[censored]nfair trade practice.

                5. That by your act and conduct it is proved that de novo you have the malafide intention to harass my client noetically and by the act and conduct of you it is proved that the cause of action is influential and tempered by you to harassed my client intentionally, which causes a severe mental threat to my client to live a peace full life at his own accordance.

                  I did not receive my product I return it on 1 nov 2021 I was supposed to get an exchange because the first one was defective it was supposed to be delivered on 9 nov but as of now I did not receive it till this date please resolve my issue and the customer service is not doing anything my product tracking id is ([protected])

                    I wanted to return my package with TRACKING ID [protected]. The shipment was suppose to be picked up from my house. However it never got picked up. No call were made to me . When i checked after few days the tracking number stated that pick up was cancelled on my request. however i never got a call from anyone. Delhivery cancelled my pickup without informing me and didn't even try to pick it up.

                      I would like to state that I am Arushi Goswami and I am a resident of 25, natraj state alkapuri gwalior.

                      I am writing this Email to inform that on 01/11/2021, I exchange an order because the one I received was defective So, I exchange it on 01/11/2021 product information ( APEXHANDICRAFT 4MM Yoga Mat) having Order ID ([protected]) And the tracking ID is ([protected]) the order was prepaid amount (Rs287). I would regret to inform you that the above-said order was supposed to be delivered on 09/11/2021 but as of now I have not received any deliveries from your side.I have spoken with your staff over phone they said that the product was still in your hub situated in Gohana. Being so late for product delivery is not what I expected.
                      The customer service is not doing anything just saying we will look into it
                      I request and appeal for an order which was placed on 21/10/2021 and exchange on 01/11/2021. The registered number is ([protected]).                         I have a tracking number:[protected]. The shipment was suppose to be picked up from my house. However it never got picked up. No call were made to me . When i checked after few days the tracking number stated that pick up was cancelled on my request. however i never got a call from anyone. Delhivery cancelled my pickup without informing me and didn't even try to pick it up.

                        Due to this the merchant is not processing my refund, after every 6 days a new pickup request gets assinged to Delhivery and every time they fail to pickup

                        I am getting cheated here
                        I need assistance please help.

                            I had an product from amazon which I had to return back to amazon. But amazon couldn't pickup the product so they asked my to self return the product. I did self return the product via Delhivery, but now I get an email from Delhivery that the shipment is untraceable. Shipment was worth 20, 000 Rs. And I am really really worried I cannot afford to pay this amount. I won't get a refund from Amazon if the product does not reaches the seller.

                                AWB No [protected] I have been complaining for 8 days And No Any Action got only one answer that we are trying to get the parcel as soon as possible and till now the parcel has not been received. it has been 8 days, the parcel is stuck on the same Place And 11 Day In transit..

                                      Hello Team,

                                      Greetings,

                                      I had purchased products from the Woodland India online store (prepaid).

                                      The order was done on 08/10/2021.

                                      The courier agency responsible for the delivery was Delhivery.

                                      Delhivery delivered a part of the order after a long time and the rest was not delivered by them.

                                      After contacting the team multiple times the team replied that the order is undeliverable and is being sent back due to some issue (they did not mention).

                                      Now the order is showing lost in transit as per their records.

                                      Please could someone get this resolved asap so that customers can shop with assurance that the products they purchase online will be properly delivered and their money not lost?

                                      I would really appreciate if this could be solved asap and my money refunded.
