Hello Delhivery, I had a complaint regarding a recent purchase of a product which was suppose to be delivered today. But the delivery agent was so rude that he just gave a missed call. When I called back him, he didn't responded to my call. My tracking id was[protected]. Please solve this issue otherwise the delivery agent will return the order.

I'm very angry on Delhivery as they have not delivered my package but still showing the package as delivered in tracking status. They didn't even call me once or reach near my address for delivering the parcel. Either the delivery boy or the company itself has stolen the package. It was out for delivery on 12th Nov and was showing delivered in tracking status few moments later but I never received the parcel.

The Delhivery customer service doesn't has a phone support and they're not replying to me on the e-mail support.

Please deliver my parcel as soon as possible. It is very important to me.

Product Pickup cancelled by agent on its own without waiting for response from my side. Agent couldnt find my address even when House Number, with Area pincode and proper location was clearly mentioned. He called me but due to unavoidable reasons I couldn't pick up his call. He immediately cancelled my pickup. I called him after 20 minutes and he said he has cancelled my pickup. He didnot wait for even half an hour. He was so rude and unprofessional. My refund is due bcz of this pickup. Worst service from Delhivery.

product reached nearest facility by 18th november. first delivery attempted on 22 november, delivery person cancelled the delivery stating the consignee refused to collect the order. Second delivery attempt took place on 25 november, and the delivery person again cancelled the order stating consignee was not at location. Third delivery attempt took place on 27 november, and the delivery person gave the same reason. All three times, i received no call from delivery executive. The delivery contains my medications which are rare and were not available in mumbai. I need the delivery ASAP.

I was supposed to receive my package on 21st November but nobody have contacted me regarding this to till date. I tried to contact them but there is no customer care number or email id.

I had ordered a product online which was to be delivered by the delhivery courier.
The delivery boy cane on the date of delivery with the product and asked me for the cash. I told that i was not informed that only cash is accepted and i offered google pay payment to him, but he started shouting at me and told me to cancel the order and he wont deliver it and started threatening me that he will cancel the order himself...he said not to eat his brain and took away the product without delivering it which was ordered by me on urgent basis.
He acted as if he came to deliver it for free.
There is no other way to file complaint against the delivery boy so i took.this platform to file complaint against the courier and the delivery boy.

My shipment from nykaa has reached its destination yesterdat morning...yesterday at around 9am got msg that my order is out for delivery...but then in the evening at around 4pm delivery executive cals and says shipment will be delivered tomorrow and asking for the reason he then misbehaves...then shipment is resheduled without making any delivery attempt...delivery is still pending...order no.NYK[protected]

This is regarding courier to my customer where my supplier sends the product but when she paid money through Gpay, the money deducted from her bank but he said he haven't got the money and refuse to deliver the products

I am complaining here that your service is very very poor, when I sent my goods to return, your delivery agent took it but still did not return that item from where i bought that item online and so i didn't get my refund from ajio company If you guys will not solve my problem then I will share it on social media that your service is very bad and you guys sat with my money. How will I get my refund when you guys do not send my product to the right place. Cancelled is showing on the tracking link, who will do the further process, you guys are cheaters. You all play with the customer and with their feelings
According to the Consumer Protection Act, in India 1986 for consumer complaints, I can file a complaint on all of you delhivery courier service, so please solve my matter as soon as possible.

I contacted many times but my problem was not solved. I booked a parcel on 2nd November 2021 from direct Delhivery. Noida to Mumbai. Unfortunately it was not delivered on time so I cancelled it on 11th November 2021. In tracking it shows the parcel reached at Noida on 19th November 2021. But since I did not get any updates, today on 22nd November I went to Delhivery Office Sector 59 Noida to get the updates about Parcel and after looking multiple times they didn't find my parcel. Then a person goes through CCTV Footage and finds the package. But when I saw the package it was different. I booked Medium parcel in Electronics (Which has Laptop). But The package I saw there was covered in plastic wrap only something like clothes.

What will I do Where I will Contact)

any update about that.

Please fix the issue as soon as possible.
Or Should I complain somewhere else.

I've booked a parcel (LIC Documents) pick up service with Delhivery courier on 18th Nov 2021 from Imphal to Mumbai, and received today i.e 24th Nov 2021 AWB[protected]. When i opened the package it was not my parcel which was sent to me, it has been wrongly packed and shipped from Imphal.
I urge you to take necessary action of the culprit and warn them not to repeat such unprofessional behaviour in future.
I want my own parcel immediately coz i need to submit in bank before month end, take necessary steps and take back this parcel which i have received.

Delhivery people collected material against their SMS as below on 21.11.2021.
The acknowledgement of collection by SMS not received till date.

One of my package from Decathlon is missing.
Package contain four boxes. Three of them has reached the courier office but one is missing and unable to be tracked. The courier has delivered one box and marked the package delivered on Decathlon app. But the other three boxes isn't delivered
I'm in urgent need of the package and already getting a loss in my business due to this issue.
I need urgent attention to this issue.
