Currier partner denied to deliver it he said its a large packet i cant deliver it to you, u have to self pickup, i said i will raise a complaint, he said do whatever’s u wanna do i will not deliver it to you,

One of my package from Decathlon is missing.
Package contain four boxes. Three of them has reached the courier office but one is missing and unable to be tracked. The courier has delivered one box and marked the package delivered on Decathlon app. But the other three boxes isn't delivered
I'm in urgent need of the package and already getting a loss in my business due to this issue.
I need urgent attention to this issue.

Dear Sir,
My tracking ID :[protected], has been returned without my permission. Yesterday I e on 23/11/2021 the delivery agent had come to drop I couldn't attend his call at that moment and I later informed him to get the parcel next day, he even agreed to it.
But today on 24/11/2021 when I checked it's showing that item is put to return.

There are quite a few orders placed through delhivery, and they take a huge amount of time in dispatching and delivery. There are products which will be expired by the time they reach me given their estimated dates and their customer service is horrible. They simply do not care. Please help me expedite the delivery

Delivery status shows "Consignee unavailable", but no one came to my house. I strongly believe that the delivery person not tried to find my address and there is no commitment to deliver the package.

Delivery person can call me to findout the address, but no calls received from them. Also there is no contact details given for delivery person or customer care.

It's really irritating customer service. In this digital world they can't find the customer address and not able to deliver the package.

Even zomoto/Amazon person finding the currect address and delivering their packages.

This is the 3rd time and the same issue is raising with out attempting delivery they are keep on updating wrong details and changing the delivery dates and customer care is least bothered about delays and will not respond to any quries. Even though it is bank card or courier deliveries they are taking more than 20 days just to keep changing the status and atlast we will not receive the documents/bank cards.

We should leave hopes if any bank/vendors/partners opts Delhivery as service providers.

I have not recieved any product nor any otp but it is showing as delivered.

PLACED 2 ORDERS FROM KOTA[protected]to Pune) And[protected]to Bangalore ). Both were handed over at same time to the pick up agent with delivery address written on package with a Marker pen
However seems that pick up agent interchanged the QR code slip while pasting on the packages . Both packages are delivered now at wrong addresses and I am receiving no support from Delhivery. I have sent all details, photos everything but there is no phone number no email response from delhivery team

Delhivery was supposed to pickup my shipment AWB no. [protected] (booked on 19/11/2021 via Shiprocket) on Saturday 20/11/2021.The executive did not come to pickup and has marked status as 'shipment not ready' which is not true.
I am still waiting for an update.
It is an urgent shipment payment was deducted immidiately on 19/11/2021.
It is a business loss for me.
DELHIVERY SERVICE USELESS.

Awb no[protected].. My parcel status got delivered but it has not been delivered at the addresss mentioned.. Very unsatisfactory service.. Please resolve it at the earliest as it contains some important documents

I have paid for online shipment and delhivery of my parcel but no one comes to pick up and the customer care is not working too. No one responds to my email as well.

On 18th evening around 7pm I got called from [protected] the person told me I have a courier and he is in my premises by the time I get down he told me to give otp after providing the otp the call was cut I contacted again asking where to come but the delivery person now was asking oh mam is the product not delivered I asked the otp to enter in my system as I thought u must have received the product already then he told will check and confirm in half an hour. Again after 40min I called he told the product is with us and will deliver it by mrng and he again confirmed my address again morning I called he told he is coming in the same way and will give the product but that day also I didn't received I called evening then he told he was not working today so couldnt delivered and gave many reasons for taking my otp I have recorded all his called he kept on arguing that he has the product with him which he hasn't delivered yet and he is not even receiving my calls I need my product or refund kindly initiate to get the issue resolved or ill have to file a complaint.

Parcels arriving in SILCHAR center, Assam during shipping takes very long to dispatch again. I don't know the problem but please hasten up the duration of Parcel transportation.
Whether its understaffed or ill managed staff please solve this issue as parcels stay there for very long time upto 1-2weeks.
PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER.

Its been almost 14 days above still not recevied my package even the address is so proper that they aren't delivering at their earliest. neither there is any number to co ordinate i had to gift it Your service is so dissatisfied see to it i get my package any how by 5 its in majiwada branc thane

Why ur delhivery have high amount of charges taken ... I ordered a product 1.2 kg & delivery charge is 150...very bad experience in delhivery

They are showing that product is delivered on website but still the product is not received and no proper customer service for that and also they are not giving any proof of delivery. Worst experience by courier service

One pickup guy came on 16th nov 21 and told that there will be another guy coming for pickup and cancelled the return. Since then no one came. Untill this is pickup reliance digit will not deliver my replacement order. kindly expedite and get this pickup completed today

My package was picked up on 8th November from Gwalior Madhya Pradesh and was to be delivered to Indore.

As per the tracking details that I am able to trace, the package reached Indore on 13th November, but it has not yet been delivered to the exact location where it was supposed to be delivered.

Daily the estimated delivery date gets extended by 1 day.

It has been around 10 days and the delivery is pending.

Courier[protected] was shipped on 29th October 2021 from surat and is not received yet.

Reported the issue to customer support over mail but no response.

There is no clear status update on my shipment with tracking id[protected]. According to the tracking status, The package is arriving at Delhivery courier facility Chennai almost everyday for past 7 day. There is no way to raise a complaint or call them. Amazon themselves couldn’t track them. I have made a commitment with this order and I will be in problem if this gets cancelled. I need this product to be delivered. As it’s already in Chennai I can pick up from there office as well. But I need the update.
