AWB[protected]
AWB[protected] keeps on extending even though it has reached its final destination. Within a span of 2 months, almost 10 order have been delayed like this, some even returned without my consent. Both me and the seller have approached their customer service to explore the matter but to no avail. Hope it can be sorted through this platform.
Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The company has cut staff (probably to make its bottom line look better before IPO) but the service is horrible, no phone number to contact local agent or customer care, and they just lie about delivery or attempts,

      The parcel with AWB No[protected] which was shipped on 21st Oct reached Hoskote warehouse on 24th Oct as per tracking information, from then on estimated day of delivery changed everyday and today on 10th Nov the status is showing as lost. There is no customer care number to reach out to them. Previously I mailed to them complaining the parcel is stuck in hoskote for very long time to which they responded initially telling they will update in 48 hours but after that there is no response from them whatsoever.

        The Delhivery Goa team has lost my parcel that I had ordered from nykaa. The parcel had reached the nearest hub on 27th October 2021 after which the parcel was marked as Missing. I inquired with the Delhivery Goa team, they are not giving to the point answers they are only saying that the investigation is going on. They are not even replying to my messages. Nor giving any update to me regarding the missing package. Last time I called them on 6th November in the morning they mentioned that they will give me an update by evening of 6th November. However today, it's 9th November and I still haven't got any update nor they have replied to my messages sent on the 9th November.
        I wanted the products on an urgent basis.
        Also, I had already paid online for the order.
        Delhivery Goa team is very irresponsible when it comes to customers.
        I want a refund at the earliest from them.

          It has been 5 months that I have been chasing Delhivery people to get a claim of a table worth 4000 that was misplaced by Delhivery. They have been not responding to my calls, not replying on Twitter/mails.
          This is a clear case of mental harassment.
          I am attaching my Certificate of Loss.
          Refund my money ASAP.

            Order was delivered to wrong address. delivery partner promised to pay the amount of the product lost. does not reply or return calls. number comes as switched off. manager says he will call back. does not attend or reply or even ask delivery partner to make the call back. product value of 3000. waste of my time and money. delhivery doesnt even have an official call center number or anything. why are such companies even allowed to function. each and every one of their outlets are 1starred on google. whats wrong with this country

                    Order status showing "Cancelled" though I haven't

                    My order for AWB Number:[protected] worth rs 16, 750 is showing the status "order Cancelled". I have never cancelled any order, and who will cancel prepaid order worth rs 16k. I request you to deliver the product or at least have a look at the issue and update me on [protected]@gmail.com as soon as possible.
                    I hope you understand it's a matter of 16k....

                    The delhivery agent took my shipment on the same day I requested shipment i.e. 4th November 2021.but till now it's not updated on your site.
                    Everyday I m getting message that your pickup is scheduled today but it's already taken.

                        Last month I have booked an order to delivery my Electronic item to Odisha through https://direct.delhivery.com/ .

                        They pick my product on 20/10/2021 and
                        It was delivered (on 30/10/2021) to my hometown, where I found a different product was delivered.

                        Actually I have sent an Electronics item in a small box but got some pillows.

                        In side the pillow cover, I found some other person name was written in the billing address.

                        I Have raised complaint many time on their site but looks like they just reply by asking for additional info and later they closed the request.

                        Now I request the return of my product.

                          I chose Delhivery as my online partner for delivering shoes I sell, I have been following up with the Delhivery team members Tanvi Vij, kevin.[protected]@delhivery.com,
                          laxmi.[protected]@delhivery.com, [protected]@delhivery.com for last 2 months, below is the details of the communication.

                          I did not received the payment for delivered product way bill no. 1002, reference no. [protected]

                          Also would like to bring into notice reference no. [protected], waybill no. 1003 returned by the customer so when your delivery boy came with the return parcel it was a slipper where I sent the shoe to the customer so I didn't accept the return.
                          till date I haven't received my payment & return goods, it is unfortunate that in spite of having many conversation I didn't get anything and they have closed my complaint as well, Complaint Ticket ID: 25445331

                          Consumer Complaint is the platform where 90% of the time I got the solution for my problems, I am sure this time also team will help me out, Thank you so much for all your support and solutions.

                            Tracking number -[protected].
                            Got otp multiple times, that executive ia out for delivery, however since 6 days there's no update on the package.
                            There's no update on the ticket raised on delhivery site, and mails written to them. Customer care team doesn't care about the queries raised.

                            I had sent an e-mail at [email protected] and received a response the next day saying the package will be delivered. However it wasn't delivered yesterday as well, but got it today. Got to know that as last week was holiday week, offices were closed and executives weren't available to deliver the packages. Hence the delay.

                              I ordered a dress by a seller my tracking is [protected]. The product reaced my place on 29th October but they are not delivering it to my place. I mailed them so many times but they are not responding then I decided to reach the near by delhivery courier office they are saying the seller has not made the full payment but according to seller he has done all the payment. The delhivery courier service is horrible they are lying because there are thousand of people facing same problem and these people not even replying. We are facing the problem I made the payment online and we are the one who is suffering kindly take some strict action and you can also check there page there are so many people of same as well as other states who are complaining regarding it but no action has taken.

                              I've sent a shipment on 7th march which was supposed to be sent to the receiver who was localtoo. The estimated delivery time was 10th march but everyday it has been delayed so i had to cancel the shipment and i was supposed to receive it back today (18th march) and its showing delayed again. I dont know where you people has lost my parcel and why nobody is responding to my messages on delhivery app email and even twitter. you dont even have a contact number. That prcel was very important for me and you guy's have stolen it or something happened to it . So if i dont receive a call back or you guys dont respond to my mail even now im going to take legal action against you and this is my word. Trust me, enough is enough. I've waited too long and Im going to take legal action against you people and also file a consumer complaint fraud case .
                              also please dont come back with we'll donit soon and all those excuses i can clearly see its being delayed everyday so you guys stole it . If i dont receive my parcel please be ready for a legal case against you people

                                I ordered a product from onetoptech.in worth ₹ 16, 475 on Saturday, 30th November 2021. It was shipped via Delhivery on Monday 1st November 2021 with tracking AWB no. [protected].
                                However, Today is 7th November 2021, and it's still showing me the 4th November status that too showing "PICK UP NOT DONE". I have been trying hard to get updates from the website but its showing me the 4th Nov status. I tried contacting them but no results. I really need the product as soon as possible, therefore please fix my issue ASAP🙏🙏.

                                    I had ordered a bicycle from Amazon India and the delivery is handled by Delhivery. The package was shipped on 25th Oct. it arrived to Delhivery Office in Koppa - 577126 on 31st Oct. The delivery has been delayed for 4 days now excluding government holidays on 1st and 5th Nov.

                                    The delivery was scheduled on 3rd Nov. But I didn't receive any call or notification from the delivery agent. On the evening of 3rd Nov the status had changed to "Delivery rescheduled on customer's request". Not once did I ask for rescheduling delivery.

                                    After taking this issue up with Amazon, the status changed to "Out for delivery" on 6th Nov. I kept waiting but still nothing. Again the status changed to delivery rescheduled.

                                    The people of Delhivery Koppa finally decied to call and tell me that their vehicle was out of order and will deliver it today (7th Nov). Why did they even bother updating the status on their official website that my order was out for delivery if their vehicle was out of order? Also, there isn't a contact number posted on their official website. I have now mailed them twice about this issue but no response from them yet.

                                    I'm trying to call the person that assured me yesterday but no one's picking up. Even the contact numbers posted on this forum aren't working. I get a message saying that the number is wrong.
