    Didn't receive my parcel but showing as delivered

    Hi, I need help on this matter, I have been trying to reach delivery customer service, but got no response.
    I Have not received my parcel, but it's showing as it's delivered on Tuesday (10:48 am)
    The same time I got a call from delivery agent who came to deliver my another two parcels(one from urbanic, one from my glam) I told him the OTP and he dropped two parcels to the security.The next day I clicked on the tracking ID of...

    I had ordered a bicycle from Amazon India and the delivery is handled by Delhivery. The package was shipped on 25th Oct. it arrived to Delhivery Office in Koppa - 577126 on 31st Oct. The delivery has been delayed for 4 days now excluding government holidays on 1st and 5th Nov.

    The delivery was scheduled on 3rd Nov. But I didn't receive any call or notification from the delivery agent. On the evening of 3rd Nov the status had changed to "Delivery rescheduled on customer's request". Not once did I ask for rescheduling delivery.

    After taking this issue up with Amazon, the status changed to "Out for delivery" on 6th Nov. I kept waiting but still nothing. Again the status changed to delivery rescheduled.

    The people of Delhivery Koppa finally decied to call and tell me that their vehicle was out of order and will deliver it today (7th Nov). Why did they even bother updating the status on their official website that my order was out for delivery if their vehicle was out of order? Also, there isn't a contact number posted on their official website. I have now mailed them twice about this issue but no response from them yet.

    I'm trying to call the person that assured me yesterday but no one's picking up. Even the contact numbers posted on this forum aren't working. I get a message saying that the number is wrong.

      My product was out for delivery on 1st of november and i got an call from delivery executive to deliver but today is 7th and my product was not delivered yet. The Delhivery executive are the biggest liars they are rescheduling delivery without asking me and writing consignee not available. I have ordered many products online but the worst experience is with Delhivery. Now i am have to make a return request and ask for refund bcz i lose hope in delivery. I have made many complaints but no positive response. In future i dont want to be part of Delhivery.

        This is in reference to Delivery tracking ID [protected]
        The order was placed on 18/10/2021 on delhivery.com. I got a message on 23/10/2021 stating that the product was delivered to me, but the product was never delivered. On contacting the customer service, they sent me a copy of proof of delivery closing my case.

        There are few poins that i would like to bring to your notice:
        1. The map location of my delivery address is 13.409804, 79.108338whereas that provided in the document is 13.[protected], 79.[protected] which is a completely different location.
        2. The signature provided in the document on the document is fake as there is just a straight line (who on earth has a straight line as a signature).

        The delivery partner is refusing to admit that there is a fraudd that is being done by its employees and i’m the one who is at loss.

        I request you to kindly look into the issue and take an action against the delivery agent. Hoping a response at the earliest.

                Product out for delivery since 3 days but not delivered

                Tracking no.-[protected]

                Since 3 days i have been showing that the product ia out for delivery, but by the end of the day when i check the tracking page it shows delivery could not be attempted.
                Whats the issue, why not delivering the product when its in the same city for last 4days?...

                I want to know the update of these tracking number
                [protected] it had Been more than 15 days
                And also I came to know that the item has been misplaced by your team and I got a call from blue dart from Delhi stating that shipment is with them n as there is no response with delhivery team they are going to give it for scrap … it’s an important shipment which leads to my job lost… I hope you people will rectify it and deliver the shipment…..

                  Delhivery AWB[protected] shipped from Gaya to Pune has been untraceable since 20th October. There is improper response from delhivery, everytime I escalate, they say it is untraceable and ask me to check back after 7 days. It is a big box of nearly 30x30x50cm, not sure how such a big box becomes untraceable.

                  This is highly unprofessional behavior. Requesting a resolution for the same.

                    I ordered a product from Myntra.com, order ID/Tracking ID : [protected].

                    The issue is that, the Delhivery delivery agent for this product did not deliver it to the provided address, he made an excuse saying package was big and so my father had to go to the Delhivery Office, Williamnagar-794111 to collect it, though I have been receiving multiple packages from Dehlivery service in the same address I've provided and my address is within 500 metres from Dehlivery office, Williamnagar, along the same main road, so there's no road connectivity issue either. SUCH A BAD SERVICE.

                    What's the point of having courier service and paying for the service then? If I have to go and get it myself, It be better for me to get the product from the local brick and mortar store instead of buying online depending on courier services.

                    I would say that such kind of work ethics, attitude and complaints on the employees should be monitored and assessed and necessary actions should be taken.

                      Had an order scheduled to be delivered to me by Delhivery last month (AWB[protected].The delivery slip shows the package has been collected by me on 21at September but Im quite sure I haven't collected the same.I was under the impression it's still due to be recieved and last week I called the delivery agent to enquire on the delay in delivery and he told me I had collected it.There is no proff in my phone which shows the product has been delivered to me except for an OTP on the same date.How can one confirm that the item ahs been delivered just by seeing that OTP?Hence I need to know the status of this package, if it was accidentally delivered to a wrong address or ws misplaced.
                      Kindly guide me through.

                        I got a call from your delivery staff today 3rd Nov 2021, @4.23 pm. & 4.25 pm, I was on other call during that time.
                        Simultaneously got a message from your end with delivery staff contact number. Immediately I dialled his number many times. But he didn't attended my call.

                        At least he should attend and answer my call.
                        Finally I saved his number and sent message to him thru what's app.
                        He replyed that he contacted and messaged me but I didn't respond to his call. Also he added as below

                        "I called you nd message you but didn't reply nd my job has finished
                        After my job u called me"

                        His contact number is +[protected]
                        I am feeling it is very poor service.

                        I have saved the call logs as well as his what's app chat.

                        Please give training to your staff at least on good behavior.

                        The company has cut staff (probably to make its bottom line look better before IPO) but the service is horrible, no phone number to contact local agent or customer care, and they just lie about delivery or attempts,

                                I had used Delhivery direct to ship my package. The promised delivery date was 30th October. However, it has been stuck in some place and hasn't been delivered yet.

                                I keep asking the C2C support of Delhivery and all I receive are that it was raining in Kolkata (even though it hadn't rained in fifteen days), and the experience has been very terrifying, anxiety-inducing, and frustrating.

                                This is a last-ditch effort to get a proper answer from Delhivery and have the package delivered soon.
                                Kindly help resolve the issue because the package contains things that are personally valuable.

                                  Hi I paid a delhivery agent once, it showed it didn’t go through just like that it happened 3 times and the money got deducted thrice from my account. After writing mails to Delhivery, I got one refund which automatically showed Debited the other day. Without my permission how can the money get debited on its own?

                                  There are two total pending refunds that Delhivery needs to send me of the same amount.
                                  I am attaching screenshots with this.
