I had received an incorrect product from Tata Cliq, which was approved by Tata Cliq for the return. I reside in Hooghly. Now, this guy, Vijay Sharma and Amit Pal, he came for the pickup. He has been abusing me and told he would assault me if I file a complaint against them. He almost stepped into my home.

I was saying a very simple thing, that if Tata Cliq has approved the return, why are you all creating an issue, and harassing me?

Please take an action immediately. I’ll be filing a complaint against them in the nearest police station today itself.

I have complained several times, i have called the delivery guys several times, out of 2 boxes they have delivered one box and other box they kept with them, its now 20days, not delivering my item,

I went to their office, they manager misbehaved and not giving my prepaid item. There is no way to call customer care number for this courier company, no one respond to our email also.

This is illegal business running by Indian courier company, License should be banned with immediate effect by any cost. Anyone supporting customer should have a valid customer care number or any branch office giving service to customer should have valid customer care number that also they dont have.

I have a video where the items are thrown like garbage bags.

Request to track this and take immediate action.

My parcel first has been showing out for delivery for 3 days straight and still each day, no delivery. My tracking I'd is
[protected] . I will get a phone call each day but still no sign of any delivery . I am so frustrated cause they don't have any contact info, just gmail which they don't reply to. I don't know why this is happening. Help me. Contact me if needed .

The order was shipped on 9th october 2021, since then it moved till 13th october and after that the order didnt move at all and the estimated delivery keeps on extending again and again. Raise multiple tickets but no response at all from their side.

I had shipped a Washing Machine using "Delhivery Direct" with AWB number[protected]. It has reached the destination city on October 19th as per the tracking but is being said not traceable. There is no contact number for this courier service and emails are never responded. Multiple Emails have been sent and issues raised.

I had ordered from e commerce website and I was supposed to get my delivery on 16th October. The tracking ID shows that it has be delivered but I have not got anything till date neither did any delivery person called me regarding address which others usually do. I have put several mails but it all went in vain.

My delivery code is- AWB[protected].
My percel was out for delivery on 25th oct, 2021. Suddenly delivery boy called and told me that my percel has reached in wrong location which was their fault and he will deliver my percel on 26th oct, 2021 for sure.

But he rescheduled the delivery date on 30th oct, 2021 without my permission.

Both are urgent couriers, please deliver this as soon as possible.

I use Delhivery courier services with user ID SFJAZZY0093958. A month ago, the company charges extra amount on the parcel and that is still not refunded back. They are just making delays by giving some irrelevant reasons.
Kindly look into this.

Hello whats going on here i have ordered a shirt on 20th of this month and they also dispatched from the selllers end but still there is no update in tracking it still showing not dispatched what is going sir bcse its been 6 days but still why it not updating and not dispatchig so pls plss check in to my problem bcse its been so so late and i want those shirt urgently my awb no:[protected] so pls check and update it

The order was picked up at 17 oct from odisha and was supposed to be delivered on 22oct, then the shipping started at 22oct and delivery date was 26oct, then on 26th oct it changed to 27oct and now the delivery date is showing 28th oct, the package is in the nearby station which is just an hour away from the destination.
This is really an urgent package for me, they're not even taking anything seriously.
I request you to deliver it today (27th oct)
As it is very important, please take this into consideration.
The last option i had was to complaint here, let's see whether they take any serious action or not.

Hi, I have been tracking my order since 23rd Oct as it was supposed to be delivered by 24th oct'21.
On 24th, one of their delivery agent incorrectly marked order as customer unavailable and didn't delivered the package.

And since then I have been constantly mailing them that no one has contacted me yet.

It's been 3 days and everyday the order status changes to "Out for delivery" but doesn't reaches my home.

Request you to kindly take action against this lame service.

I have ordered some products from a website.and they have shipped my products on 20 th oct..and j didn't get my products as well as it's showing in the tracking details that package details changed by delivery..
Kindly help me with this

Delivery boy from Delhivery Guddu Sharma [protected] is one of the worst delivery boy in Greater noida… sometimes he would ask us extra money for delivery keep demanding us stuff to drink and even try to schold us one time when payment was fail please take swift actions against this fellow DELHIVERY?’

Though my order is in the delivery store they didn't delivery me. Still past two days i am waiting for my order.
The executive also spoke with and his way of speaking is very rude.
I wanted you to take serious action the executive and please maintain so responsible employees.
I don't understand what your service is for?
I am also giving his number so that at least he will be aware and shameful for his act.

Within the Mumbai region the delivery I got after 4 days. This very bad courier company. There is no local contact no to find out the status of the delivery.
I never recommend anybody the use such an unprofessional company.

My wife booked a package on 16th of October with Delhivery from Gurgaon to Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. To deliver some home made edible items to her friend who recently delivered a new born. It was booked under Express Delivery so the package can reach at her place as fast as possible. However, till today (25th October 2021) the package's status is "In Transit".
I had tried everything to know the status but the company do not have any idea where the package is. There is no response on emails, no positive response by the center where I took the package to be booked. And there is total different story how non-educated staff is handling the counter of the center. They do not have any interest to resolve the issue of the customer, they just try to avoid the conversation and blame on the other party. They do not even have the contact number of the center they have shipped the package to.

Q- Who will be responsible if the edible items are spoiled? because it is in transit from last 8-9 days.
Q- What is company policy for such cases?
Q- When can I expect the delivery to be completed?
Q- How can I get the refund of the Express delivery, because it is certainly not an "express delivery"?

It is pathetic that a company cannot deliver what it promises.
