I have dispatched this order 1 week ago from noida to surat and the estimated delivery time was 21 October but it is 25 october today and their staff is too irresponsible. I have requested support team and also tweeted the matter but still the order is in same status from last 4 days.

I sent six packages from Bangalore to Kolkata on October 6th. Mode of transportation: surface and estimated date of delivery: October 11th. Five of them were delivered on October 17th and the remaining one (containing office stationery; tracking id in the subject) is surprisingly not yet delivered. There is no update on the package beyond October 13th on the tracking page except that the estimated date of delivery gets postponed everyday. The package does not arrive and the next morning the date is postponed further. In response to my repeated communications, I have been receiving vague reasons of outage at Dankuni warehouse and false assurances of earliest delivery. Interestingly, no commitments in terms of the date.

Now, the process of postponement of the estimated delivery date seems to be eternal.
I strongly suspect that Delhivery Direct has misplaced/lost my package. I do not think that I need to highlight the importance of office stationery to a logistics company like Delhivery.

I earnestly request you to kindly look into the matter and confirm when exactly my package will be delivered.

It has been a long time that I have not received the courier from delhivery courier. The courier contains a medicines which are urgent and till now not received. They don't even have a phone number to call and it's a worst courier service I have ever seen. They don't reply to the emails also. This is not the first time. Everytime there delivery service is delayed and worst.

Order form amazon reached near my address on 22nd of Oct. As per status 23rd was delivery date. then on next day it shows status as rescheduled by customer. No one answering calls and email from customer. Pathetic service

My parcel AWB:[protected] was dispatched on 27th Sep 21 and I have not received it till 23rd Oct 21. I have mailed delhivery multiple times but haven’t got anything. The tracking id keeps telling that the parcel is moving from Kolkata to Dankuni and vice versa from weeks and this morning it says that the delivery is rescheduled. The service I am getting here is determining there quality of professionalism

My parcel is stuck at the Delhivery Dankuni facility for over two weeks. It had been delayed due to a 'vehicle accident'.
The delivery date is constantly being shifted, but no attempts to deliver, move the parcel are being made.
Customer care appears to block calls as well.
Not sure why merchants still choose these guys as a courier partner....

I ordered two different products from different seller one was for TATA 1MG and the other was from a local website both of the products reached at the hub nearest me (mahe )and the delhivery is no teady to delivery it my couriers are sitting at their out let or office what ever it is for more than 1 week and still no update or call from delhivery also they have no customer care or contact number and I was bad luck enough to not get reply from their mail too ...and the merchat also have no idea

My Nykaa order ID NYK[protected] is being delivered to Diakkawn Near Kim Kim Hotel, 796081 and i am being told to do self pick up which is too far away from my hometown (different Diatrict). It is supposed to be delivered at District Agriculture Office Mamit District, Pin no: 796441

Delhivery is not returning my parcel to me.
They are very lazy.

I ordered a chair from eagle furniture Amazon. It has reached Chennai 20 days back but hasn't been delivered yet. They make fake delivery attempts. I have called them every day telling them the correct address but they aren't bothered to update. Poor poor poor customer service. Pathetic

My order was not delivered and fake attempts are done.
Without my consent shipment got returned.
Nobody giving proper information.

Not seen this kind of pathetic service and irresponsible staff form Palakkad Kerala Delhivery office. Am not naming the person because of his job security. Poor poor poor

My shipment with tracking id[protected] not delevered and shows on hold. Why it is on hold and when it will be deliver? No response from delhivery.

I ordered a product through flipkart. And the delivery agency was delhivery agency. It was about to be delivered by 20th oct 2021, but till this date it is not delivered. I am very unsatisfied by the agency as it was reached the nearest hub 1 week before the delivery date and didn't come to house. The taliparamba delhivery hub is very inefficient and so many complaints are being raised about that agents. The agents are very rude and doesn't wanted to hear my query. They just ended my call while speaking and when I called back they were just rejecting my call. So I request the higher authorities of delhivery team to take strict action against your agency in Kannur.

My order at Amazon was sent it through Delhivery with tracking no[protected]. It has reached Guwahati on 18.10.2021. From there, it is not move to the destination (Aizawl). Why is it taking so long (4 days) in Guwahati.

Awb [protected] has been stuck in kozhikode since 19th. The expected date of delivery also is being shifted ahead.
No customer support number or email. No idea how to get a problem resolved absolutely bar service

Pick done on 20th Oct 2021 from my house by a guy wearing black t-shirt of delhivery name printed on it. He even called me on 20th before visited my place. you can check the recording to confirm the same. Thereafter I did not see any pick up done status on delhivery website. Rather I receive pickup reschedule messages on my mobile. I am very much concern now about my packet. I hope it is safe and if misplaced then I want full refund with my valuable packet charges. Else return my packet with refund.
