My order at Amazon was sent it through Delhivery with tracking no[protected]. It has reached Guwahati on 18.10.2021. From there, it is not move to the destination (Aizawl). Why is it taking so long (4 days) in Guwahati.

    Awb [protected] has been stuck in kozhikode since 19th. The expected date of delivery also is being shifted ahead.
    No customer support number or email. No idea how to get a problem resolved absolutely bar service

      Pick done on 20th Oct 2021 from my house by a guy wearing black t-shirt of delhivery name printed on it. He even called me on 20th before visited my place. you can check the recording to confirm the same. Thereafter I did not see any pick up done status on delhivery website. Rather I receive pickup reschedule messages on my mobile. I am very much concern now about my packet. I hope it is safe and if misplaced then I want full refund with my valuable packet charges. Else return my packet with refund.

            Please improve your service. How can someone be so free to wait for your one time call from delivery person, and even if we call back we never reach them. Even when we don't cancel the order why do they cancel by themselves without the customer's concern. Such a poor service. My situation "I was being called in the morning for my order which I couldn't recieve but I called back bt they didn't pick then they called me back at night which also I couldn't pick bt I called back after few minutes then they told me they will deliver my order next day but they didn't so I decided to go to the office itself to collect it there they told me that it's being returned." Like really !!!

              Ordered a product from Ajio online on 3 October. Since then the product is in transit. Shows delhivery delay. Reached Dankuni hub on 18 October. Since then no updates. No communication. It's a prepaid order. Ajio gives false promises every time I approached them. Delhivery never replies via email or sms or anything. I have raised it with resolver.in. still no help. Don't know how to contact delhivery.

                They do not get delivered on time...then they accuse me of wrong address...but when i contacted them, they said that they can deliver it on next day on that same address... This is a very rude behaviour... There are many company in this segment if you are unable to give us service, then shut your little missmanaged company and leave the ground for the pro

                  I have shipped my parcel through Delhivery on 7th October 2021. My expected delivery date was on 14th october. Now it's the 22nd of October. my product has still not been delivered. It's showing at it stuck in dankuni for the last 8 days. It was very urgent. But they just ruined everything. Such a pathetic service. I have used many courier services, but delivery is the worst. now I don't know when my parcel will arrive. My tracking ID is[protected]

                      I've raised multiple complaints via support email to team regarding my pick up request #[protected] and yet no response. each mail just auto replies issues will be resolved. request #[protected] was made on 15th Oct and yet no response.

                        Delhivery not delivering product

                        I am suppose to get my parcel containing my pet food on 18th, the date changed to 21 and today it is not delivered and now it is 25th. Its still showing as stuck. Activity: in Transit- On hold, Destination unable to receive. Tracking id#[protected]. Sent several mail no response. No customer care number to contact. Found two number it never connects....

                        My package was supposed to be delivered on 11th Oct as per the courier service, it got delayed for some nonsense reason (customer executive says the weather is not good which caused delayed delivery).
                        Package was out for delivery on 13th Oct but it has not been delivered yet, Company is not providing the exact answer, there is not customer care number. My package is stuck with there with the Delhivery courier service.
                        Consignee didn't recieve any call or sms from delivery boy but there system is showing that consignee didn't respond to the verification call.

                        I have booked consignment through Bigship courier service with Delhivery. On 2nd may 2023.
                        But shipment not received yet to the consignee.

                        This shipment showing delivered on site.
                        But in reality the consignee didn't get the shipment yet.
                        IT showing delivered to consignee on 11th may 2023 morning.
                        And Consignee is to said he didn't get the shipment yet.
                        And they didn't get call before shipment delivery and shipment delivered without verification delivery code

                                    Package not delivered and is stuck at dankuni hub

                                    I am receiving an important package from my company. The tracking is[protected]. However the shipment is stuck at Dankuni for the past 3 days for no good reason. Everyday the delivery date is updated for the current day without any progress. This is pathetic, I am loosing important work because of this delay. Please look into this and get the shipment delivered....

                                    They are constantly changing the estimated day of delivery from 17th to 18th, 19, 20 now to 21 October. The package is stuck in irinjalakuda for 4days . Delhivery customer service phone numbers are not working! don’t reply over email
