Shipment with AWB No:[protected] has been booked from Pune to Calicut Kerala, via Maruti courier (Mr. Rahul Davanghe [protected]) on 27th Sep 2021. Delivery date shown in the AWB was 5th Oct 2021. Upon tracking still the shipment is in Hoskote, Bangalore from 6th Oct 2021. There is no further information available as on date.

Mr Rahul is not picking up the call nor we are able to reach Delhivery in any means, this is to request to get the shipment delivered at the earliest please.

Wrong parcel was picked up by Delhivery's delivery executive on behalf of Bata on August18, 2021. Instead of picking up the Bata parcel the executive took another parcel which was supposed to be returned to Amazon without verification which was later realised. I consider this as very irresponsible behaviour from a well reputed company like Delhivery and its delivery agents.

I expect the parcel which was incorrectly picked up to be returned back to me.

Had also raised a complaint for the same with Bata bearing complaint number: 95204, where even Bata doesn't seem to have provided any solution.

The Bata package AWB is[protected], and was picked up by Delhivery agent [protected].

My goods have not arrived yet. Since then lying in bhagalpur. Its been more days than expected otherwise I strictly action against your department.

My RBL card was on the way to deliver and the delivery person took back and behaved rudely and threatened me that he will take back my credit card, what kind of professional do you keep, is this the way to behave with customers, we paid for it, and that is a confidential credit card, I was busy so I cannot be available all the time, I was having a health check up at home itself and I told him to drop it on my doorstep and he didn’t even come instead threatened me to complain about him, please take this matter seriously

They delivery of the product is due for many days.

Order was supposed to be delivered on 14th October, 2021 and it is 17th October and still has not reached the destination yet and now it is showing cancelled or refused I have not recieved a single call.

I can't contact Delhivery since they don't even have a support number.

I have to bear a huge loss because of this unethical work they're doing. Delhivery must be Should be shut down ASAP

I ordered a Sweatshirt from PeterEngland.com and it was to be delivered on 10th October till 8 PM but on 10th October at 7:59PM I recieved a message that the order is delivered and I didn't received it and I immediately complained about the same to Delhivery and Peter England but Delhivery guys didn't responded and today is 7th day I haven't recieved any reply from Delhivery and I haven't got my order. This matter should be taken seriously and my order should be delivered ASAP. Peter England order number 5176303

Delhivery generally don't pick up parcels and they update regularly shipment is not ready. This happens 2-3 times in a week. The shipments are being scheduled through delhivery and after packaging shipments are being cancelled by delhivery every times. The packaging cost is gone. The shipment is getting cancelled by customers. All in all, it's been a huge loss most of the time.

4 of my parcels are stuck in the hub near to home for past 4 days. There was not even a notification from Dehlivery. I had raised query for past 3-4 days in their website, which was not even answered. They don’t even have a toll free number to contact them

The parcels are in an average transit period of 17-20 days. One of the poorest service providers in Courier. I repeatedly tell people don’t send couriers via delhivery. People are fooled by their sugarcoated words.

I have ordered some electronic goods from Vedant computers on 6th of Oct 2021 Master Order ID # 157782 They shipped the product with Delhivery currier with tracking ID #[protected] which reached at Kolkata facility on 11 oct, since then I have no update and shipment has not reached to me.

I tried to get the status raising complaint to delhivery support Ref # 25171834 also written a mail to their support team. though delhivery replied I will be reviving the shipment in next 24 hrs. no luck till date,

I ordered some electronic goods from vedant computer against order id 157728 they shipped the item to my address @kolkata on 6th of oct 2021 via dehivery courier. Teacking id #[protected]. The item is not yet delivred to me, shjpment is stuck at dekhivery facilities kolkata since 11oct. I raised complain to both the parties though delhivery maild it will be delivered in next 24hrs, my issue not resolved. Pls gelp me to get my shipment.

Horrible experience it has been always with shipping items with Delhivery.No real time tracking update, no dedicated customer care, no response overcomplaint raised.One will remain stranded with no whereabouts of the items if booked with the courier agency.In the name of COVID they are still running disclaimers stating the items might get delayed and it’s very normal practice.

Delhivery courier service is accepting the courier order from central office delhi or so and they take full payment at the they tell customer which is myself that we dont deliver at your address as it comes under shimla rural not urban . This is every time harassing even in corona time they never delivered to address as it was voilation of Law order .
They say we can not do anything in the case but they keep accepting payment from central office and ask end party to come to there mentioned places and then deliver it.
When we contact local shimla courier office they harass and say this is not there scope .
There has been multiple times for the same issue iam attaching two orders no[protected]

They fail to take any action and delay our order and then return back it leads harassment and the end user in just pain .

It is still not stopping and wont stop till the time any strict guidelines are being made ..

I will request please sensitize the private courier service company so they stop taking advantage of the weak system.

This is regarding one of my shipments, Tracking ID [protected]. I see status as "Delivered" on the website but the fact is, one of the boxes never delivered to me. Approx weight is 45-50kg.

Expected delivery date has already been crossed. None of your agents is answering the call. Please look into the issue at earliest.

I have ordered a product via Reliance Digital which is being delivered by Delhivery. It has taken them to 3 days to cover a distance which in reality takes less than 1 hour. The product has gone from Point A to Point B and back to A. I have been getting notifications of delivery being rescheduled even though I have not personally done anything in this regard. I have raised multiple complaints on their request, but I have not received any reply. Further, there is no way to get in touch with this courier service via call. Horrible service. People should stop ordering products from websites that ship with this company. I am yet to receive my product and any information regarding the same.
