Both my products are being handled by Delhivery. I've never seen such a bad delivery service in my life. Both my products were meant to arrive on 29th September but it's showing that they are in transit for the last 3-4 days near a city to mine. It's literally stuck there. Such a disgusting experience from Delhivery. Next time I'll sure cancel my order if the company chooses Delhivery as the courier....

My package delivery date is 28september but today still not delivered to me.Verry bad delivery service I have ever seen....

This is an escalation from my side for the delay in delievery by your company.

My courier picked up by your company person on 22nd of september and expected delivery date was 25th. But till date I have not received the same. And reached the nearest delhivery centre on 27th September (estimated date) and they delayed the order for five days and I haven't still received it. They once called me in between and said the product will be delivered today and that the delivery boy will call but they didnt call and no updates were given. I'm due recieving a product which was picked up by Delhivery courier agent on 23 Sept 2021 and was expected to be delivered on 28 Sept 2021. It's still not delivered & further everyday, the tracking page shows it'll get delivered in that day only... There's no contact no to call customer service agents in the website even...

I have ordered product on nykaa on 25th and expected delivery was on 27 th without making an attemt the delivery ececuitive is cancelling the delivery daily.. From past three days n facing this issue.. On 2nd day the ececuitive called me as i was waiting for ur call bt as soon as ihave received the call he cut the call.. He didnt even call back..i tried to call him back many times only once he have received and put me on hold.. Afterwards...

Sir. I want to raise a complaint for late delivery of my product.The delivery date is 27/ 09/2021. But it changes to 30/09/2021. There is no response from customer care for my my parcel's confirm delivery date. The parcel is at uttam nagar, delhi . And delivery address is dwarka sector 3. And distance is just 5 km . Then why does it takes 3 dyas of delivery time. When the distance is just of 10 minutes. Please deliver my parcel today. Otherwise...

I bought some perishable items which were sent via Delhivery (Sept 21-22) and the package has been in transit since days. The package shows no progress on tracking and the last update was on 24th September (Tracking Number[protected]. I have emailed (customer.[protected]@delhivery.com) them and requested to expedite this matter and was asked to wait, with no further contact from them or explanation nor delivery.

Sir i ordered something from gwalior m.p.
It took only 3 day (22sep to 25sep)and travel 728 km, but when it reaches ambaji currier at 25th sep they are not even attempting shipping and delaying.giving some more dates.

One of my parcel is showing delivered on 27th September, 2021 but my customer claims that she has not received it. Today evening, my customer called me and asked me about the delay of her order. I checked the status and told her that it had been delivered. But my customer said she was out of station and no phone call received from any delivery agent.

From 5-6 days it is ready and none of them has reached at my place and now messaging wrong about it.

Hi, it's been 11 days that my bike was taken for parcel from delhi to patna. I still have not received it. The number I got to contact tell me that delivery will be made tomorrow. This has been going since 24th September 2021. And today nobody is picking any call also nobody is providing me with the address where my bike is in patna so that I can go and get it.
