My brother boked passion pro two wheeler from chattisgad to Narasaraopet Guntur Dist Andhra Pradesh.It reached me on 19.10.2021 at 07.15 PM later I while checking lot of damage done to bike The clutch handle is broken The dome beside battery is broken and removed from bike At back under the seat the back part of came out and damaged . It causes much inconvenience to us .At the time of booking they told us we delivered the item without any damage. Today I will approach the show room and estimate the damage. You have to compensate the said amount along with penalty to me.I am herewith encloused the phots and Invoice of the bike booking

I want to return this and need my product

It has been 10 days and my courier is yet to get delivered. Worst service. It's saying out for dekivery but again and again deliver got rescheduled. If ASAP u won't take step I am bound to complaint to consumer forum.

I have ordered one laptop with AWL no[protected] which has reached Guwahati on 17th October, normally it just requires 1 day to reach Agartala (destination city) from Guwahati but it's already 3 days Delhivery just shows delivery rescheduled please send it by tomorrow I need it urgently

Please do the needful.. Always problems coming in this delhivery courier service.. Package was not delivered but status was changed as delivery..
How it is possible?

Im getting messages like - Delivery will be attempted again as our executive was unable to reach you

Nobody called me, I'd waited all day long. If any issues I'm ready to self collect it from the facility center. But there's no way to find facility center address. Im feeling helpless, I've send so many email to their customer support tried every possible way but still no response, pathetic service.

Very bad service by Delhivery..my Shipment was cancelled by the Delivery boy with my permission and gave the reason that I have refused to take it..

They are constantly changing the estimated day of delivery from 17th to 18th & now to 19th October. The package is stuck in Dankuni for 2 days . Their customer service phone numbers are not working! They don’t reply over email.

I have ordered a dress bm fabrics from Agra on on 7th of Oct they deliver by ur courier service. Delivery has shown on 9th of Oct on tracking ID bt in that day they have not deliver . I called ur delivery executive of gel he said parcel has misplaced somewhere they will deliver on next day bt on 9th I had to take a train from gwl to surat in the evening so they said they will deliver on surat address they demand for surat address I sent to him. They said parcel will be deliver within 3 days bt parcel not delivered. I kept calling different different executives o[censored]r company some says today morning thn eve then next morning some time says parcel on the way bt at the end parcel is not delivered me yet

Package was supposed to be delivered on 14 oct but still didn't received. I have asked for shipment center address but no response

My name is Arshi I live in Jhansi (UP) I ordered a product from Meesho and the product was delivered by your delivery agent Delhivery my product was of 595 in which I was giving coins of just 85 rs that too of 10 rs. So the agent have told me that coins are not allowed. I want to ask you why coins are not allowed when government is making coins and they are there in market how come your company denies for a coin.. I want to know the answer or else I will raise a complaint regarding this at consumer forum.

They were supposed to deliver my product on 17th October 2021 which I placed on 10th October 2021. The product Is stuck in Dankuni for 3 days I don’t know what is taking so long for them to deliver in Kolkata itself. The shipment was raised in West Bengal and it’s a within state delivery. I can’t understand how it can take 10 days. On the top of it none of the customer care numbers are working & they don’t bother to respond over email. I need the delivery as soon as possible.

I am the founder of Microchipz Solution, it's an IT Peripheral company wherein we have to ship out or bring products from all over India.

So I thought of making Delhivery as my courier partner. The journey with Delhivery was going smoothly however I am not sure what happened a few weeks back and Delhivery Customer Care and the warehouses started acting weirdly.

There was a flood situation last month in West Bengal Dankuni HUB which created a lot of problems for all o[censored]s which I am quite aware of but after everything was normal and moving they started delaying the orders which I still understand because of backlogs however there was one particular package which was shipped from Rajasthan last month on Sept 27, 2021 and till date it was not delivered. And on top of that it went for RTO when Delhivery courier agents never even tried to deliver it at my destination. It was kept on hold for 4 days and after that they decided to return it back to the place from where it was shipped, I am not sure who gave them this instruction to return it back instead of delivering it.

And on top of that I have sent a lot of mails asking for updates and informing them not to return the package, there has been absolutely no response from the DELHIVERY CUSTOMER CARE TEAM. They didn't even intervene in this to rectify the route and ask the ground team to re-route and deliver it to the address.

Because of Delhivery's fault my business is getting hampered and I ma making losses.

I have placed an order on 12th October 2021. It is being delivered by Delhivery. From the 14th of October, I cannot track the status of the product and they are not reachable by any means. I have mailed them but to no use. Please provide resolution to this. The tracking id is[protected].

The executive named DANISH came to pickup my order because I denied the pickup earlier to another executive for his misbehaviour with me .
Despite of such grave complaint this executive danish also mistreated me and talked in the most rude way possible. Told me how I am bothering him and everyone and threatened me about the pickup.
Kindly look into this behaviour of your executives now or otherwise I’ll have to take other legal help now.

Dear sir i am receiving daily message for delivery of my cheque book but from 5th of october the same is not getting delivered. No person had visited us to deliver but we are getting messages of returned. This was happened thrice. Please get this check and deliver the same on priority. I feel a very poor service of your courier.

Shipment with AWB No:[protected] has been booked from Pune to Calicut Kerala, via Maruti courier (Mr. Rahul Davanghe [protected]) on 27th Sep 2021. Delivery date shown in the AWB was 5th Oct 2021. Upon tracking still the shipment is in Hoskote, Bangalore from 6th Oct 2021. There is no further information available as on date.

Mr Rahul is not picking up the call nor we are able to reach Delhivery in any means, this is to request to get the shipment delivered at the earliest please.

Wrong parcel was picked up by Delhivery's delivery executive on behalf of Bata on August18, 2021. Instead of picking up the Bata parcel the executive took another parcel which was supposed to be returned to Amazon without verification which was later realised. I consider this as very irresponsible behaviour from a well reputed company like Delhivery and its delivery agents.

I expect the parcel which was incorrectly picked up to be returned back to me.

Had also raised a complaint for the same with Bata bearing complaint number: 95204, where even Bata doesn't seem to have provided any solution.

The Bata package AWB is[protected], and was picked up by Delhivery agent [protected].
