Hi have purchased some books and it is shipped through Delhivery on 4th October. Till now it is not delivered. TRACKING ID:[protected]. There is no customer care numbers. the only way is to communicate with them is by mail. But they did not reply properly or do not reply at all, as we are simply negligible to them. They just got their money for delivery now the customer will suffer if they wish they could deliver the parcel. Very bad customer support, I think Indian Consumer Forum takes them seriously.

    Hi sir
    Myself Ravindra chowdary. I got received a courier from Icici bank through dhelivery. While i track the parcel, the parcel was dispached on 8th october and has reached the hub on 12th of October. Today is 14th of october. I went to the courier office to collect the parcel and ask for the same to the concern person .

    The person is so rude for no reason and saying you have to wait 2 more days for the delivery, i asked i myself came to the office and to handover to me. For that he said we didnt open the parcel bags, we dont have workers here to open, if you want the parcel arrange some delivery boys to me later we will deliver.
    He was so rude not only in this instance. Since i am into business, from ecommerce sites i keep on getting parcels in dhelivery. Not a single time they didnt deliver the product at my door steps. All the time we went to the office and collected the parcels. Each time we are facing hard time with this person. He is so rude with the customers and taking some unparlimentary words with the customers.

    Please take some action on concern person. Else the dhelivery courier reputation is going down .

    Since 2 months kandukur (our location) deliveries are gone worse due to the staff misbehave.

      I had my ICICI Bank Debit Card which was supposed to be delivered on 13th October 2021 as per the DELHIVERY website has now delayed it to 15th October 2021 which now looks uncertain. I have been doing multiple follow ups but have not received any proper response. It was earlier said that it will be delivered in 5 days but I am stuck and am unable to do my financial transactions and full fill my daily necessities. The parcel is stuck in a warehouse in Dankuni for past 4 days and has not been moved yet to deliver the same.

          We have cancelled this shipment then why is it going to Bangalore instead of returning to shipper.

          When the shipper(ME) cancelled this shipment and It was showing in transit for return then why is it going to Bangalore??? What is going on? Can you escalate this issue to higher authorities?

            I send a parcel mumbai to kolkata with delhivery courier on 21st septemeber 21, tried very hard to track my consignment but no one is responding either booking agent or their CUSTOMER support email. even they didnt had a single CUSTOMER care no who can answer where is my consignment. material is commercial purpose and specially made to order which is not available in open market, thatswhy it is very important that same material should handover to client. very irresponsible and current situation is very suicidial for me for just a parcel of rs 10000/- my company, my client every one is abusing me on daily basis and i had to face them daily. plz help me to getting out of this ###.

                It was supposed to be a home delivery, but I received a text from delhivery that the package with awb:[protected] was available for SELF PICKUP at a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ADDRESS!! My address was completely fine, as I had received other parts of the order previously from the same COURIER (which was a very successful home delivery)

                I then tried to contact the delivery agent with the provided ph no., but to no surprise, he didn't even care to pick the call. (He did at the first try, but said nothing and hung up)

                I am utterly disappointed with the service provided by your courier!! I now have no idea how I am going to pickup my order from a place that's literally 40 mins away from mine!

                  My tracking id is[protected] on delhivery .. i have ordered this on 6th October..today it is 13th October. The parcel has reached kasumtola(assam) and from there everyday they pick up for shipment and everyday it gets cancelled. I don't understand what's going on. But please understand i am in urgency and I won't be able to receive the parcel after 18th October because i will be out of town . Please understand my situation . Its a request please

                    I ordered a chair from flipkart and unfortunately it was booked by the seller through delhivery which is known for infamous delay. Since 7th October my product is at the destination point but not delivered to my address. This I am writing on 13th October. A complaint mail sent to them has not been answered yet. Earlier too I had ordered software from Reliance digital and it was also booked through Delhivery and it lied at their destination office for more than a week and after several complaints Reliance Digital customer service requested me to cancel the order as Delhivery is not answering them too. A wonderful pathetic company Delhivery.

                          I already paid for express service for fast delivery for my customer. The last estimated day is today. But when I checked today they again changed the date for tomorrow. Its a imp. Parcel my customer is waiting for it.they already paid extra for fast service. What kind of pathetic unprofessional behavior is this. They are doing this from past few weeks. Every time parcel got delayed. I want my parcel delivered by today itself. I paid extra for fast service. This is kind of cheating. I am loosing my customers only because of this poor Delhivery curior service. Please resolve my issue as earliest... customer service is pathetic

                            Tracking is showing delivered but has not received the product.

                            Even checked every family member, neighbor and security guard and no one has received the product.

                                I ordered a washing machine from Amazon.in on 7 October 2021. It was shipped on 8 October 2021, via Delhivery with Tracking ID[protected]. I kept tracking the courier as it was reaching the nearest hub. The courier reached the nearest hub and without any reason, it is being sent back to the origin.

                                Can anybody let me know why it is being sent back??

                                Delhivery is such a liar. They put delays by themselves and put them on customers. I just saw an update on Amazon stating "Delay delivery on customer request". When did I request them to delay!!! At least they should ask before delaying it. If I ordered something, I could have picked it up from their delivery hub. But who will inform the customer?

                                    I booked a package to deliver from bangalore to howrah on 3rd oct. The parcel is stuck in Bangalore since 4th Oct (10 days now) .

                                    Asked for a predictable date from customer care and all the time got a messages please wait for 48 hours for the update and no update . This happened 2 times and then customer care also stop replying emails.

                                    Asked for return so that I can deliver it via another vendor,
                                    Now the return is also stuck and the automated messages says
                                    "We could not deliver your Delhivery Direct order with AWB[protected] and it will be returned back to your address by[protected]T23:59:59."

                                    today is 13th oct and their return date is 9th . send another email and raise complaints, no response again.

                                    Everything got silent and no return movement also happening.
