I ordered a washing machine from Amazon.in on 7 October 2021. It was shipped on 8 October 2021, via Delhivery with Tracking ID[protected]. I kept tracking the courier as it was reaching the nearest hub. The courier reached the nearest hub and without any reason, it is being sent back to the origin.

Can anybody let me know why it is being sent back??

At least delivery agents can give a call and ask for pickup if they can't deliver the product.

Delhivery is such a liar. They put delays by themselves and put them on customers. I just saw an update on Amazon stating "Delay delivery on customer request". When did I request them to delay!!! At least they should ask before delaying it. If I ordered something, I could have picked it up from their delivery hub. But who will inform the customer?

    Sir i have shipped an order... my tracking id is[protected]... at starting estimated date of delivery is showing 9 oct 2021... but still my order is not delivered yet... i have query 2 times earlier but my problem is not resolved... kindly look into this matter...

      I booked a package to deliver from bangalore to howrah on 3rd oct. The parcel is stuck in Bangalore since 4th Oct (10 days now) .

      Asked for a predictable date from customer care and all the time got a messages please wait for 48 hours for the update and no update . This happened 2 times and then customer care also stop replying emails.

      Asked for return so that I can deliver it via another vendor,
      Now the return is also stuck and the automated messages says
      "We could not deliver your Delhivery Direct order with AWB[protected] and it will be returned back to your address by[protected]T23:59:59."

      today is 13th oct and their return date is 9th . send another email and raise complaints, no response again.

      Everything got silent and no return movement also happening.
      Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        I ordered the products from nykaa. i didnt received the parcel but its showing in their app that it has been delivered . no call for attempt to delivery was made .

            I have ordered (Order ID 884465) my product on 4th Oct, 2021 from boat official website and the expected delivery was by 7th Oct, 2021. But they are changing the expected delivery date every day. Not sure why the delivery is too late.

            The delivery courier agent is Delhivery Surface standar and tracking ID is [protected]. Please deliver it as soon as possible. Though, it reached the destination centre on 6th Oct ...but now it got delay and additionally the product is getting far away from the delivery destination day by day.

            Received a fake product (Not even of Boat Brand)

            I had ordered (Order ID 884465) my product on 4th Oct, 2021 from boat official website and the expected delivery was by 7th Oct, 2021. But they were changing the expected delivery date every day. Not sure why the delivery was too late.

            The delivery courier agent is Delhivery(Shiprocket) and tracking ID was [protected].

            Firstly, it took a huge time to deliver the product (the product firstly reached the destination hub and then it went to some other destination) and now they have delivered me a fake lead in place of Boat Airdopes 381. Additionally the outer packing was sealed and the inner package was teared...the box is of Boat Airdopes 381 but the charging case and earbuds are missing. I want a return of this product. There is no invoice in the package so attaching the image of things which I have received.

            Very Very Disappointed with the product...Please look into the matter ASAP.

              Dr Kalyan Express has shipped some essential Medicines to me on 6th Oct and the package reached my city on 10th Oct. But the status of my shipment updated to "Delivery failed due to mismatch of OTP code". The expected delivery date is changing daily.
              I am trying to contact Delhivery but they are not responding to the email. I did not get any call from the delivery boy then how my delivery is failed? I need medicines as soon as possible. Please look into it.

                Sub.: Complaint for damaged product received – Through Delhivery Courier

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I had Sent products from your company (Delhivery) a few days back. However, I am shocked to have received the products today in somehow corner side damaged form. Unfortunately, after the products were delivered and when I opened the delivery package for checking the products inside, I found that some of sides of product broken even part of ply is cracked. Also I didn’t receive my full consignment Glass of sofa table is missing and also I received only one side table of bed box and one table is missing. I informed so many times to the guy I sent the courier from Delhi. His number is “ [protected]” He said will sent in a day or two he missed from his side and will try to deliver same message I am getting from more than two months even today I didn’t received my missing items two. Then at last I am filing complaint even I sent mail to Delhivery partner 100 times they also not taking it seriously and there is no contact number to contact them only I can sent mail to them. They also providing same reply “ Dear Vipan, apologies for not meeting your expectation. However, we want to inform you that the team is working on the raised issue keeping it on the highest priority, and will try to resolve it at the earliest. Thanks “but my issue is still pending.

                I have kept the goods in the same form as they were received. The same message is given to your representative or courier person.

                    Consignment not yet delivered even after 18 days

                    On 24.9.21, I had booked a courier through Shiprocket., to Kolkata 700039. I had to choose Delhivery courier for availing the service, as there was no other option shown in website of Shiprocket.
                    My AWB number is [protected] dt 24.9.21.
                    On 1.10.21 this consignment reached Dhankuni-hub of DELHIVERY (outskirts of Kolkata).
                    After that, till 8.10.21, it was still lying there. I had been complaining to customer care number...

                    I placed a pickup request in delhivery to pickup my order on Oct 1st and after couple of emails they picked the package and reached the delivery centre by Oct 6(this is the date they mentioned as a estimated delivery). It’s been 5days the package didn’t delivered yet. Though it reached the nearest centre to deliver it got delayed. I requested for a faster delivery also. I wrote several emails to send my package at the earliest. They don’t have a contact number to reach and the support team will respond once in a while saying “apologies for the inconvenience caused”
                    They will not update with a message or email regarding the delay delivery and I requested to share the address where it was sticker so that I will arrange a person to pick-up. That also they were not doing. Actually it’s a surprise gift for my friend and unfortunately I used this poor service to send the courier. It’s been12 days I handovered the package to delhivery team. I am really upset with the service of Delhivery.
                    I need my package to be delivered within Oct 13th at any cost. If they can’t do that they have to look for other option atleast. They were simply not responding properly.

                      Fraud Parcel Received from Delhivery with no mention of seller information

                      Hi Sir,

                      This is to bring to you kind attention that, I received a fraud parcel, from delhivery courier service on 11th October 2021

                      The delivery address and name was given as mine.
                      The parcel was with cash on delivery so I made the payment of Rs 945 using Google Pay.

                      I have no information about the sellers address or contact details.

                      Please guide what needs to be done at...

                      I have tracked my order and it was supposed to get delivered on 11th October. However, today is 11th October 2021 and it's still not from last three days status is vechile delay.Over 8 days over.
                      Most thing is that when I had mail them they replied me that it will deliver on 11th October 2021 but not.

                        Wrost delivery staff they have if any banking kit is your delivery then you are in trouble they will delay your order frist by will and they will update that you were out of reach. Then next or next day they contact you and will say it will take time but woo just say this line "" brother just deliver my card I will pay you something"" within half an hour you will get the stuff and that's how they work. Bloody fraudys

                          My courier was shipped on 8th October from Bhiwani for Mumbai. After tracking my parcel is still at the same place. Its really very very important parcel needs to be delivered on or before 13th October.

                          The contact numbers mentioned on the Delhivery site are not working and also the reviews on the google are not very good.

                          Please help me and provide me the contact number at the earliest.

                                I have tracked my order and it was supposed to get delivered on 9th October. However, today is 11th and it's still not out for delivery. Its an emergency. I have a very urgent work to do with the product. Please try and understand. I tried to contact the customer support the other day, they don't even reply to mails. I need this today due to severe urgency. If this continues, this would be the last time to work with Delhivery. At least provide 24*7 customer support or try not to delay your duty.

                                  Very poor delivery. It should be banned from all ecommerce portal while I don't know why Amazon always prefer this delivery option.
