Please be noted that we were at home, Dibrugarh, Assam, on 08 & 09 Oct 2021.
No delivery agent came to our home on both of those days mentioned for delivery...but instead they are entering false remarks of "consignee not home/available" etc.

Please ensure delivery of the parcel.
It should not be returned back falsely claiming of we not being at home.

Find attached herewith delivery made on 09/10/2021 by Xpressbees, as proof.

          Showing out for delivery, but with no assigned Agent name & phone, , as of today.
          Yesterday, although we are home, but they have entered out for delivery & subsequently " consignee not available".

          So the office at Delhivery Serive office of Dibrugarh is making up/faking things.

            I have ordered a shipment from Kolkata to Bhubaneswar and the courier was picked up from my house on 3rd of october, 2021. It showed a tentative date of reaching Bhubaneswar by 8th October, 2021.

            The order got shipped to Dankuni on 5th October and is still in Dankuni till now without any further updates. The customer care keeps on telling "will update status within 2 days"

            The courier is urgent and needs to get delivered ASAP to Bhubaneswar. Kindly help regarding this.

              I ordered a product worth 1895/-
              My ordered was shipped on 4th and till date I haven't received any updates. It was supposed to come from Kolkata and today its 8th it still shows Kolkata. Every time i check it shows right on track. I dont know if it has left for Kanpur or in transit. I am clueless. This is one hell of a service. I NEED MY EXACT UPDATES FROM THEM.

                I booked a parcel from chennai to jaipur on 14th september 2021, its 8th october today the parcel shows in jaipur since 3rd, but everyday delivery rescheduled, they dont have office they dont have phone number they dont have any CUSTOMER HELPLINE, this is the last time will be using this ###.

                  I registered for the express delivery option at Delhivery. I gave the parcel on 2nd of October 2021, as 7th of October 2021 was my Anniversary. At first, estimated date was 7th, then for 3 days the parcel did not move out of Ahmedabad. The estimated date then became 8th October. I started raising constant issues, but, no one contacted or replied properly or understood the fact that is was an urgent requirement. The only 'promise' they made was that they will deliver it on 8th. So, to top that off, today i.e on 8th October, they changed the delivery date to 9th October, in spite of my constant and ardent requests. Probably express means delay in Delhivery language.
                  I request a full refund, though it will not help with my anniversary surprise being ruined, but, it will still feel a bit good.

                      I was ordered a material on 30th September 2021. And 1st October that product was shipped from howrah approx 30km from my home on 3rd my percel was moved in dankuni and after that till now today is 8th and still my percel in dankuni. I have never seen this kind of courier service in my life. Seriously

                        The issue is now scary in Kolkata.Delhivery is picking up the orders but all the orders are stuck in Dankuni hub for 5-20 days.Every day the status shows dispatched from Dankuni hub and then end of the day it is updated as reached Dankuni hub.We are literally getting abused by the customers as the products are not getting delivered after so many days!!                           This is regarding AWB[protected]. &[protected]. The shipments aren’t moving. Because of lack of professionalism, businesses are getting hit and Delhivery is not doing anything about it not even replying to messages/mail. They have joined the league of worst services by logistics company. These are two shipments am referring to but these are not the only cases, every shipment through Delhivery is suffering. If they can’t function they should declare and not being loss of income to others.

                              Fraud/ scam run by delhivery courier

                              I am facing harrasment from delhivery courier on daily basis. Few days back I order a COD parcel which was supposed to be delivered by delhivery courier company.                                 As mention awb no parcel send 27th sep to my address Naihati. I repeatedly tracking the parcel but still not received it. 4th oct is showing that it was in naihati hub. But no one call me and revert back the parcel to dankuni again.                                     A package with AWB no. [protected] (ref attachment MYPACKAGE) was NOT delivered to the stipulated address. Instead, a different package was delivered whose tracking ID is as attached herewith. The former package is untraceable as of now. This gross negligence is highly deplorable as is causing a great deal of anxiety to myself and my customer. Kindly resolve this matter as soon as possible.
                                    Called customer care of Ms. SHIPROCKET, the app thru which the delivery was arranged, but they refused on the pretext that the complaint was raised 2 days after receipt of the swapped package. Please note that the original recipient was out of station for those 2 days and a representative had received the package.
