Hi,
My shipment ( AWB[protected], was in same location as delivery for last 4 days (Oct 01 to Oct 05 ). I tried multiple times to contact the customer service which is only available through mail, and was not able to resolve the issue.
Now the updated status is, after being in same location for last 4 days, shipment has been misrouted and will take 9 more days.
There was no communication, even the status wasn't updated for last 4 days and suddenly 9 more days that too when shipment is in same delivery location from last 4 days (Nagpur)
I can't call to customer service, cannot log complain ticket from website and customer service is not responding on mails.
As a customer, I feel helpless and cheated of my time, effort and money.
As there was no prior communication, in case of my movement from my present location, I cannot make the required arrangements at last moment.
I request full refund of my shipping cost as well as penalty on Delhivery for such pathetic and untrustworthy service.
Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
