Delivery staf[censored]nprofessionally behavior very bad experience

My package delivery date is 28september but today still not delivered to me.Verry bad delivery service I have ever seen.

This is an escalation from my side for the delay in delievery by your company.

My courier picked up by your company person on 22nd of september and expected delivery date was 25th. But till date I have not received the same. It is kept at your company warehouse (as per system update) for more than 1 week. This document is a bank document and very important for me. But due to this delay I am suffering financially.

I have tried to reach on your customer care phone no which are updated on website, but none of those numbers are working.

I have written few mails to customer care mail id (customer.[protected]@delhivery.com), but unfortunately not received any revert.

I am sure since now the matter has come to your notice, I will receive my courier itself. I am very sorry to mention that this kind of poor service is not at all expected from such a reputed courier service company.

My order was placed on 25 September
And reached the nearest delhivery centre on 27th September (estimated date) and they delayed the order for five days and I haven't still received it. They once called me in between and said the product will be delivered today and that the delivery boy will call but they didnt call and no updates were given. All these days I've been receiving fake updates such as consignee not available, I was at home eagerly waiting, and today on Oct 1 they updated on the website that I refused to take the order and they have been delaying for a long time now, it's already October 1 and I have to go to boarding school, I have been delaying school only for this order

Item shows delivered but not received

I am ship a product and consignee received product but box damage in open box paper damage and 2box missing when i complaint delivery not listen complaint plssss report fraud

I'm due recieving a product which was picked up by Delhivery courier agent on 23 Sept 2021 and was expected to be delivered on 28 Sept 2021. It's still not delivered & further everyday, the tracking page shows it'll get delivered in that day only... There's no contact no to call customer service agents in the website even

I have ordered product on nykaa on 25th and expected delivery was on 27 th without making an attemt the delivery ececuitive is cancelling the delivery daily.. From past three days n facing this issue.. On 2nd day the ececuitive called me as i was waiting for ur call bt as soon as ihave received the call he cut the call.. He didnt even call back..i tried to call him back many times only once he have received and put me on hold.. Afterwards i tried calling him many times bt he disconnected the call.. Now i have cancelled the order with nykaa and they have request you to return their pacel to their warehouse so that they can initiate the refund. Very bad service of yours

I didn't get my shipment but Delhivery is saying that it has been delivered. When I raise a complaint ticket of proof of delivery... I want my product back or you have to pay the refund. AWB: [protected]

Sir. I want to raise a complaint for late delivery of my product.The delivery date is 27/ 09/2021. But it changes to 30/09/2021. There is no response from customer care for my my parcel's confirm delivery date. The parcel is at uttam nagar, delhi . And delivery address is dwarka sector 3. And distance is just 5 km . Then why does it takes 3 dyas of delivery time. When the distance is just of 10 minutes. Please deliver my parcel today. Otherwise i will complaint in consumer court. My order no. Is 69648. Name . I bought some perishable items which were sent via Delhivery (Sept 21-22) and the package has been in transit since days. The package shows no progress on tracking and the last update was on 24th September (Tracking Number[protected]. I have emailed (customer.[protected]@delhivery.com) them and requested to expedite this matter and was asked to wait, with no further contact from them or explanation nor delivery.

The said courier was to reach me latest by September 27th, the delivery date is changed to the next day every single day since then. The customer service numbers are unreachable as my call does not connect through. I have no recourse except seeking help here.

Please help me get my package asap.

Sir i ordered something from gwalior m.p.
It took only 3 day (22sep to 25sep)and travel 728 km, but when it reaches ambaji currier at 25th sep they are not even attempting shipping and delaying.giving some more dates.

Every single day Currier boy regularly comes to my town but they dont attempt my shipping...
I mailed their delhivery email but no response from them and not even their numbers are working.

One of my parcel is showing delivered on 27th September, 2021 but my customer claims that she has not received it. Today evening, my customer called me and asked me about the delay of her order. I checked the status and told her that it had been delivered. But my customer said she was out of station and no phone call received from any delivery agent.

I always prefer Delhivery courier as they provide OTP based delivery service. But after getting my customer complaint, I checked the tracking history of AWB NO[protected] and find out that there is no notification about phone call by agent and OTP verified delivery.

I complained about this issue through customer care service of Shyplite over phone. But the answer of customer care executive was not satisfactory to me. So I write down this mail again. Even, any complain docket number does not provided by customer care executive. She said that AWB NO-:[protected] is complain number itself. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Sir my pick up is not done from many days about 5-6days has been passed and now today I'm receiving the message as follow
"We attempted the pickup today but pickup wasn't ready. "
From 5-6 days it is ready and none of them has reached at my place and now messaging wrong about it.

Hi, it's been 11 days that my bike was taken for parcel from delhi to patna. I still have not received it. The number I got to contact tell me that delivery will be made tomorrow. This has been going since 24th September 2021. And today nobody is picking any call also nobody is providing me with the address where my bike is in patna so that I can go and get it. I hope it's not stolen by DELHIVERY people. Contact number [protected]

But still now they haven't responded me . The documents are very important for me . There is also not any working mobile number of delhivery available for customers .

I didnt get my percel yet but status is showing delivered. How its happening?
I dont want to know anything Ijust want my percel in hand otherwise u have to refund my money back. Ur delivery boy called me at 4.30 pm to recieve my percel but Iwas not present in my home, I asked him to give my percel my neighbor but after reach my home my neighbor is telling me delivery boy didn't give them any percel. Now I called the delivery boy he said me he will give the percel within 1 hr but still now I m not getting my percel. Please do the action against the dlivery boy name is Joy mondol.
