A package with AWB no. [protected] (ref attachment MYPACKAGE) was NOT delivered to the stipulated address. Instead, a different package was delivered whose tracking ID is as attached herewith. The former package is untraceable as of now. This gross negligence is highly deplorable as is causing a great deal of anxiety to myself and my customer. Kindly resolve this matter as soon as possible.
Called customer care of Ms. SHIPROCKET, the app thru which the delivery was arranged, but they refused on the pretext that the complaint was raised 2 days after receipt of the swapped package. Please note that the original recipient was out of station for those 2 days and a representative had received the package.

Most humbly and respectfully I wanted to say that I have booked an urgent parcle from Ahmedabad to bhopal on 23rd September via Delhivery doorstep pickup and drop service whose tracking number is[protected]. And now it's the end of 13 days the parcle is not yet delivered to my address they are still asking for more time I don't know what the problem is the are also not explaining about my parcle they only reply on my name and say that my parcle will be deliver net day and they are saying that from almost a week and now I didn't have any choise that is the reason I am complaining here please help me with it and show them that a common man also have their rights.

The money from paytm bank is been deducted two times your delhivery agent did not received 984 + 984 two times i haven’t received it back also where is it whats going on

The owner has dispatched the package on 29th sept. The package is reportedly at Dankuni. Yet not receiving it. Need the delivery to be done by Tomorrow. It's urgent.

To begin with I have had good experience with so many courier companies in the world and have never faced such an unreliable and inefficient service.

This is in regards to tracking. N*** ***y. Dealautoo company, replacement earpads. Order ID ‪[protected]‬
Please do find attached the reviews on the net regarding this particular branch (aluva, kunnathunad). I have attached the proof so that you don't have you just take my word. Be rest assured I will be escalating the issue to the top most level possible. Its not about the package that I ordered any more.

I have also attached the proof of what they claim that the attempt was made to deliver the product. I understand delhivery is a good courier company however due to the rude, lazy behavior of some employees working in (Aluva Kunnathunad branch) I am afraid the image of the company is been brought down.

First of all I would like to understand the definition of (attempt made for delivery). I don't see any effort or attempt made to deliver the product for which the money has been already PAID in full. My phone has never had network issues. And when I say that I mean it. I never had any one telling me that they couldn't reach me because of network issues. So if someone tells me that they tried calling me and there was no network its impossible and that too on 2 attempts made on 2 different dates.

As per the records 2 attempts were made. First attempt was made on 3rd Oct around 8.30pm. Second attempt was made on 4th Oct around 8.30pm. It must be a miracle that all other humans trying to get in touch with me are successful however only DELHIVERY employees cannot get in touch.
Why such a lazy and sloppy behaviour?

Today a person called me to inform about the delivery. I wonder how he was able to connect today. Must be another miracle. My wife answered the phone so couldnt speak to the person. However I called back on the number to know the issue

On asking him why was there a delay in delivering the product which was lying at their place for the past 5 days. He had the odascity to yell at me and tell me that why are you using a mobile if you can't pick up. If I could I would have provided a detailed billing record. There was no such calls made. I informed him I had already sent an email to the dealer and will be sending another email to Delhivery team. His response was a mocking laughter and a comment you do whatever you want now I will deliver the product if I can by 3pm.

From the net I found out that the branch for Delhivery was not even 5 mins walk from my place. So I decided to walk there myself on 5th Oct around 5.30pm to find out what's happening. I was informed they moved to another place. Upon further enquiry I realised the new office was relocated close by and was not even 5 mins travel by bike or car.
I don't see any reason other than laziness, casual attitude towards work, no respect from an employee towards their company, for not delivering the product. Such kind of people don't deserve to work for reputed company. They as it is don't have a self respect or basic etiquette and they spoil the image of a company. Even after this wake up call if Delhivery team is not going to look into the matter then I have no words to say other than good luck and keep it up. I would strongly suggest you to check the reviews made about the ALUVA, KUNNATHUNAD branch service.

My shipment ( AWB[protected], was in same location as delivery for last 4 days (Oct 01 to Oct 05 ). I tried multiple times to contact the customer service which is only available through mail, and was not able to resolve the issue.

Now the updated status is, after being in same location for last 4 days, shipment has been misrouted and will take 9 more days.

There was no communication, even the status wasn't updated for last 4 days and suddenly 9 more days that too when shipment is in same delivery location from last 4 days (Nagpur)

I can't call to customer service, cannot log complain ticket from website and customer service is not responding on mails.

As a customer, I feel helpless and cheated of my time, effort and money.

As there was no prior communication, in case of my movement from my present location, I cannot make the required arrangements at last moment.

I request full refund of my shipping cost as well as penalty on Delhivery for such pathetic and untrustworthy service.

My packet AWB no [protected]. This packet had arrived at Delhivery center on dated 3rd October. But not yet received. No message and call from their side. I want to know that when I will receive my packet. Pls deliver my packet as soon as possible.

My parcel will be sent in west Bengal
bongaon but after 5 to 6 days stuck in dankuni hub the parcel is left for Bilashpur HR hub in 5.10.21 morning and esteemated delivery shown in 10.10.21. It is so much delayed.

I have placed order for shirt for my husband and it was dispatched and reached stil coimbatore courier office. When we asked about delay in courier office, we were informed that seller side has pay due.

But seller have informed that they dont have due pending so we can get our consignment from courier office. when we approach again, they informed the same reply.

Parcels got Stuck from Delhivery Courier, Dankuni Hub, West Bengal. It's been a long time now i Courier it on 23.09.2021.Since then The parcels got stuck in that branch/hub.No more progress... Please help if possible. I Want my parcels to send to the address mentioned in the parcel as soon as possible. Courier service is very bad... They are not helping at all. It's been a week the product stuck in Chennai warehouse and I reached multiple people to ship it to me but no one responded properly .. clearly worst service ever ..even after dropping multiple mails there is no action taken. Tracking ID :[protected]

I have to return the product. I tried to call delhivery pickup agent but the phone number they provide never connect to them. And when I check the status of return of my product it is showing . I cancelled the return. But I never did so. Kindly help me in this regard.
I also mailed on customer support services of delhivery but there is no response from their side too.
I raised a ticket also.
But I did not get any revert from them.

Didn't received my ordered after rescheduling the date of delivery from yesterday to today at the given time by the delivery tracker. It's already 6:11pm and no calls received from. Their courier service, the courier partner/ delivery boy asked me to reschedule the delivery date as he got confused with the route but now no trace of him or my order .

This is regarding order number[protected]. It has reached my my city on 27 September but still has not been delivered to me.

I have given the product to the delivery agent but after some days showing that my pick up is cancel however I have already handover the parsal to the delivery boy...

I'm complaining About Abusing & unappropraite Behavior By Delivery Agent at the time of Delivering my product. In 01/10/2021..

And Today 04/10/2021 still He doesn't Delivered my Product, & my Courier is Very necessary & important Docx.

And no customer support is working at all of Delhivery &Even no reply On mail even after almost 72hrs. Lapsed...

And tracking section it's show that my product arrived on 01/01/2021 & still not Delivered, Agent Call me & say, come at his home & pick my product when I refuse & say you should Come to my address it's your Duty, he refuse & abusing & say now you see consequences.

And now Everyday tracking status Shows that Delivery attempted but house is closed.

My #RT 46885182 pick up is never attempted... They forced my signature twice because of which I complaint and now they are refusing to deliver my packages or pick up my packages for return. I got a call from Ajio saying the delivery agents said we were not available but it is a lie... I was waiting at home the whole day.

My shipment with tracking no[protected] was booked on 23rd September and arrived at Dankuni on 26th September. Till date the tracking shows that my shipment will be delivered on 6th oct. I cant find any logical reason for such delay of distance 40 kms to be covered causing my loss of approx 15K.

I have a query about my packet awb no- [protected]. My packet was arrived at chirgaon delhivery center on dated 29/9/2021, but not yet delivered to me. There is no message from their side. Even not a single agent tried to call me. I want my packet back as soon as possible. Please do ur kind attention on this issue and solve this as soon as possible and deliver my packet as soon as possible. It's urgent.
