I have not received my product yet. In tracking it is showing delivered. My tracking id is [protected]. Why it is not delivered? I want my product or else you have to pay my refund.
That parcel important items of company . They have not lost the parcel as informed by agent . I want my parcel .

I booked my courier package and its delivery expected date was 25th September but still didn’t received my package . I tried to reach with company staff but they are not responding. Please help me to get my package. It is containing documents and which very important for me . I need urgently.

I didn't get my shipment but Delhivery is saying that it has been delivered. When I raise a complaint ticket of proof of delivery they had said that we will hear you within 2 days . But still now they haven't responded me . The documents are very important for me . There is also not any working mobile number of delhivery available for customers .

Money got deducted from my account twice, but I did not receive any message from Delhivery. There's no customer service number to call or complain. They don't reply soon on the email. Their website is poor. Two times, I tried booking a pickup, money got deducted but no message received. 174+174 twice amount deducted. Either arrange a pickup or refund my money as soon as possible....

I had booked 2 pieces of silk saree and got delivered through delhivery services (Order# [protected], Invoice# Retail01009, Invoice date 18/9/2021). I see the quality of the material is not good and wanted to return the shipment back to the seller.

Could you please assist in getting the shipment return and get the refund on the same at the earliest.

Sir/mam, my order for AWB NUMBER :[protected] has not been delivered yet to me . Also the status is showing that "Order refused or cancelled by Consignee". But in reality i have never refused or cancelled this order, infact i have never got any call regarding the delivery of my order.. So, i request you to deliver my product TODAY as soon as possible as it is urgent, And also update the status of my SHIPMENT.

I have done payment through paytm UPI & transaction on 15.09.2021 was successfully done, but got message from delhivery that payment not received, if debited from your account will get refunded. Still not received any refund.

Please initiate the refund asap

The delhivery service and logistics folded the parcel and my documents are now ruined!

Even though the package was not torn, it was folded! thats really pathetic handling of documents.

Please have some concern for the contents of the shipments. It is quite important to some o[censored]s!

I call tou the main head of dehlivry office nadaun HP. but he blocked my nomber and then switched off the phone.and never replying the calls.this is not a first time. evrey time repeated.so i kindly requested pls take a good decision and chnge this prson with another.🙏🏿

The product was supposed to be handed over to me on 23rd but the rude delivery agent called me and said up front that he can't deliver it. In the app it is showing arriving 24th and till today no update on the same. I have raised several complaints on the site but no action was taken. It is just a mental harassment for the customers

The delivery boy once called me and told to cancel my order and to tell cancellation code. i resisted to deliver my order as i need it because i paid the delivery charges before and I called them and sent mails to their service but they returned my order with out my concern

Delhivery courier tracking ID:[protected]

The product has been reached nearest location of mine(chittoor-15km) on 23rd sep but still they didn't moved it to out for delivery. Every day they changed the expected date of delivery. How irresponsible the courier people are. Even after I raised query I didn't get any response from delhivery courier why the product taking long time to deliver. I don't know when it is going to deliver.

I am short of words when I am writing this about such a poor form of courier service that is running in our country and everyone can guess it, yeah, right, the ' Delhivery courier/logistics company'. Apparently my order with tracking number[protected], was to reach me on 16th sept, 2021 but it did not, when I called my local Delhivery courier office guy he told me that we have your courier and we'll deliver it today. So I waited, but it didn't reached me at all. Next day I contacted him again but his phone was switched off, I reached their redressal mail and they said that they will expedite it and to give them "some" time. Yeah mind this "some" because it can be weeks, months or years too. But till now, 24th sept, I haven't received the courier. I luckily was able to connect with the local courier guy and he said that he has the courier and will deliver it today. But it's not. They are not making any progress on this. I have lost all hope. The service is pathetic at it's best. So I am reaching out for a consumer complaint. Hope this would help. Cheers.
