The product has been reached nearest location of mine(chittoor-15km) on 23rd sep but still they didn't moved it to out for delivery. Every day they changed the expected date of delivery. How irresponsible the courier people are. Even after I raised query I didn't get any response from delhivery courier why the product taking long time to deliver. I don't know when it is going to deliver.

I am short of words when I am writing this about such a poor form of courier service that is running in our country and everyone can guess it, yeah, right, the ' Delhivery courier/logistics company'. Apparently my order with tracking number[protected], was to reach me on 16th sept, 2021 but it did not, when I called my local Delhivery courier office guy he told me that we have your courier and we'll deliver it today. So I waited, but it didn't reached me at all. Next day I contacted him again but his phone was switched off, I reached their redressal mail and they said that they will expedite it and to give them "some" time. Yeah mind this "some" because it can be weeks, months or years too. But till now, 24th sept, I haven't received the courier. I luckily was able to connect with the local courier guy and he said that he has the courier and will deliver it today. But it's not. They are not making any progress on this. I have lost all hope. The service is pathetic at it's best. So I am reaching out for a consumer complaint. Hope this would help. Cheers.

My product reached Calicut 4 days ago. On 22 nd September the delivery boy called me but didn't delivered the product he postponed the delivery to 23 rd September. On 23 rd September again anothe delivery boy called and again he not delivered the product. And in night I saw that it is showing the status as delivery rescheduled to 24 th September (today) but today no one called me and updated the status as consignee not available.

It's been more than ten days my product is still showing transit..The tracking site is showing false estimation dates daily. Atleast assure me a genuine date when I receive my product. Please deliver my product soon as possible. I beg for your attention and take serious action on my case. Please deliver my product to me. 🙏🙏 Tracking ID[protected]

My office has shipped a package to my home address, there is a delay in the delivery which is understandable but there is no working number where I can contact the support and get to know the reason for the delay, the numbers present on google are not working and there is no number present on their website. Currently I only have to rely on tracking website. It is really frustrating.

I have ordered a product from purple ark.

Delivery agent is denying home delivery.

Instead of troubling the customer like this

Delhivery's delivery executive has been harassing me for a month. Not delivering products, not picking up products for return. Coming to my house, calling me just to harass, putting up fake attempts of delivery. Have raised multiple tickets from Delhivery's website, have not got a single response.

My packet has been booked from Margram for kolkata 5 days ago.It is within state and distance is max 200-250 kms.Consignment no[protected].I[censored] take 6 days to complete one delivery within state then how long will you take for one state to other.Horrible service.

My no of package rto without reason complain many times no action and no reply I have much tired your service please help me.my shipment[protected] no single call placed to my consignee and never reached your corierboy my conginee went your office to collect shipment he did not given misbehaving him.

My one parcel which was supposed to get delivered to me has not yet been done . The first day they contacted me and told that since it was late they could not deliver it to me even though I had to wait for almost an hour for them . The next two days the status showed out for delivery but neither did anyone come to deliver nor did I receive any calls regarding the same. This parcel is an urgent need for me and if private delivery companies where we already pay extra for faster service does such mismanagement, we are at lost as to what to do next . Please take care of this problem as soon as possible. Didn't expect this sort of irresponsibility .

Tracking id[protected]...actual delivery date is 21 sept 2021... But they deliver me on 22 sept 7.30pm..they handover my packege on road almost 600mtr from my home..i have to carry 7 kg packege way to my home.. wrost service

Sir/Madam, my order for AWB NUMBER :[protected] or AWB[protected] has not been delivered yet to me since 3 days . Also the status is showing that "Order refused or cancelled by Consignee". But in reality i have never refused or cancelled this order, infact i have never got any call regarding the delivery of my order.. So, i request you to deliver my product TODAY as soon as possible, And also update the status of my SHIPMENT.

Material has not yet been dispatched yet.If I call there is no proper response.

We did not order anything from the grid spglobal but we have received the order from delhivery which is cash on delivery .this is ridiculous .plz refund my money back I. E. 1465 /. Plz do as early as possible

[protected] is my shipment Id, I have shipped this product to Mumbai on 13-sep. The item has not reached Mumbai address and returned back to Bangalore. From last 3-4 days I am getting msg that the item will be returned to me in Bangalore. And after end of day the field courier guy updates the status that delivery has been rescheduled. No reason mentioned for return and thses rescheduled. Also which contacting the customer care at gurgaon they only revert on email that I will get my item back and they are taking action. I am extremely disappointed with the service of this company. Both the company n the courior partner is fraud.

Hi. My tracking ID is :[protected] . It was supposed to be delivered on 15th September. I got a call from delivery guy informing that he can't deliver it on 15th September'21 . I was fine with it and asked him to deliver tomorrow (16th) . But no update ever since . I contacted the delivery guy he says he's not aware of its picked up. Suddenly on 20th got to know my courier is being returned to seller. I did not get any confirmation on this. The customer support is also highly incompetent.

Delhivery staff of this thangjam D are neglected and no discipline
