I order a shirt from myntra and pay throw the link and it was succesful buy the delivery boy said it's not receive to our hand you make cash payment and u got refund for your online payment i agree and pay him but now 15 days ago I don't receive any refund

This is inform you that I am sending 2 package in Address of Vinod Kumar Village and Post office-Batran, Tehsil-Nadaun, Distt-Hamirpur (H.P). I am receiving my package dated-04/09/2021.

But your delhivery boy did not deliver my package home even though he has know about the address of the house.Because he has come to our house many times.please i want action on this in written and don't you or we pay them. And ask him why he did not deliver my package home.

I will wait for your necessarily action against him.

This is related to delivery of important package from bank with tracking number[protected].
As per tracking, package was supposed to be delivered on Sep 3rd, later got pushed to Sep 4th and now, it is showing Sep 5th.
Interesting is dates for all the past transactions like picking up, arriving to location dates are continuously getting changed. So, when I look at the tracking each day, there is no delay at all.
1. How can Delhivery change the date of actual transactions that is already taken place?
2. No contact number to reach Delhivery. Also, no response to emails that is being sent.

This is completely unprofessional behaviour.

The picked up item reached to destination city on 30/07/2021 but it is not returned to the sender in last 36 days? Everyday I check, the expected return date is changed to the next day. Customer care is not responding. My replacement is halted due to their not delivering the sent back item.

Same happened to me also. In last 36 days they have not delivered the returned item though it has reached the city.

I have scheduled a shipment delivery with this pathethic Service provider on 13th Aug 2021.
After reaching to destination there were no response, no action and the shipment never reached to destination, without any help i had to cancel the shipment as it was a company product and was very urgent.
After return it somehow reached to bangalore hub and from 30th aug i am keep following up and the worthless service executives are not providing any deatils or updates.

If you cannot deliver why you guys have opened the service and cheating people.

Is there any follow up on this please as i am not at all getting a proper response.
Everyday same message in tracking page and at the end of the day it says shipment could not be delivered or some random updates.

The product was given to delhivery on 16/07/2021 for delivery but after one week or so when the package didn't reach the destination I got worried. On calling them and waiting for them to locate my package for almost one month, I was told that the package is lost. They promised me to reimburse the whole cost but that was also denied after 2-3 weeks of inquiring.

My courier reached my home town on 29 th August 2021(Padavarad Thrissur)But yet they didn't delivered. (2 September 2021) . Always i check the status and details. Every morning they change date to next day. Please make it fast . Always shows estimated delivery date as the next day.

Hello delhivery, yesterday I received a old damaged product from delhivey. We ordered only in mesho and we thought it was a mesho product and paid through gpay amount 2745Rs.but after opening it it was a damaged product and immediately we called to mesho and they said they didn't delivered that, so how this fake product came and from which retailer delivery has got that order to send it to us and why customer care is not picking the call.
