I have 2-3 order, which is to be delivered by courier partner delhivery.
It's been 4 days the delivery is late.
I daily get a message for delivery, but dnt receive it.
I am really fed-up of this now.
Please deliver my products on priority.

My delivery awb:[protected] i have ordered something in online this delhivery executive called me and said you should come and pick up the parcel i was in my office alone i requested him to give the parcel but he denied and his behaviour was rude and said its not possible to delivery. Kindly look into this and take aproriate action immediately. Awaiting for response.

Same here happened with me in Mumbai. The Delhivery guy has another level attitude. It's not his fault it his companies management fault. There is no Proper Customer Care calling number. Whenever they required they can call us but for us. we need to write emails but again if we write emails there is no revert on that emails.

I have purchased an item from Oneplus app which is prepaid, with Tracking No:[protected]. And I don't want this product because the wrong order was placed, But the delivery agent updated the status as delivered and which is before my product acceptance.
Please do the needful as soon as possible, As I have ordered my different product and it is not possible to take both products.

Urbanic uses you as delivery partner, my packet was supposed to be delivered today and I also got the otp. I got a call in morning tk confirm my address on my number which I did.
When they updated their records they updated as I have not received any OTP which was incorrect and lie.
When I tried calling the same person he spoke to me very badly when I asked about about the parcel and asked him as why the wrong information was updated on the portal. He didn't had any answer but started giving all stupid excuses.

Tracking id is[protected] firstly your executive didn't attempt delivery then i raise complaint nd next day he gave 2 missed calls to which i contact him back within a minute nd he called me 1 km away from my house... this is nt the first time this boy misbehaved i think he's having some issue with me...he was too rude and said to me u can raise complaint regarding me but i will not deliver this package to u and disconnected call.. his number is[protected] attached ss below please do needful help

Sir/ Madam, I have sent a VCR in a good & sound condition, packed in Card board & very thick layers of News Papers & rapped in polypropylene, duly taped, through your courier, but it is delivered to the receiver in such a badly broken condition that it can not be repaired even. So, pl give me the claim in full of the value of the product because it is a clear case of mishandling of the parcel.
Pl do the needful immediately.

I have a shipment from Amazon India which was supposedly arriving today. Delivery person have never attempted to contact or reach out to me but my shipment status goes to attempted and failed.

I'm waiting for the shipment entire day but he not even tried to call me. It's just sucking my mind right now. He could have been informed me about why he couldn't deliver my shipment. It is very rude.

Request your delivery person to drop the shipment at my doorstep. He usually asks me to come to the town nearby which is 6kms far from me. I want to know why he have not attempted to deliver my shipment but changed the status to failed.

Below mentioned Parcel is moving one place to next place but no one is getting panic to update the status of delivery from your team. What is your esclation matrix or contact no. Due to your such service we are facing problem and you are unable to reply on mail, Helpdesk, Consumer portal and Call.

Not a single contact number of Delhivery on Google is correct.

Package –[protected]Last 10 days passed away to reach at Delhi but not delivered it till date and parcel is just moving and Damaged )

Package –[protected].5 month passed away still not received )

If you can’t deliver it please return it.If you can not deliver the Parcel no matter but at least you can share the address and contact no. of Office from where it can be picked.

I had placed order from Ajio.com, total bill amount Rs 1119.
I received a sms on 27.08.2021 that it is to be delivered through DELHIVERY and a pin was also sent (only if i tell this pin to delivery guy he should handover the product to me).

After some time i received another sms that my item is delivered.
But no one came for product delivery. I never received a single call from any of the delivery executive, nor anyone verified the PIN that was sent to me.
I have complained to company but no response yet.
