My TCS RVP SURFACE package with AWB[protected] is not delivered on estimated day that is 25 th August evening.

My office desktop is in Delhivery facility Noida from yesterday.It should deliver today by evening as showing in tracker but it is still in Delhivery facility Noida and showing estimated delivery is on 25 August 2021 by evening.

But status is still in transit. This is urgent package to be delivered in TCS, Noida.

Even though the item reached Dibrugarh, Assam on 22nd August, 2021 itself but the courier service Delhivery dint deliver my product. They just kept saying delivery attempted but failed. Not even a single time they called me on my phone number. Kindly take action against them

I am from dharmanagar, and i booked a goods from kolkata to dharmanagar . order no[protected].. tracking id no[protected].
sir today i track the goods location i saw that it was in transit return. i asked your manager that why he return the goods without inform me, manager reply he is not bound to call for every parcel.
so i think this is not the right way to deal with your customer ...
whatever i need my goods back . its a request dont harassment your customer like this way ... we already paid advanced for every percel . also attached my docket .

I have ordered pair of flates from free up official application and it was showing last update of dispatching my parcel from Mayapuri phase 2 Delhivery delivery services. I ordered the item on 13/08/2021 and it was dispatched on 21/08/2021 and then in the evening its suddenly showing delivered and the parcel has not received up till yet and still the application is showing delivered the tracking id is[protected] this. The free up customer service are worst they don't reply the mail and keep saying to wait and patience thry deducted the shipping charges as well as points didn't delivered my parcel. They are simply making people fool, they are doing unethical, unreliable and pathetic work and cheating people to earn money. I haven't received even any call or otp for the collection of my parcel how could they deliver the product without taking receiving sign or otp from the receivers so simply they are trying to make people fool and both the company the free up and Delhivery direct delivery services are fraud. Kindly pay attention to it as soon as possible. These are becoming very open and many people are suffering to it. Kindly pay attention to it.

One of my package [protected] sent from Delhi to nizamabad on 15th aug
Since week package it is moving from Hyderabad to nizamabad, nizamabad to Hyderabad and it’s been processing same daily
Delhivery really worried about customers package ? Why it’s been that neglected
How can a package move up and down in routine manner
I am not sure why it not been delivered or taken card once received in nizamabad

Worst service not at all happy with seller for choosing delhivery courier service

Seller is not ready to refund since package is stuck in looping manner

All the phone numbers in this site given by Delhivery also not working, no response for the repeated mails. Worst ever service...

Delhivery picked up the parcel by Aug 6 2021, still now it is not delivered

I have a prepaid order from shopclues. But he did not give me the product. He did not respond me properly on phone call.
I am very much disappointed with your service.

It left Vijaywada on 11.8.2021 and today is 24.8.2021..i have still not received the package.
The package is in my pincode since 15th Aug but is not getting delivered.
The last update was on 20tj .After that no update.Customer service mails are unanswered .I have asked them to give me location so that I can pick up still no response .My package is worth more than 50k and this is very concerning now .

I have ordered a product on shopclues. They send the product through delhivery courier service. On opening the parcel i was surprised to see that mobile phone is replaced with bathing soap. The charger, cover and bill was still available in the box but the phone is replaced with soap.
The whole incident is recorded in cctv footage . the delivery boy is also witness for the same as it happened in front of him. He also call there seniors regarding the issue but they denied that corrier service is not responsible for that and gave me advice to give return request. Also there is no option for raising return in shopping portal.
On very close monitoring it is found out that the product is interchanged during transportation process.
Kindly take immediate action on the culprit of this case.

Hi Team,

I have received a order from Saniya (Baidyabati, West Bengal, 712222) that was not ordered by me.
The product was delivered on 23rd August which was in a CoD mode with an amount of 350/-. The tax invoice does not have the contact info of the seller. The delivery person also did not have the contact info of the seller.

I think this is a big glitch in the part of Delhivery as they should have the contact info of the seller else there will be a lot of fraudulent delivery like this.

My purchase order number is [protected] and I want full refund of the amount in exchange for the refund of the product received. I have no clue on who placed the order or how she got the address so, could not raise a refund request on my own..

Please look into this at the earliest.

The delivery agent [protected] was supposed to deliver packages and pick up a return today. But he said he can’t come upstairs to deliver my packages. I’m partially disabled and had no one for assistance today but he asked me to come downstairs if I wanted the package and he was literally rude to my face. I request you to kindly look into this and take appropriate actions on the delivery agent.
