Sir. I had placed an order of 8 dressess from Nykafashion on 11 th august and they stated that my order will be delivered by 18 th of august . Till now I have not received my order . I have raised numerous tickets on DELHIVERY website still they don’t respond . This is not the first time . They delay the delivery by more than 1 week,

Since last 2 days your delivery boy is not delivering me this consignment. He called day before yesterday and I am waiting since last 2 days without going anywhere to recieve .
He is playing some mischief.
He is not lifting my calls and disconnecting since yesterday. Deliberately he is not delivering.
Please help receive my product

I have sent these cargo from UAE and used my relative mobile number to deliver the cargo to them.
Cargo received on 21st August 2021 evening, Even I give some tips to them. And after that the delivery man called my relative up to night 1'o clock atleast 25 times. When she blocked the number, he called over whatsapp.

I want a strict action against this. How people will send things online?

I have opted Courier Service from Delhivery on 10th August 2021, for Delivery of Household Items - Weighing 13 Kgs, from Mumbai to Hyderbad with Tracking ID:[protected].

Till Date, i.e: 21st August 2021, The status is still on Transit and Over Telephone on Enquiry i found out that, The delhivery Team is Unware /unable to locate my Parcel.

Kindly Track my Parcel and Delivery it at the Earliest.

It has very worst delivery services never delivers on time. No proper tracking updates on the website. And none of their support or contact number ever works.

[protected] . Local team of Delhivery forcing me to self collect the item from their office even after paying them for Doorstep delivery. This is not the first time they have returned my a number of orders in the past after updating worng status about self collect. Their local team at Ramban is just waste. They are unproffesional and dont care about customer. They behave like bullies. Even after repeated twitter and Mail complaints no action has been taken. My address is just 5.6 Km from their office and they cant deliver here. If they cant serve at this small distance, they should consider shutting down their business here.

Raised pickup request but still courier not pickup & after registration they asked to do rs500 recharge to avail delivery serivces

I was supposed to receive my product 2 days back when I got a message saying they were not able to contact us when we never even got a message or call. Same thing happened again. Im not even able to contact customer service.

Hello Sir/ Madam, As you can see from the attachment, which is a screenshot of the tracking details of the consignment number[protected]copy of bill attached), Delhivery has been bouncing the package from one place to another for the last 45 days. Somedays it is misrouted, some days rerouted, some days bag missing, some days in Mogappair, some days in Poonamallee. Many times it has reached destination but it is not delivered. I think they have lost the package and providing fraudulent information so that the case is delayed indefinitely. Their customer care is useless and after writing to them for countless times, their only response is that they are looking into the issue and to allow next 2 days for updates which have been the same for 45 days (screenshot attached). Because of this delay, I cannot claim the refund from Amazon for an item costing Rs. 74, 000/- (Rupees Seventy Four Thousand). If this continues, my hard earned money will be lost. Please help. Thank you.

There is no response of my complaint from customer service. Fraud with my product: and I got it provided in the complaint delivery company

My order was pre-paid, the part of which was supposed to be delivered on 16th August 2021. At the end of the day, it was notified that the product was delivered, however I didn't receive it . I never received any call from delivery agent . The second part of my order was supposed to be delivered today, on 18th August 2021. I didn't receive this either

Delhivery is probably one of the best service provider in the New Delhi/ NCR Region. I really value the work and professionalism you guys have.
This is first time I have faced such a huge disappointment from you people.
The delivery person that came to take return for the Zara package “Amar” came to me few mins back, I gave him the package, he opened it and then refused to take the package because the jeans was worn out, I told him that this is how the jeans is and I showed him the picture but he refused, it obviously made me angry and when I said take it he came to me saying “ Tameez mein reh zara”, I spoke to the circle manager and he also said jo karna hai karlo, jahan complain karni hai karlo, police, delhivery. Zara.
Is this the kind of service you’ve started now?
Adding icing on the cake, he has not taken my package.
Please look into this matter as urgent.
I highly recommend DELHIVERY for couriers but with this type of goons delivering and picking up, I will have to look into other options.

Ordered online from IKEA, assigned delivery partner DELHIVERY. The shipment reached Bangalore on 10th Aug however, they are not delivering the order since so many days. IKEA Order #[protected]. Delhivery Order #[protected].

I haven't recieved my courier yet which came from Kuwait to Calicut ( india) . It came through Aramex and they gave to delhivery, my shipment number is [protected]. Please resolve fast

My shipment from IKEA had to be delivered on 12th Aug 21
I can see that shipment has arrived in Bengaluru on 11th Aug itself but Delhivery is holding it for no reason. It has already been a week and no reply from delhivery for delivery of the package.

There's no reply from email support, no proper phone support, not even a number is provided to call them and ask about the issue.
