My AWB [protected] was supposed to arrive from Bangalore to Surat. Shipment started on 11th August and since then no activity has happened on the same. Even after multiple complaints delivery executives have no idea where the shipment is.

Since last 10 days my courier AWB[protected] is not delivered and Delhivery has no clue where is it. I guess either they lost it or stole my parcel, please investigate and take the proper action

Sir/ Madam, I have sent a VCR in a good & sound condition, packed in Card board & very thick layers of News Papers & rapped in polypropylene, duly taped, through your courier, but it is delivered to the receiver in such a badly broken condition that it can not be repaired even. So, pl give me the claim in full of the value of the product because it is a clear case of mishandling of the parcel.
Pl do the needful immediately.

I have a shipment from Amazon India which was supposedly arriving today. Delivery person have never attempted to contact or reach out to me but my shipment status goes to attempted and failed.

I'm waiting for the shipment entire day but he not even tried to call me. It's just sucking my mind right now. He could have been informed me about why he couldn't deliver my shipment. It is very rude.

Request your delivery person to drop the shipment at my doorstep. He usually asks me to come to the town nearby which is 6kms far from me. I want to know why he have not attempted to deliver my shipment but changed the status to failed.

Below mentioned Parcel is moving one place to next place but no one is getting panic to update the status of delivery from your team. What is your esclation matrix or contact no. Due to your such service we are facing problem and you are unable to reply on mail, Helpdesk, Consumer portal and Call.

Not a single contact number of Delhivery on Google is correct.

If you can’t deliver it please return it.If you can not deliver the Parcel no matter but at least you can share the address and contact no. of Office from where it can be picked.

I had placed order from Ajio.com, total bill amount Rs 1119.
I received a sms on 27.08.2021 that it is to be delivered through DELHIVERY and a pin was also sent (only if i tell this pin to delivery guy he should handover the product to me).

After some time i received another sms that my item is delivered.
But no one came for product delivery. I never received a single call from any of the delivery executive, nor anyone verified the PIN that was sent to me.
I have complained to company but no response yet.

I booked a smart watch series 6 19 july 2021 nd received a wrong product 24 july 2021 i also requested to return it
But no solutions
So please accept my request return my product nd refund my payment

Package with AWB[protected] had two luggages and only one was delivered. Its been a month since delivery, multiple attempts at contacting Delhivery but to no avail. Please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

I made to a payment to delhivery through an online payment link via Phone pay but the delivery boy refuses to have my payment received and so i made the payment through cash of 2097 inr and assured me that the money would be refunded in a day or two but i havent received my money. kindly refund my money ie 2097 Inr.

My Package should deliver on 25th but they didn't deliver and changed the estimated date to 27th August.

My Name is Eshwara Nagasai, I have used Delhivery to transport my Vehicle from Udaipur to Hyderabad. My bike was damaged, I have marked an email to their CEO and Board of Directors as well but no response from anyone .

Even though the item reached Dibrugarh, Assam on 22nd August, 2021 itself but the courier service Delhivery dint deliver my product. They just kept saying delivery attempted but failed. Not even a single time they called me on my phone number. Kindly take action against them

I am from dharmanagar, and i booked a goods from kolkata to dharmanagar . order no[protected].. tracking id no[protected].
sir today i track the goods location i saw that it was in transit return. i asked your manager that why he return the goods without inform me, manager reply he is not bound to call for every parcel.
so i think this is not the right way to deal with your customer ...
whatever i need my goods back . its a request dont harassment your customer like this way ... we already paid advanced for every percel . also attached my docket .

I have ordered pair of flates from free up official application and it was showing last update of dispatching my parcel from Mayapuri phase 2 Delhivery delivery services. I ordered the item on 13/08/2021 and it was dispatched on 21/08/2021 and then in the evening its suddenly showing delivered and the parcel has not received up till yet and still the application is showing delivered the tracking id is[protected] this. The free up customer service are worst they don't reply the mail and keep saying to wait and patience thry deducted the shipping charges as well as points didn't delivered my parcel. They are simply making people fool, they are doing unethical, unreliable and pathetic work and cheating people to earn money. I haven't received even any call or otp for the collection of my parcel how could they deliver the product without taking receiving sign or otp from the receivers so simply they are trying to make people fool and both the company the free up and Delhivery direct delivery services are fraud. Kindly pay attention to it as soon as possible. These are becoming very open and many people are suffering to it. Kindly pay attention to it.

Since week package it is moving from Hyderabad to nizamabad, nizamabad to Hyderabad and it’s been processing same daily
Delhivery really worried about customers package ? Why it’s been that neglected
How can a package move up and down in routine manner
I am not sure why it not been delivered or taken card once received in nizamabad

Worst service not at all happy with seller for choosing delhivery courier service

Seller is not ready to refund since package is stuck in looping manner

All the phone numbers in this site given by Delhivery also not working, no response for the repeated mails. Worst ever service

Delhivery picked up the parcel by Aug 6 2021, still now it is not delivered
