I returned my shipments (AWB[protected] on July 24, 2021. The maximum possible date for returned shipment reaching the seller was up to 29 July 2021. But Delhivery franchise partner are increasing the date one day every day again & again from the 28th July 2021.
I have lodged my complaint (Complaint Number: 21676583, 21624921,[protected] through mail several times regarding this, on which no proper action has been taken till now nor any proper reply has been given to my mail by Delhivery customer care executive.
Indeed My return shipments are not further processes from Bilaspur-HR. Hence my refund amount got stuck with the seller because until the product is not received by the seller, my refund amount will not return to my bank account..
You are requested to, Please look at the matter and request to take appropriate action to solve or arrange this matter as soon as possible.
Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
