I Placed My order On 5th July
It Was Came to DELHIVERY Office On 8th July They Simply Updating Delivery issue Till Date
I was Daily Updating Mail Their Reply was Your Order Were Deliver Within 48 Hours Till Date No Reply And Toll free number Was Robo call ....

Delhivery not have any customer care no....

No delivery yet BT shown 12th July delivery date.....

Books were ordered with order id[protected] and tracking id - [protected], but have not received.
Sender have confirmed that delivery boy has left with the parcel but in system it shows - sender unavailable. Please help to resolve this stuck up parcel....

I was supposed to receive an item which is till date NOT Delivered. When I go to the website, and track the status, it shows as I have refused to accept the Item, But Let me tell you that I have not once received any call from any Delhivery person asking me for my address details.

Let me tell you that Delhivery is one of the WORST EVER COURIER services.
