There has been long delay in delivery service (AWB:[protected] and
AWB:[protected] and the while the status was being out for delivery, also I could not get my package. The status gets changed daily and it was 8 days back when one of my package status was"out for delivery " but I could not receive my package.
There was no call from any executive also. One of my package status is also shown "delivery failed" but I do not know what could be the reason when everyone is at the residence only and is waiting for the package.
I am hampered a lot by the delay in delivery.
I could not understand which kind of service the company provides. Very pathetic condition

This is one of the super annoying delivery company where you don't konw what's happening with your shipment, for my order they are just updating the status round and round, even shipment reached to destination they haven't delivered, and updating the status retroactively, No contact number even if you send and email you can't expect response soon, they don't even contact you. It has been almost a month now, but shipment not delivered, and automatic mail says shipment cancelled instead

One of the most pathetic and ridiculous logistic company ever. I would advise people to avoid sending courier through Dehlivery as much as possible.

I had couriered a laptop from Kolkata to Gurgaon on 14th July and in transit they broke the laptop in pieces. After 10 days of follow up they said they won't pay me anything for the damage. They destroyed my laptop worth 40k and return they denied giving me even a rupee. It is...

I received one box with white fome and khaki tap.. received one light in box .. but fandomlight company said he delivered 2 light one + one box attached and he delivered..but my side i found only one single box ... pls help me .. Tracking number[protected], a package was sent to the wrong location even the correct address mentioned. now the product is returning even now the delivery status not update and whom to contact, no information on the website. such a worst customer service.

I have purchased some item from a relatively small online merchant with tracking ID is [protected]. The package was scheduled to be delivered by 2nd August 2021 which I have ordered on 22nd July 2021. The package reached my destined location on 31st July but later headed on to a different location (Farthest hub). I have informed about this to the company's mail id but they did not respond back, I even tried calling the local Delhivery hub several times to inform about their possible mistake but they did not care to pick my call. Throughout the time I was constantly checking my order status which was untouched ever since it got diverted. Seeing that the order status wasn't updated after 31st July at all, I again mailed back to the Delhivery's customer support several times, to which this time they replied back that they have escalated my issue to the concerned team and that I will get my package within 24 hours. But today i.e, 5th August while I was checking the status of the package it showed that my product was scheduled for return, but throughout the entire course I wasn't even notified nor did they even try to reach out to me even once. Now the question is who will pay for my loss which I am not even aware of? Since the company where I have ordered from has no refund or return policy, what will I do, now that my package is being shipped back to the seller? All my time and money has gone to waste because someone was being negligent at workplace. I want accountability from Delhivery! Today after 15 days of delay i got update my package is out for delivery at 2.09 pm
So i was available at home so that i wont miss my parcel but instead at 6.44 I received message saying consignee unavailable. I contacted nykaa to ask about my package but they told their delivery partner gave fake update.
I need my parcel i paid for it already.

My product reached my nearest facility.it is showing excecutive unable to reach for past 2 days.they dont even calling me....

Sir ., I am Working as Delivery boy in Varanasi Mehmoor ganj boss told me to give 15 rs per packet and agent gave 12.5 rs peer packet.Both Boss And Agent Are blaming they are giving abuses to each other that you are in under boss u are under in agent.And I Have Given My original id but they Are Making Me Work against other name Vipin And Raj.I Asked To My Manager Also And Agent Also Why duplicate id They Told This Is The System Of Office.If Not Properly Take Action I Will File A Legal Suit For Pramod Pandey And Dheeraj.

My company asked to returned a laptop to the company, I returned it through Delhivery.
They are not providing any update on the return of the laptop.

It reached Gurgaon on 31st July and the return address is also Gurgaon.
But there is no update since then and no proper response from Delhivery team. They do not have customer support and the email address they provided does not reply.

They do not reply on social media platforms.

On 7 july i raised a pickup from haryana to pune. it was an urgent item hence i send it through delhivery which is worst mistake of my life. they failed to do pickup for first 3 days then on 11 my product was picked up. and hence i was happy that it will get delivered on 18 july but they all messed up they didnt delivered it till today (3 aug) i was mailing them daily but they are saying that they are not able to deliver it due to uncontrollable circumstances (they showed this update to me on 25 july) now when i mail them they said it was uncontrollable moemnt to deliver it. but when i asked the company they sad they recieve products from other companies but your order is still undelivered they daily change their delivery date to current date but they didnt deliver it

I had sent live plants from darjeeling to kerala through delhivery courier service. As promised and guaranteed it would reach within 7 days, They have just held parcel in one location for 3 continuous days. Even after having complained in their official website no action has been taken. It is almost 8 days I dispatched it, worse part is, they are not replying at all. Please help me

We have been waiting for our delivery in Thane region for almost 2+ weeks and it is not moving ahead at all.
We have followed up so many with the email id for customer complaint, although got no responses.
Really waiting for the product to be delivered and refund of the money in priority.

I returned my shipments (AWB[protected] on July 24, 2021. The maximum possible date for returned shipment reaching the seller was up to 29 July 2021. But Delhivery franchise partner are increasing the date one day every day again & again from the 28th July 2021.

I have lodged my complaint (Complaint Number: 21676583, 21624921,[protected] through mail several times regarding this, on which no proper action has been taken till now nor any proper reply has been given to my mail by Delhivery customer care executive.

Indeed My return shipments are not further processes from Bilaspur-HR. Hence my refund amount got stuck with the seller because until the product is not received by the seller, my refund amount will not return to my bank account..

You are requested to, Please look at the matter and request to take appropriate action to solve or arrange this matter as soon as possible.

Hi my Name is Freddy Syngkli. Im writting this letter to complain about the incompetency of one of your delivery executives.Im really dissapointed with the unprofessionality of this person.In brief, the products bought by me was was not delivered to its destined place.This delivery guy demands that i have to come pick the parcel myself from him ...provided the place is still very far from my house..his behaiviour was unprofessional, rude qnd unwilling to comply. I found this tobe very cheap and uneducated..kindly look into this matter and solve it at the earliest.In addition to this i dont know what strings he pulled but ...i now have received an email that the other products bought by me to be delivered by your courier service has been cancelled...i hope this is not a foul play done by your esteem service..but i would be glad if you solve it as soon as possible.
