Hi my Name is Freddy Syngkli. Im writting this letter to complain about the incompetency of one of your delivery executives.Im really dissapointed with the unprofessionality of this person.In brief, the products bought by me was was not delivered to its destined place.This delivery guy demands that i have to come pick the parcel myself from him ...provided the place is still very far from my house..his behaiviour was unprofessional, rude qnd unwilling to comply. I found this tobe very cheap and uneducated..kindly look into this matter and solve it at the earliest.In addition to this i dont know what strings he pulled but ...i now have received an email that the other products bought by me to be delivered by your courier service has been cancelled...i hope this is not a foul play done by your esteem service..but i would be glad if you solve it as soon as possible.

I accidentally made the payment twice for the same link provided by the delivery agent to me for my order AWB[protected] .

The package is my desk notebook. As it was in the city, it must be delivered on time.. I can still see the package in Tathawade pune. No Customer Service number provided.

My replacement was cancelled no one come to pickup the order and status is showing that pickup cancelled

Today morning, we received a consignment no. [protected] against payment of Rs. 700/ booked from Jaipur PIN code 302012 in the name of M/s Oasis Irrigation Equipment Co.Ltd, P-6 Scheme 6 M.S. C.I.T. Kolkata--700054. It appears that the consignment contains some ladies garment, which has not been ordered by the Company. It seems to be a fraudulent transaction and the consignment need to be returned under return Code[protected] . Consignment is not opened.
You are requested to collect back the consignment. Immediately.

I booked a parcel on 31/07/2021 on delhivery website which i had to send it to Sriganganagar, Rajasthan to my aunt's home from Bihar Sharif, Bihar. On 02/08/2021 the courier guy came to pick up the order at 9:30am, i gave him the courier.
After 3 hour he called me and told me that he had lost the parcel. I was astonished to know that but couldnt do anything.
He said he that the company will give me only 100 rs as i had entered...

The product was ordered on 14 jun 2021, and it reaches here at delhivery on 28 july 2021. But the delhivery service sends the out for delivery message on 30th of july. And i myself called them for delivery to my place which is the same place mentioned in address. I had 2 packages with same address but from different accounts on the same day via this delhivery service itself to receive. But even after telling the guy to deliver both of the packages he only delivers 1 of it. And while i questioned it he says he will deliver it tomorrow. I said okay. But the next day also he didn't deliver it and says he will definitely deliver it the next day. And today on 2 aug 2021 when i look into my flipkart account it shows the product has been cancelled. And i asked for some explanation from the delhivery service. They speak irresponsible. Me then contacted flipkart and they also told they're sorry but can't do anything about this. Do you find any mode of just act in the delhivery service or their behaviour. Please give me justice and i am attaching the required scrrenshots for ease o[censored]nderstanding.

My return order is not pick up many days to go I also call pickup agent he was say I didn't take your return order

This is regarding the way bill no[protected]. This was supposed to be delivered yesterday but it was not delivered. Additionally there is no reason shared for this delay. This is high value product.

I need a time details by when you will be able to deliver the product.

And why there is no communications done from your end

Even tracking details also not updated properly on your tracking system.

Can you please clarify the reason behind that?

Do you have any idea why the product is roaming within Baharampur city whereas the delivery address is just 45 mins away from Baharampur.

It is totally a disgusting service of Delhivery team

Please provide a resolution ASAP and get the product delivered asap

Its been more than 15 days I haven't received my parcel yet. When I track my order it says due to bad weather, sometimes institute or office is closed. There is no proper way of communication with them. Please look in the matter asap.

I made a payment of 131 for delhivery pick up but the order was no processed and rs 131 was debited from my paytm

I haven't received my product but received a message stating it was delivered.
Unable to contact delivery agent also as it's been mentioned delivered.
Worst delivery experience with delhivery.
Not just once for every product I get linked with delhivery something happens worst delivery service agents.

Sir/mam, my order for AWB NUMBER : [protected] has to be delivered to me TODAY ITSELF . So, i request you to deliver my product as soon as possible as it is urgent

Awb nr. - [protected], [protected], [protected]. Pickup pending from 4 days, no one is coming to pickup my parcel. Talked to Sandeep who picks up parcel, supervisor satyam but nothing helps now they are not even picking my calls. Arrange pickup as soon as possible, otherwise I will have to block delhivery courier from all my platforms.

I am Very disappointed and launch complaint against Delivery service we assure within 3 days your delivery despatch but after 10 days also our delivery not received.

Hello, My wife has book a product from Amazon and it about to delivered to my Home and the delivery boy came i asked for Gpay payment he has provided his personal account after transferring money he said amount was not credited and i contacted the local team over there but no use and the product was returned back to seller

I was supposed to receive a Credit Card from RBL Bank via Delhivery courier and I got a message saying that the has been delivered on 24th July 2021 around 06:50 PM. However, I have not received any Credit Card from Delhivery and I have raised multiple complaints on the same but there is no response from Delhivery yet.

The strange part is that I haven't got any call from the Delhivery agent to ask for the Delivery Code to...
