My delhivery parcel no- Re: AWB [protected] it's not delivered but it's showing it's delivered in the tracking status. I have contacted customer care also but no response from them either. The parcel was in the nearest hub for 4 days when i called the office they said the package is now missing from their side they will resolve it. But on may 6th i got a message it was out of delivery i thought the product was coming...

I've sent a query multiple times saying that I need the package by today evening however I've gotten no response from your side
now that it was finally supposed to come this message: Delivery/Pick-up will be re-attempted as establishment was closed

I had shipped a black bag along with a couple more bags and a carton box from Bangalore to Hyderabad. It happened sometime end of March. My package that was supposed to arrive on 2nd May is late by a weeks time, the customer support experience is absolutely maddening as it feels like im talking to a wall, there is not specified date as to when the package will arrive, they just keep increasing the date as they like. Currently not coming for pick up in my area Upperpally Hyderabad..And also last time, the delhivery courier agent didn't pick up the package due to delay in pickup, which caused the pickup to be cancelled.

Hi, I had raised a request for pick up on 3rd may, and made a payment of Rs. 1084 . The payment was processed and confirmed by my bank but the same was not acknowledged by this fraud company. Neither my request was raised for pick up nor my money has yet been refunded. There customer service is way far pathetic. No one knows anything and they don't reply either....

It's been 12 days since Delhivery has not responded to my issue.
It is regarding the wrong parcel delivery, I sent a FMCG item and my family received a Books parcel from Unacademy. I raised the complaints over the Delhivery direct app, to which they asked for a picture and I send it to them.
Both FMCG Box I prepared to send and the one which my family received.
I have been continuously dropping emails...

Someone with ID @poorvi.freeksout contacted me for collaboration & asked me to buy the products from @nativaspaindia .
https://www.nativaspaindia.shop/ It's their website. I ordered products of ₹1500/- from their website & when the parcel got delivered..I didn't receive products from this brand. Instead of receiving their products, some fake product received of ₹ 295/- . The parcel box was damaged as well....

It has been nearly 10 days since my shipment was supposed to be picked up, but the pickup agent has not contacted me and my pickup has been cancelled three times with the reason 'customer not at the pickup address'. When I made a new return request on April 27th, there has been no response from the customer care team and no one has been assigned to my request. They are also cheating the customers and making the seller's reputation degrade....
