My package has been stuck at one place since last 3 days (from[protected] at once place in Hyderabad. I have been calling the company where I placed the order from since last 2 days and they keep saying that the matter has been escalated.

I understand that a few days of delay is not a very big issue - but these were gifts for my sisters who were visiting me after a long time. Now they are leaving within 24 hours and if the package does not reaches me in lesser time than that, there is no point.

The tracking ids are as follows:

This is order id I got a order in freeup app for my daughter lehanga I don't it was over weight why I should pay overweight charges ask the buyer to pay they have to charges over weight from buyer

Why seller should only pay the overweight charges

Or otherwise ask the buyer to return my product

Delhivery courier service must charge from buyer also

I didn't get any mail or message regarding over they are tied withup freeup app to cheat customers in overweight

I want proofs of overweight

Why did they not send email regarding overweight

I want full amount and otherwise tell them to send proofs

My parcel with AWB #[protected] shows the status ‘pickup pending’ since the last 10days. I need delivery ASAP

I have booked a courier on 03 July 2023 from Delhi to Delhi only.
Daily delivery date is getting updated to next day. I waited for many days then finally cancelled it.
Now again same thing happening. daily delivery date is getting updated to next day. There is no customer care number which can tell the real picture.
Its been 2 weeks but i have not received my parcel.

I made a payment of Rs. 2498 to Delhivery through phone pe app and the payment was successful also but the Delhivery person told that he hasn't received the payment on his Delhivery app and it is showing unsuccessful. He then said me to Pay in cash and told that I'll receive the refund within 24 hours. My Delhivery AWB no. is [protected]. I've attached the proof of payment as well.

Update shows delivery attempt was failed.. But nobody called for delivery

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and concern regarding an order that was picked up by your delivery agent but never reached its intended destination. Despite the fact that I have a CCTV video recording confirming the pickup, the order status has been unjustifiably updated to "cancelled." This situation is highly distressing as the package contains several important items that I cannot afford to lose.

I've been trying to contact the customer support but they haven't been helping me with this. They lost my package and delivered some random box. Even after sending them the video, they are not helping with the issue.

I had booked ab express courier from Bangalore to Kolhapur Maharashtra.

[protected] and it was picked up on 7th July. Estimated delivery date was 2-4 days.. but the courier is still not delivered. Current status is still showing Bangalore. And delivery date is day by day increasing.

We have sent a package for delivery containing personal documents with AWB[protected] on Delhivery direct. Status show it has been delivered on 10th July but it has not.
Our work is impacted due to this. Please help ASAP.

I raised a return request via amazon and delhivery was supposed to pickup the product and i tried to call them
Multiple times they cancelled without any
Notification and no information was passed over to me

This is the first time im facing such a irresponsible management and suppressing of an issue from a known courier company.
On may 29th, 2023. I placed a pick up order for a pc part for replacement.
On 5th june, the order status marked as refused by the receiver. But once i talked with the receiver, he got no delivery or any call from the courier guy. I also talked to the support and raised the ticket, but no respond.
After few days, they maked by order for the RTO(return to origin) order. And i asked again for such status but still no response.
On 13th june, order status as Out of Delivery for return. I was waiting for my parcel but instead i notice the order was marked as delivered successful.
I got so frustrated with all the non sense happened with my order. I tried to talked to the support again but yet not a single reply back about the situation. Hence i assume they literally lost my parcel.
Not only tje situation was annoying, but they even removed all my support ticket data and responses from the app. And no trace of the history of my orders.
Worst experience ever.

I requested delhivery direct pickup from my relative from mumbai to parli my pickup date was 3 july 2023 but pickup is still not done

Hi, I placed a pick-up from Goa, which requires an urgent delivery so I opted for the Express Delivery. But for some reason, the pick-up is still pending and Delhivery has no customer support to help me with the case. I've already paid for the service. Please help.
