I have booked a courier from Lucknow to Cochin on 13th July and it’s pickup on the same day. It has reached Bangalore on 18th July 2021. After that, there is no further update.
The estimated delivery date is 21st July and but now it’s showing Lost.
why they are not responsible for the lost shipment.

I am expecting a delivery from delhivery for the past 6 days. Every day i get the message that the parcel is out for delivery but i never get a call or anything from delivery executive. I am supposed to give him OTP as well but they never call for such delivery and OTP....

Yesterday I was expecting my order to be delivered and I was waiting from morning and suddenly at 4PM the status changed to delivery was unattempted without any proper reason when will I get my order.

A fake packet send to my office and taken money from there.
I have purchased something from flipkart. Someone has called me that i am delivering your packet and i think that this was a flipkart packet.
But when i reached office it was wrong packet send to me by delhivery. I have called delhivery office to return that packet and refund my money, but the person refused.
I have tried to contact the seller of the product named on envelope but no detail found on internet.

I have sent a package from Hyderabad to Vijayawada on 24th July through delhivery.

On 26th Morning it reached Vijayawada, Till now Receiver didnt receive the package.

Its estimated delivery for yesterday was 26th evening and it got delayed.

Now it is showing estimated delivery is Today evening.

I just want to know the reason why the delivery is getting delayed.

If you are unable to deliver, please send us the address of your warehouse. So that we will go and collect our package.

I have sent the same in Mail to customer.[protected]@delhivery.com, i didnt get any response.

All shipment pending arrange delivery fast

Lately, my orders are not being delivered to my address by delhivery Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh (791111). And i don’t know the reason why. Last time my mom herself had to go to the delhivery hub and pick up the package from there. If we have to pick our packages ourself from the office then what’s the point of even stating that ‘delhivery delivers your package at the comfort your doorsteps’. It’s all ###. Before they used to deliver it to my address but these past days they haven’t been doing that and it’s getting really annoying. I even didn’t get any updates from delhivery about my recent package, so i decided to track it and i saw that the the package has already reached here but I didn’t get any text or mail about that. I don’t even know if they will deliver it to my address or i have to go to the office again to pick up from there 🙄. Very poor service.

I have ordered a product from Amazon and the delivery is delayed. I was told by Amazon team that it was sent to wrong delivery facility due to which there is a delay is delivering the product to my address. I raised a complaint on delhivery portal but there's no resolution pr response for the same. And their customer care number isn't reachable at all.

My Parcel with AWB #[protected] is not being delivered since 24th July. Everyday since 24th July it is showing as the expected delivery date, but actually it is not being delivered. Also the tracking details shows no change in status. It is showing that it has arrived in my city but still not getting delivered. I have logged complains multile times from their website but no response from the courier's end.
