My order id is EX[protected].Delivery boy behave very very badly and didn't deliver the product.

Sir/mam, my order for AWB NUMBER : [protected] has to be delivered to me TOMMOROW ITSELF . So, i request you to deliver my product as soon as possible as it is urgent

As per subjected Tracking number today was my pickup schedule but the guy who called me was very rude and harsh behavior on call i asked him to wait 5 to 10 min

He has not informed me and directly moved from my area when i called him again he told "Mujhe age ke pickup karna hai ajj aunga nahi to kal" what is this rubbish language with customer the call was recorded even you can hear the recording of him.

Need a action on this and urgently my product should be picked up by today only otherwise this gonna escalate in social media.

They have my package since 3 days now at the closest hub and they haven’t bothered to deliver it and the promised date was 24/7 and i still dont have my package.

The above package has not been picked up since 13 July 2021.
Every day I get a text message that this will be picked by an agent and by the end of day, same old story.

Thrice your agent visited my house and went back because they don't have the appropriate vehicle to take my package (Single Bed Mattress).

Every time they take a snapshot of the package and inform the head office that it is a large one.
I had a word with the area manager and informed him clearly that the package is large and please send the appropriate agent with a proper vehicle to pick up the package.

The Area Manager has given me high hopes that he will look into it and this will be done asap. Now he is so irresponsible that he doesn't answer my calls

This is totally unacceptable, please find attached screenshot of the text message for your reference.

If your company doesn't have the capacity to arrange for a pick up of my product then why don't you tell me that your company is incapable of doing this and please look for another company.

I'm going to send a strong message to the CEO of the company and they raise this mental harassment via appropriate channels.

My order has been picked up the courier boy but haven't returned my parcel as it is cancelled...it isn't showing even in tracking that it is picked up

The item[protected] is not delivered to me. I have verified the status in your website, it says "Delivery will be attempted again as our executive was unable to reach you". But nobody is contacting me about this.

This issue happening when any items shipped through DELHIVERY.
I am personally faced this issue twice and it was returned to the sender.

delivery team is not been contacted anytime. But simply update as attempted for delivery.

One of the delivery agent is providing wrong responses in the website and has not yet delivered the product.
He has put in wrong update like delivery failed because we have denied or delivery failed because of quality issues.
He has even put our product for self pickup, I do not even know why.

I have a parcel to be delivered at Trichy 621206 till yesterday it was on track. But now it is showing wrong scan at gurgaon. No one is Picking my call from delhivery. It is a priority delivery needs to be delivered before 24th July.

I Am an Women Entrepreneur, living in the city Visakhapatnam . For my business purpose i have procured items from Srinagar, And the particular consignment has booked on 03.07.2021. Until Today i.e 23.07.2021, my products has not been delivered.. Its food items, if its spoilt, who will be the responsible. They are telling all nonsense stories that due to operational issues the product has struck somewhere, but who will take the responsibility..??????

I have couriered my package on 11th of July and today is 23rd July still it is not delivered. I sent a package for the Pune location it goes to Mumbai how it happens. Are they not doing their work seriously.
Delhivery is the worst courier service that I have ever seen. They won't deliver on time

I am a doctor by profession. My degree certificate was couriered vby my friend from Bangalore to Pune on 10 July 2021. In tracking status it shows it has reached Hinjawadi pune on 13/07/2021.
I checked at one of their offices in Pune and they are telling it's at Talegaon . They are giving nonsense reason like it is under security scan. What security issue will be there with such a small document of 10grams. Till now I didn't receive the document and there is none to contact. Extremely helpless situation

It was supposed to be delivered on 18th and I am still waiting. Wrong status update, wrong promises by team on delivery. Highly disappointed by customer care.

Tried different channel, email, complaint, portal and twitter..

I have parceled my bike from Delhi to Patna along with bike key, helmet, disc lock and mobile holder but courier service has lost my bike key and also I didn't get my disc lock as well as mobile holder. After 2 days agent has block my number and whatsapp. This kind of service is not acceptable by Delhivery agent name Ujjwal Sawarn.

I have order vivo mobile phone of amount 24990/- from vivo estore, authorized site of vivo company on 30 june 2021, in which i have to got 3000 cashback from my bank as it was an offer period from bank side. When i was ordered company promised me to deliver upto 06/07/2021. But till now i have not received. When i was tracking it, it is showing that my parcel moving between kanpur and satna location from 02 july to 14 july. I complained so many times to delhivery (courier service provider) and vivo both. I have not got any response from both the side. I have mail on 07 july and 11 july. Just got mail from delhivery that your token is so so so, our representative will revert u soon. I called customer care vivo on 9 july and 12 july 15 july but they said that please wait 24-48 hr you will get your parcel. And till now i have nit receive. On 14 july it showing that parcel reached delivery location but not delivered and on 21 july i got call from vivo in morning that your parcel will reach by evening and now it showing that my parcel going return. What they doing. They just fooling customer. Now i will not wait for them, i want compensation of this. Now i have no offer from my bank and i lost my work because of these people. They should give compensation of Rs. 10000/- and also provide me bank cash back Rs 3000/-. And i will purchase my phone offline. I don't know who will bear either delhivery courier service provider or vivo.
