Hello my package from “Urbanic” was supposed to be delivered by delhivery but since I lost my phone, how do I give my alternative number ?...

Its been half a month since my pickup is at pending. There's no response from their side or the sellers side.. Please take necessary actions as its their duty to pick the product or cancel it withing the given period of time if the package isn't delivered. They have the authority to take action against the seller who's holding up the product for a month after generating the pickup awb no. But it seems to have low level of management....

Estimated date is over but still i didn't recieved my product. Why what is the problem...

Its been 4 days that my courier is at the nearest hub and it is not yet delivered and they have not yet made even one attempt to deliver it instead they are asking me to change the delivery address and then come to the new location and take the package.
