Maine jo vastu maine order kiya tha wo vastu nahi aai hai, mujhe usse wapas karna hai, uss order mein name pata sab ek hai pr jo order kiya tha wo nahi hai mob no-[protected]

I have received courier from TCS and it has sent through Delhivery courier and (AWB[protected]. The delivery agent missed the parcel and not responding and talking roudly.

Somebody has ordered a courier on my mother mobile number I have received otp on my mother mobile number. I want to know who has ordered it and kindly take back the courier and refund the amount as soon as possible

I Placed My order On 5th July
It Was Came to DELHIVERY Office On 8th July They Simply Updating Delivery issue Till Date
I was Daily Updating Mail Their Reply was Your Order Were Deliver Within 48 Hours Till Date No Reply And Toll free number Was Robo call .

Delhivery not have any customer care no.

No delivery yet BT shown 12th July delivery date..

Books were ordered with order id[protected] and tracking id - [protected], but have not received.
Sender have confirmed that delivery boy has left with the parcel but in system it shows - sender unavailable. Please help to resolve this stuck up parcel.

Dellhivery waybill no.[protected]. This parcel shows reached delhivery local station on the 10th . I have ordered the item for my office and it is a costly item. The parcel is addressed to company and delivery should be attempted in office hours is common sense

There is no contact number of local delivery office and I am raising tickets on website from last 3 days.

On the portal they have updated
1. delivery attempt @ 8.07 pm client not contactable on 12th Jul @ 8.15pm
2. OTP not available on 13th Jul @ 5.46 pm

No attempt was made for delivery but they have updated wrong information on the portal and delay the parcels

Parcel reached 3 days ago to the nearest facility center Lucknow. Now delivery date is shifting day by day.

No updates been given from the delhivery even the package has reached to nearest ware house

I was supposed to receive an item which is till date NOT Delivered. When I go to the website, and track the status, it shows as I have refused to accept the Item, But Let me tell you that I have not once received any call from any Delhivery person asking me for my address details.

Let me tell you that Delhivery is one of the WORST EVER COURIER services.

You will regret it for sure. They do not have a contact number that we can reach and sending an email to their email address is just a one way communication. They are simply not bothered to address your issues at all.

I want to register a complaint I have to send viechle to jaunpur and I book that service from your customer executive ujjwal sawarn so the pick up was door to door he called the picked up guy at 4th July 2021 3.14 pm the pick-up guy had to ask extra for petrol in order to reach the warehouse Rs 150. so I provided that but this talk did not happen earlier so he told me that it would hardly take 4 days to deliver. and told me that my package has shipped from the destination but did not provide any details or tacking no. but it was mention that it will be provided to me. till now no issue but after 4 days when I asked about the update, he told me that your shipment is packing and will be soon delivered so I asked till when please provide me a time or date he said maximum it would take Sunday, after asking for an update he started misbehaving and provided me a screenshot of an unknown consignment with no information of my package and told me invoice will not be provided by us nor tracking id.
this is a very dishearted feeling for a customer kindly looks into my complaint I am MBA and heard a lot about delivery customer handling this types of behavior indirectly hindering your brand. being a customer I do not accept this type of misbehavior from your executives

I have odered 3 long kurtis from kurtizmela which is delivered by delhivery weshyp with code no. 2190 on[protected]yesterday) of rupees 899. The items we got are fake and cheap clothes even it looks like used clothes . Please kindly help me get my money back .

It's written delivered I haven't received it yet. You asked me to check if I shared any OTP, no I didn't share any OTP as I didn't receive it in the first place. courier is delivered in Goh whereas I live in Alamganj. My brother on whose name the parcel is, is in Delhi, he cannot receive it. So who has receive the parcel?
