    I booked the order on paytm mall order ID : [protected], expecting delivery today. But didn't any phone calls from anyone person from delhivery. So made call to the concerns person namely Abdul Rashid, courier person, trichy, Tamil Madison. Even not responding me. So I cancelled the order

      I have returned the product to the delivery partner and they lost it somehow, I asked them what is the next step, who is responsible for it, first they agreed to return my money and now they are saying that, It will refunded by the brand.

        I ordered a saree on the Meesho app on 13th July 2021 and got a message on 17th July that had the exact name of the order, my contact name, number, and address. However, the order was fake. With different COD amount. Since my mother received the delivery, she did not inquire about the amount. When I came back to delhivery to check with the AWB (that did not match the meesho suggested AWB) I found the seller's name to be INNOVATION MAKER SURFACE.

        First I reported this to meesho but they said we did not process this. Then how come my details got leaked. Exact order name and details. When I searched about the seller I landed upon the consumer complaints page about this seller. Please take strict action on Meesho, Delhivery and InnovationMaker Surface

            The delivery date of my product was 18/07/2021 and they rescheduled the date to 19/07/2021 now they rescheduled it to 20/07/2021, this is the second time

              I ordered 4 things on amazon and seller shipped it with delhivery courier. And the things is when the delivery guy was out for delivery he didn't even called me and delayed my order. And the number of head office is also not working. I have emailed 3-4 times no responses yet. Very bad service. Delivery guys are not good at all

                  My AWB is[protected]
                  My parcel was picked up on 10th of July and on 12th it reached Indore_mangalaya_h (M.P) and till date it's stucked in Indore for last 7 days.
                  When I try to to contact their customer support they give me auto-generated messages that they will update the status by 2 days but nothing gets updated

                      My package bearing tracking id no. has not yet been delivered although it reached nearest delhivery centre on 16th of july, 2021. The delivery persons are resceduling the delivery time by themselves.

                                As per the shipment tracking no. :[protected] has been lying in nearby hub i.e. Lalganj ( Bihar) since 9th July'21 but the estimated day of delivery is changing on each day since then.

                                I have also have had the wording with the concerned person but he always gives the wrong perceptions.
