[protected] Till 10 pm today, package was not delivered though it was Out for Delivery. The reason given in tracking is Consignee refused Order, WHICH IS NOT TRUE. The package contains plants and the more it is delayed, the plants will die. Please ensure it is delivered tomorrow positively.

The delivery agent of Delhivery services is very careless of bhojpur branch sundernagar... every time my courier is delayed... appprox 4-7 days for 7 km of address from branch

I haven't received parcel from 16 feb 2021
I called to courier service also but they are asking for extra money even it's july now parcel is not with me

I have ordered desingner lehenga on 21st june and the merchant said that i will get by 24th june he said me to pay online so i will receive it soon and its 29th june but still not delivered and exception is showing and pending too

I didn't receive my product even though it reaches to my location, when I track it always shows out of delivery, transit, I went to office and asked about my product but not gave proper reply, I raised compliant to customer care but not taken any action, my tracking id.[protected], my location is nirmal, staff also behave rude

On may 27, 2021 I ordered a product (saree) from an online shopping site. I received it on 3rd June. I wasn't satisfied with the quality of product also it was weary and teary at the borders. So I informed the merchant immediately and they agreed for a refund. They have a 7 day return policy. On 5th june ie within 2 days they themselves arranged reverse pick up via delhivery . I have taken the video of returning product to delivery man, also I have the message they sent to me informing the pick up.
The shop is situated at surat. From tracking details provided by delhivery it is evident that the product managed to pass Kerala, karnataka, maharashtra amidst lock down situations and reach surat on 14th June.
But till this day(29/6/2021) they didn't deliver product to the shop which is situated in the same town. I have sent 3 mails, multiple phone calls and complaints. I have also went in person to the courier company's branch in my home town.They too tried contacting the branch at surat. But no response at all.
It has been 24days. To my mails, and watsapp messages they are giving excuses like there is heavy load. There is operational issue. We have included your name in high priority list etc. Every time they ask to kindly wait for 2 more days. But the delivery date is being postponed indefinitely.
The merchant told only after receiving the product they will refund. So due to the negligence of delivery company I'm currently with neither money nor product.
I urge an immediate solution to this problem.I need to be informed an exact date when they will deliver my product. They have put me in such a frustrated state that i can't keep on believing their 'pls wait for 2 more days' promise. I have already invested a whole lot of time in this issue and can't afford to lose more. Kindly provide adequate support and guidance in this issue

Complaint 1. Online tracking showed the parcel delivered on 2 June. But still it is not received by 2 of my customers.
From June 9, I am in contact via mail to the customer support team but evey time they ask for 3-4 days time to resolve the issue.
Till date parcels are not received.

Complaint 2. One of my customer is demanded for payment of Rs. 1500 and asked to give another contact number for contacting. The parcel is not delivered giving the reason that we are unable to contact you.

Sir I ordered iqoo3 mobile on June 23rd 2021..But still now it is not delivered..and on tracking it was showing like unexpected scan and package missing in audit.. please deliver my handset soon.. can't wait to receive my handset.. my tracking number was[protected]

Pick up was scheduled on 24th June but no agent has arrived for the package. We haven't been contacted and the customer care numbers are not working. Please get this resolved.

Hi Team,
I had shipped an item from Bangalore to Uttrakhand. But unfortunately, my item was delivered to some other person as the Delhivery guy had misplaced the waybill number on my order.
So my order has gone to his address and he has come to mine address. But as a user, i haven't accepted his order but that guy has accepted my order.
He is not willing to return my order as he says first he need his order back.
I have even mailed multiple times to delhivery support team, but i didnt get any response from them.
As my package cost around 10k.
So please help me out in reporting this .

I'm raising a complain against your agency in rajouri that the delivery boy has cancel my parcel without any intimation

The members of the franchise will behave very rudely with the customers

At my first order the delivery boy call me and asked me that u will come yourself to collect your parcel

And now he cancel my order without any intimation

I have ordered an AD necklace set on 14 june. It was shown as delivered to the sender on 22 june, but I have not received that one yet. Even no calls or contacts has been made to me during the delivery. But when the delivery proof has been sent to me, even the sign on that was not mine.
I think someone else received that or there was some problem during delivery.
So, kindly it's a request from the customer to look after the matter seriously, if possible go in detail of the tracking or the recipient of the parcel.
