My order was cancelled without my knowledge

The delivery boy misbehaved with our family members while delivering the product. He talked and behaved very rudely and he denied to come to our doorstep for delivery. Rather, he ordered us to go outside and to collect our product. As, he introduced himself, name of the delivery boy is RAJIB MONDAL(not sure about his name, may be he has told his name untrue).The tracking id of our product is AWB[protected]. We expect from you that this kind of misbehavior will not happen again in future.

Regarding my order with delhivery with tracking number[protected] containing live plants.The item reached the destination office on 07 Jul 2021.
On same date it is marked as out for delivery and they never contacted me.And in the night it is marked customer not reachable.Since that was the case i contacted the palakkad area manager contact number .Sice he didn't took call i send sms .Then no reply and i contacted another concerned person Mr sarath .He gave delivery persons's number Sumesh . I informed every person that the parcel has live plants and needs to be delivered as soon as possible. They promised me that it will be delivered today. But they didn't keep the promise and not delivered .
.The order is rare roses from Sikkim from https://mainaamgarden.com/ and is worth Rs 5263. I assume the items will be in bad stage so i request you to take action on this. I wont be able to accept the pracel now

Sir/mam, my order for AWB NUMBER : [protected] has to be delivered to me As Soon As Possible . So, i request you to deliver my product as soon as possible as it is urgent

Sir as i complained on delhivery site they have not returned to me Rs 110 as i had given Rs 3000 to delhivery Courier boy.please return to me my money back and i am not able to contact him.cec

My order is not delivered as its delivery date was 6th july

My delivery date was 6th july 2021 but
My order was at my nearest location
But it again went to the main location .
Now it is rounding in and out of the delivery location

This order was booked to Delhivery via Shiprocket n it had reached the destination on 1 July n not been delivered yet to my client ! It's already 7 July .. after repeated mails n calls to Shiprocket n no proper guidance n response to queries ..my clieht approached nearest Delhivery office ..n asked where the parcel lyied, the agent said it's somewhere in Kacholi .. my client pressurized them to call the Kacholi office as this team provides no customer care service.. u only ve to write mails n waits for weeks together for their reply ! The team in Kacholi says probably order seems to b misplaced from their end !!

Can you believe how irresponsible can this team be ..I run a small business at home where we customise gifts n make handmade stuffs ! This order was a Name plate for clients house warming ceremony ! Now they say it's misplaced ..! Who is responsible for this Delhivery team or the Shiprocket team !
No proper response from any of these service providers

With reference to tracking ID[protected], seller has shipped the product on 26th June, 2021 from Chennai and this is not delivered yet. The company has stopped responding to my emails as well. They are not updating the tracking page too. The last update is showing the item is at Hoskote and my home is only 20kms from the warehouse. Please deliver at the earliest.

My product is supposed to be delivered on 5-July.Still now it’s not delivered your contact number is not available and you guys don’t respond to emails. My tracking is:[protected] let me know I can go and pick up the order at your centre

Delivery Boy Refuse to take any Return and said further more he will refuses.

Hi, i'm disha and i shipped my two bags from pune to chandigarh via an agency who were linked with you. the tracking no of my shipment is[protected] and the LR Number is[protected].
until yesterday i did not receive any call or delivery attempt from your side and today when i tracked again so it shows that the delivery was rejected and cancelled which did not even attempt at my place. so please look into the matter and respond as soon as possible. I'm also sending a screen shot of the same.

Delhivery is not delivering shipment even though it reached nearest hub. They provide no means to contact nearest hub and all available customer service number or emails are non responsive.

[protected] is my tracking ID when I track I found vehicle arrive at my destination but the parcel was missing still today they couldn't track the parcel so kindly update me the details soon

My tracking id is[protected].I want to change pincode in addres in this parcel.Due to delhivery service man mistake 1 digit in pincode entered is wrong.
Correct address is Moh.Manuzai Hindustan Marriage lawn, pincode-242001, city- Shahjahapur. Please change it as soon as possible. Because it is in transit state.

It has been 15 days and I have still not received my courier. Inspite of sending 10-15 reminders on the email there is no response from the Delhivery team. On tracking the shipment, the status is also not available. Request you to consider this to be very very urgent and get the delivery done today itself.

HOW CAN YOU NOT PROVIDE ANY CONTACT DETAILS OF THE DELIVERY GUY? This is very disappointing and unprofessional. PLEASE look into this ASAP

2 days ago my product reached to nearest hub but not delivered yet

My product with AWB no[protected] has not yet been delivered. They charged 820 rupees from me but it has been 15 days I have not received my order. Every day, i get a new estimated delivery date. I called the customer care several times, but they don't pick up my call. Only once someone picked up the call and started using abusive words. Very upset with their rude and unprofessional behavior

Awb#[protected]. I sent so many emails to customer support but no one cares to reply. My package is delayed so much and that is very important document. This courier company is senseless company. No way to contact them other than that Email I’d. No one responds to that email also. I need a resolution immediately.
