I had a return parcel from AJIO. The Delivery guy came and picked up the parcel and still there is not any update regarding that.. Moreover after tracking it is showing that the pickup is being CANCELLED.
The same guy came to deliver another parcel after asking him about the return parcel he said that the item I been cancelled I'll bring after sometime and will do further procedure for that I'll need you id proof. And now the guy is not coming. I tried to contact the courier service company. But as they only have the mail contact system. I complaint for more than 5 times still there is no response.

I have had bad experience with this particular carrier way before the pandemic when I had to literally call up someone and nag them to pick up my return item as they had delayed it for days and I had to leave the state. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought it was just a one time thing only for it TO HAPPEN AGAIN??

This time it's been over a week and there's no attempt made to pick up the item. The email support only reverts with "we've requested a priority pick-up" and still no one shows up after days. When contacted again they throw another ### response saying "heavy rainfall" when the sky was clear for days!! Absolutely ridiculous!

Disappointment is the only thing I've received so far. Both the time it was an H&M item so I guess it's just bad omen at this point. It's very inconvenient and a huge waste of time and energy.

M/s Boodmo had send a critical spare for my car (tracking id no[protected]. The item received at Aluva three days back.
Not yet delivered. The item is a critical spare for my vehicle. I had contacted the customer care no response. The strategy of the company is to delay the delivery till a group of items to that locality is reached or the addressee should collect the same from their office.

Delhivery Shipment AWB no[protected]. I had booked the delivery package on an urgent basis. I opted for express delivery instead of the standard delivery. Still Delhivery has been updating the pickup and drop location on the same local location ( origin ). This is worst. What kind of Delivery service is this. If there is something then Delhivery should contact me for the same. The package has not moved the location since 2 days. I demand to be sent my package within this week.

I have booked a parcel as per details given above from kharghar Navi Mumbai to thrissur Kerala. But the parcel was not delivered and as per current status the shipment was lost. This is a fraud company and fraud staff. No one attending the call or not giving any reply. No refund given so far. Please don't send any items through this courier. They don't have any office and booking is done through another fraud company mydelevery.com

Placed an order (2 items) with Meesho which was shipped with Delhivery. The delivery agent came on scooter and was bunking horn, didn't even bother to get out. Later out of frustration, he got out and shouted the amount of both orders as they were Cash on Delivery when neighbours were looking. He kept one order near the gate and want me to make the payment. However, I mentioned to drop the orders at home sitout - no need to handoff to me because of the ongoing COVID situation. However he refused the same in a rude manner: He asked "Are there anyone in quarantine at your home?" I said "No". Then he said "You should come and take it then.". That was such a rude behaviour from any delivery agent. So, I also asked him to cancel if he can't deliver the order to sit out (standing from inside home). He told "That's better", picked up the order and left. I have a couple of online orders getting delivered these days especially from Flipkart, Firstcry etc. None of the delivery agents behaved so rude.

I also noticed that the Delhivery office in my town (Pattambi town, Kerala) have a lot of similar negative reviews especially related to rude and unprofessional behaviour of delivery agents and management. It is such a shame on the entire Delhivery team that its' not being addressed yet.

Status showing lost in Gurgaon Haryana we raised a issue but they didn't respond . Seller send the product but courier is responsible for the transportation to the customer. We are expecting from March due to lockdown we waited but till now we didn't receive status showing its lost. It's an prepaid order. We received many packages from delhivery but we facing the issue now pls take immediate action

Till yesterday whenever I track Delhivery courier using AWB number, then every day the delivery date is increasing. I don't know why my courier is stuck in BIlaspur-HR (Gurgaon) from May 4th, 2021 to till date.

But now when I'm trying to track a courier then it shows the LOST status of my courier.

How can Delhivery lose my courier ? Lost my product. It's Delhivery's fault . I just want my product back as soon as possible.

My shipping address is different and the order is shipped to different address. And everyday i am checking the status, and it is showing as delivery reschduled. Please ship it according to the shipping address as soon as possible.

I am try to get my order status from last 3-4 days but nobody from delhivery's team reply on my mail and even they disconnect my call. Today I called to sarthak mishra and even sent email but he is not responding at all. Plz check and confirm.
