Hi Team,
I requested a online parcel pickup from Delhivery services to send a package from Bangalore to Jammu. It was scheduled to be delivered on 7th July but was delayed. The tracking details show it is still in bangalore till 5th July. There were no updates on the package. There is no direct line to reach the customer care and I am not getting any details on the whereabouts of the package. I'm highly concerned.
Moreover, I requested for cancellation of the package today on 10th July and it started showing delivery date as 1st Jan. this is a high matter of concern now. Please help me in retrieving my package now. There is no body who is picking up the call or helping

    On 29th Jun'2024 got SMS from Delhivery along with OTP. We have ordered multiple orders from different E-Commerce. When I got SMS, I was Out of Town and forwarded SMS to my Spouse. Delhivery person came and said that its COD, My Spouse tried to reach on before collecting product, but i was unable to reach over phone. Finally she paid amount and collected product after sharing the OTP. When we the product, we were shocked with items, since we didn't order those items(product). There is no invoice copy in the parcel. There is only one label outside the parcel with shipment details and AWB, Seller Name and SRT. we were shocked after seeing the seller details. Seller name is Delhivery and address: SRT. its booked by Delhivery only, But at the bottom return address mentioned as: 205, Mahavir Industrial Estate, Station Road, Bhestan, Surat. Searched in google, here is no seller information available with this name.
    I am tried to reach Delhivery over E-Mail, they are sharing seller phone numbers and asked for return my money.
    Looks this is scam started by Delhivery only. If this is not scam, why Delhivery is not sharing Seller details when customer asked. Here either seller might have came you office and booked the parcel and you might have reach seller shop to collect it. Both ways you must collected contact details. how come your Delhivery accepted this parcel.
    Please return my money and collect the product.

          Earlier the date of delivery is 25th May 2024, and now it is changed to 25th May. It caused me inconvenience. Order is of BOAT Headphones and still seller like boat is not taking action against this delivery agencies.

            I have ordered refrigerator from

            LG electronic India private limited.
            Titanium Logistics and Industrial Park LLP, Warehouse No 1 & 3, Near Maladi Mata Temple, 382220 India

            They are saying my refrigerator shipped through Delhivery and when i track the shipment. its showing only "Delivery agent didn't contact and delivery delayed". I tried to contact LG customer care but they are saying its with Delhivery and online there is no option to contact Delhivery delivery agent. I paid full amount but didn't get my refrigerator.

            It has been shown processing AWB number (pending order) and i don't get any of contact, order confirmation or refund and resolving for my issue from Company side. So please kindly resolve my problem.

              A parcel booked on 20 May 24 at Chennai AWB [protected] not delivered in Hyderabad till date. No response to online complaints and no response from IVR calls. Parcel was marked urgent and its five days now, no trace of the parcel

                Very poor service by delhivery. No customer support, fake app and service.
                They took your money and in place of refund they will make you fool. No customer care number not responding mails. After many follow-ups and creation of many tickets to app. No response found.

                  No attempt was made to deliver and just updates that customer has refused for Doorstep Delivery. We are chasing and calling the Courier person to guide the address and he denied to attend the calls.

                    I am trying to book a shipment with Delhivery for a package weighing 477 grams. However, I was dismayed to find that upon confirming the shipment booking, the only available option was the default range of 500 GM–2 kg. Despite there being other suitable options for my package's weight, they were inexplicably disabled, leaving me with no choice but to pay extra for a service I did not require.

                    This practice appears to be a deliberate attempt to extract additional fees from customers by limiting their choices and forcing them into unnecessary expenditures. Such conduct not only undermines trust in Delhivery's services but also raises serious ethical concerns.

                    I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate action to rectify the situation, such as revising the booking system to allow customers to select the most suitable option based on their package weight, and ensuring transparency in pricing and service offerings.

                      The delhivery team has mishandled the package during transit and has not delivered the product till date.

                      After raising multiple tickets, they mentioned that the product has perishable goods and hence discarded. However, the product has a mix of both perishable and non-perishable goods.

                      They haven't delivered the product yet with the non-perishable goods. Also, there is no customer support number to talk with the agent to know the status.

                      In the app, they are just updating the status as delivery is delayed and will be delivered tomorrow. This status has been going on since 3rd May 2024.

                          This is regarding my order with AWB[protected]. My package updates says that the delivery executive was not able to reach me. This status is showing for 4 days now. It has been showing out for delivery thrice and no delivery attempts have been made.
                          The update on the tracking now says ‘Package missing in audit’. There is no response from your customer service!
                          This is extremely horrible. I am losing business because of your pathetic service. I need this package to be delivered soon! This shipment is already in transit for almost 8 days now!

                            Worst service everrrrr!!! i sent an urgent document using your express delivery and now the package is delayed by 7 [censored]ing days!!! why are you even a courier service or why don't you use pigeons for delivery, i bet they are faster!

                            Also, do you even look into service ticket you create? or is it a fake customer service gimmick?

                              today. The delivery boy not only exhibited rudeness but also denied delivering my package without justification. Such unprofessionalism is intolerable.                                 I ordered my shipment via delhivery AWB - [protected] on 28th march and it reached the delivery facility of my city on 1 april. It has been over 3 days the tracking website shows the same location of the parcel and has not been yet out for delivery. The parcel is being delayed from past 2 days and we can't even contact the consumer care of the company.

                                      Why this is so unmanaged. Two Isha life package arrived at same time and one is still not delivered on 10 march -No one has come to deliver the parcel yet it shows out for delivery since 2:45 pm kindly check and confirm
                                      The Delivery partner has not delivered yet its been over 5 hrs its out for delivery.. kindly check and deliver today itself
                                      on 11 march - same thing shows out for delivery since 12:22 pm no one is picking the call or has come yet

                                        I have been contacting Delivery team since the Past 17 days. My courier was picked by Delhivery courier person 17 days back and he didn’t mark it picked up . It has been saying pick up pending since then . Neither has it it been delivered to me nor returned to me. I even shared the number of the Delhivery executive with you on the Delhivery app but no action has been taken yet. My package contains my apply MacBook Air charger and cable . There is no number shared either to contact them. I’m very disappointed with their service and want to file a case on them
