Youll don't even have a proper customer service channel itself, Im literally talking to a bot that has scripted answers. The company did not attempt to deliver my parcel[protected], because they did not tag my phone number correctly to the package. The Delhivery agent was unable to generate an OTP and returned the parcel even though I contacted the seller Okhai, and followed up several times with Delhivery and Okhai, and requested the package for delivery. I was assured that the parcel would be delivered.

Delhivery is courier company name known in India few years. they get funds some where by funny 1$=75rs mode they startup here and do all nuisance disturbances in private living of every people in every country including India.

I am unable to contact the Delhivery customer service number. I was able to connect with their contract person perfumes2order partner of Delhivery probably.
