This is to inform that I had ordered from Upakarna on 2nd June and I was suppose to get my ordered delivered in 2 days as per them...Later I got a sms on Saturday I.e 5th June morning around 8.30 with an OTP that my order is out for delivery...The delivery boy Mr Bharat called me around 4.30pm and said it’s raining where it was just raining for sometime...he said he will deliver my order tomorrow I.e 6th June and also said he didnt have my order...he agreed to give the order in the morning on Sunday 6th June, , ..I called him in the morning he said he will come in the afternoon around 2.30...I called him at 3pm he said he will
Come in 1/2 n hour...later around 5pm he came and he didn’t had my order he even didn’t know where my order is...
Where is my order...It’s a paid order...So
Far I haven’t received my order...kindly look into it ASAP

I am Dr Rohit madan my order was supposed to deliver on 03 June 2021 but I haven't received my order and the coustmer care making me fool regarding my order location

A product being delivered under tracking id[protected]. Due to a mistake in the delivery address, the product was returned to the seller but the seller never received the product.
The product was lost in between. Tried to contact delivery support but never heard back from them.

My Client has sent package on 26th May 2021 from Chandigarh and till date I have not received the my courier. My client wrote correct address along with pincode on the courier . When the courier reached to Hyderabad Hub, courier team has entered wrong dispatch branch i.e. Courier should reach to a small town by Name - Gajwel but courier team has wrongly dispatched to place by Name - Gadwal, which 275 Kms distance. Its been more than 4 to 5 days, I have sent mail to the team but I am getting very generic reply - "We apologize for the inconvenience. Our Team is Working and investigating "
They are investigating on package like Murder case. I think they just mention the word "WORKING" only in mail but not actually they do the same. They do not have any customer care number and use generic mail id for complaint.
Does it take more than 5 days to dispatch the courier within the same state.

As of writing, it’s 3 days since my shipment from Samsung India’s eShop has been stuck with Delhivery.
So, I ordered a phone on 29May 2021 who’s delivery was to be completed by 2nd June 2021. The seller, Samsung Savex Technologies is shipping from Noida and my city is Lucknow. Any other courier service would have made it in time, but with Delhivery the shipment was shown delayed by 2 days and was to be shipped by 4th June 2021.
So, on their tracking page it shows that the shipment has reached my city on 2nd June itself at around 9AM. It sits there for a day and on 3rd june their tracker states that the shipment has been added to Trip at around 11AM, which is the last update that’s visible on their tracker.
I’ve been trying to get Samsung and Delhivery to act on it by tweeting on Twitter but there have been no actions barring the vague responses that we’re looking into it. I even called 1800-40-SAMSUNG to lodge a complaint about it. While the Customer Representative was polite and said he’s registered my complaint, I’ve not received any email or message of the kind he said I would do about the issue.

I wonder why do companies even pick Delhivery as their partner just to save a little money on a shipment costing thousands in value but weighing less than a kilogram.

Would be glad if the shipment is delivered to me without any further delay and damage.

There is no tablet in my delivery parsal it is fraud they sent power bank it is not working properly and the payment of rs 2350 item sent wrong

I booked an order from delhivery from Delhi to jhunjhunu Rajasthan. now its already 17 days since my package still not delivered to the customer. The last update is on 31st may it showing Pending - Package Confirmed Not Missing in Audit Location: Malsisar_BsStdDPP_D (Rajasthan). For the last 4 days, there is no update and it's already 9 days late from EDD. I also tried to contact customer care on 29th may they asking me to wait for 48hr but no resolution again I call on the 2nd of June they again asking me to wait 48hr I also mailed them they send the same reply of asking to wait for 48hr. I told them my customer is ready to pick up the parcel from the malsisar hub Rajasthan if the company cannot deliver it due to some reason but they also not allowed to pick up from the hub.
I contacted Malsisar Delhivery hub and asked about my parcel they claiming the same thing from the last 10days that they have 2 t-shirts instead of iPhone in the parcel hence they cant deliver it and they mailed delhivery but they didn't get any response so they cant do anything.
Getting no help from anywhere I am totally stuck. Customer care also told me to wait 3hr there senior executive will contact me but no call came from there side.
