I booked an order from delhivery from Delhi to jhunjhunu Rajasthan. now its already 17 days since my package still not delivered to the customer. The last update is on 31st may it showing Pending - Package Confirmed Not Missing in Audit Location: Malsisar_BsStdDPP_D (Rajasthan). For the last 4 days, there is no update and it's already 9 days late from EDD. I also tried to contact customer care on 29th may they asking me to wait for 48hr but no resolution again I call on the 2nd of June they again asking me to wait 48hr I also mailed them they send the same reply of asking to wait for 48hr. I told them my customer is ready to pick up the parcel from the malsisar hub Rajasthan if the company cannot deliver it due to some reason but they also not allowed to pick up from the hub.
I contacted Malsisar Delhivery hub and asked about my parcel they claiming the same thing from the last 10days that they have 2 t-shirts instead of iPhone in the parcel hence they cant deliver it and they mailed delhivery but they didn't get any response so they cant do anything.
Getting no help from anywhere I am totally stuck. Customer care also told me to wait 3hr there senior executive will contact me but no call came from there side.

I want to say that above my courier tracking id. your delivery agent contact me 4-5 times and i also give them direction for my address but they say tomorrow i will delivered you. but till now a day they doesnt delivered me and my important courier (policy document) was return so waht can i do now please give me any suggetion. My package was delyed due to covid, but i was tracking it everyday and on 25th May the package arrived at facility.. i cannot collect it due to lockdown so i was waiting for the delhivery call.. but on 31st May my parcel was returned i dont know why i did not get any calls or information from the people, , i have been waiting for so long for this package since 26th May

Delhivery crs mails sending unwanted otp and mails for deposit rejected that i did not initiate . attaching screenshot for reference. i think someone is trying scam or something.

This order is stuck at Manmad for the last 5-6 days and the tracking system is showing the same message every day.
Pickup failed due to Covid Restrictions.
If there were covid restrictions then the system shouldn't have accepted my order in the first place.
There are no options for in-person pickup as well. What am I supposed to do now? This is an urgent delivery and the delay is causing more and more inconvinience.

I am kumar Vivek Ranjan, 12nd may 2021, my claimed parcel from Gurgaon to Ranchi delivery from Delhivery. After 19 days and I haven't recive my parcel yet and parcel was losted by delhivery. Right now delhivery not help me to find my parcel no customer services available and not any one is come in my contact after complaints .

I here with bring to your kind notice that the product of tracking ID[protected] is shipped from Delhi and it has reached to the destination kuppam (517425) Andhrapradesh.
But here at kuppam delhivery office they were not delivering the item even though when I went to office and they were intimating that the product will be delivered after one week only due to lockdown but other couriers like Amazon, ekart, ecom express, professional courier were delivering the product at there office when we go for collecting them.
When ask the boy that I make a complaint they were simple stating that do what ever you what. This Delhivery office won't take any actions and also the customer care number also won't work.
