I ordered a product from fash on hub.n the product i ordered and the product i got is changed the fash on hub has cheated me n after payment i said them to request a return bt they did not do the return the delivery delivery boy said me that sir i have send them the payment i request u please i want my refund back

My name is Vijay Kumar, One of my order has pickup from Hyderabad Location, on 24.05.2021, till today pickup not happened. I tried calling the pickup boyon this number [protected], he told, i will not come to pickup, dont call me. My client also called him to pickup several times but he didnt go.

I have attached the screenshot, how may times we called him. also audio recording.

I spoke to his manager at this number : [protected], this person told, we will not pickup and deliver do whatever you want. dont call me again.

what kind of people you are, if you dont have capability to pickup and deliver courier, why you guys in this business? to cheat people.

I am not able to cancel the shipment also.

I Had options to choose from Delhivery and Fedex, I opted Delhivery, I think I made a big mistake choosing you. I will give negative commenets everywhere possible. I m fed up calling you so called managers.

This Is Very Bad Experience With Delhivery . My Order Is 2 Days Late And Not Delivered Yet . Yesterday, your delivery boy told a lie that I have asked for an open order while he has not given me a single phone call . Then I Request For Delivered My Parcel And even today your delivery boy did not contact me. And Now I Totally dissapointed With Your Company . Delivery Boy was not Contact me Today Also And Not delivered my parcel . I Dont Understand That why U Are so Careless With Your Customers . Take This seriously And Delivered My Parcel . I ordered medicines and laptop charger which were essential items. I work from home and my laptop charger is not working and due to lockdown cannot go out to buy one. When I ordered the laptop charger I received message that it will be delivered on 7th May. I did not receive the package and from 8th May lockdown started. I was in regular contact with them over the e-mail and they did not do what they promised over the e-mail. Yesterday I received one of the packages from this delivery partner and when I checked the remaining packages status, two of them are being returned. One of the medicine and laptop charger is being returned. They do not bother to inform the customer if a package returns. I am really disappointed the way they handled this during this emergency situation.
