My order was shipped by the shipper 2 days back but still now its showing there has been no order placed when I track it via my phone number...

The courier person came to the city of delivery of order but forgot to deliver my courier and took it to assam instead, i am in urgent need of that courier and alll i am getting at this point is delay ! and rude customer care service, the guy scolded me and gave me another number to call which was not reachable at this point idk what to say!...

[protected] . I received this parcel from the delivery centre. But after two days i got refund. When i talked about this to amazon. They said you can have parcel as well as money. But a person from delhivery from which i received product is calling me and telling me to give money back....
